We have been doing the order online and pick up. Very worth the time you save not going in and shopping.

Wish they had a store map or something- this place is overwhelmingly huge. I thought it was supposed to be a grocery store but it feels like a cleaned up warehouse. And no baskets, carriages only. And no dr. Bronners products. Im sure your locals are happy but someone from out of town such as myself could not easily find anything I needed.

I mean... Why would you shop anywhere else? Did you SEE my photo?

I love this grocery store. They literally have like almost every product Im looking for everytime I go. Also very clean and organized and staff and employees were very polite and helpful. I will be coming here instead of Big Y now. Id rather pay a couple dollars more and be in a clean grocery store with helpful staff. See you guys next week!

Chris in produce is wonderful. Meat department is okay. Seafood is sub par. Big Y is much better for perishables

Very busy early morning, I wasnt expecting it,there were long lines at every register and ended up opening another register after 5 minutes waiting in line

A great variety of most foods, the names that you know! The store feels upscale, the only thing lacking is more choices in international foods, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Indian especially... Still a great shopping experience.

Terrible experience. Almost entire produce section is out of stock of essential items. No bananas. No strawberries. No raspberries. Disgusting and dirty empty shelves. Self check out machines are tiny - about the size of two milk gallons with no separation space for social distancing. There were teenage and college-aged individuals playing with produce bag balloons with no masks on. Customers ignorant to one-way aisles. No staff in sight. Store is almost always overrun and crowded with customers - no doubt over capacity. No electric vehicle charging in the whole plaza. Parking lot riddled with pot holes. I’d rather drive an hour to upstate New York to get groceries.

Its clean, well stocked, and has an easy-to-navigate floor plan.

Prices on sale items are very good, non sale items can be pricey. Plethora of wine and liquor selections. Great Meat selection. Very busy store but lines move right along. Reduced hours on bottle returns. Bring your own bags and coupons.

Wish the turkey dinner I got was better. It was so super salty that half of it went in trash. Never used to be that way.

Yesterday about 4:45 there where 3 people behind deli counter and only 1 tending to customers waiting. I just wanted a quarter pound of cheese and I was 3rd in line... I gave up waiting when the lady in front of me appeared to to ordering a pound of everything. So ended up with a package of Sargento cheese because I couldnt wait any longer.

Wonderful produce, fantastic fish and meats.Their staff is pleasant and always willing to go above and beyond.Prices seem comparable to other grocery stores but their quality fresh foods and store layout keep me coming back.

I have always enjoyed Market 32/Price Chopper! Most of the staff is friendly and willing to help, while also practicing safe handling of food during this crisis! Almost everytime I go to Market 32 I am able to find what Im looking for!

Went in 3 days in a row,just to get creamer for my coffee. Didnt have any. How hard can this be.missing five other items I needed for recipes. This cant be this difficult. Time to stop and shop

I like the store overall especially for fresh fish and meats. I do however try to not shop any local supermarket for staples or canned goods. It is so much more convenient to order on line no crowds no need to worry if you have a bag with you. Etc.

A fabulous supermarket!! I love coming here. It is well stocked, with everything you can possibly need. Their meat and seafood departments are wonderful with friendly staff who will answer all your questions. There is a Starbucks inside where (before COVID) you can hangout in comfy chairs.

Clean and well stocked with reasonable prices. If you need something food or household wise..99% chance market 32 carries it.. When Price rite closed down in my area it was hard finding another store with low prices and a huge selection. Super Walmart seemed the next best but that was 25 miles away so I tried the other markets in my area and the cheapest with the best and most selection was Price chopper Market 32.. Nothing can replace Price rite in my opinion since Im a bargain shopper, but Market 32 is the next best thing.. to me anyways

Self checkout guy is very nice. Young man in floral section is excellent - he arranged a 3 for $15 bouquet and made something beautiful for my wife.

This is a nice location. Clean and well staffed! Food service workers are very friendly!

Good shopping experience. Sort of like a Wegmans without a food court although there are some nice prepared foods. Good vegetable section and selection. Beer and wine area was pretty cool. Was hoping the butcher had more selection or even lamb or goat and more big bone in cuts for the Smoker. So not a good stop for that stuff. Ended up over at Harrys to get a bone in leg of lamb

Its clean, its big, it has lots of options for healthy and some not so healthy foods. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly. Im surprised we havent seen more of these throughout New England, but Im glad this one is here. The parking situation is usually not too bad. Arguably the nicest large supermarket in Berkshire County.

Mixed Bag. Depends when you go shopping and who is the cashier. Sometimes great, other times not so much. Bottle return machines rarely all working at the same time. Parking lot could use a good cleaning. The dumb-down ads on TV and print are insulting. Too bad. used to be a good place for honest pricing.

Excellent store, huge selection. Great prices and the gas points are a huge plus. They make the best Pulled Pork. Huge produce selection, wonderful artisan breads. Usually a good selection of discounted meats. Extremely affordable feminine products. We absolutely miss living near Market 32. Hoping they will open one in the Pioneer Valley/Springfield area.

Horrible. They asked if I had a choppers card. I said not on me but I have a phone number. They said they dont take phone numbers but would talk my social security number. SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!! My friends, government agencies dont even ask for that. DONT GIVE ANYONE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!

Large selection of basically everything, but a lot of produce was completely out of stock. Large parking lot, and maintained. Easy to navigate the store. Prices are alright, dont seem very competitive. Easy to self check out, or stand in line for a cashier.

The layout of the store makes shopping very easy and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. I once left my cellphone in the shopping cart in the cart corral in the parking lot and when I got home I called and the woman working in customer service immediately went outside and got my phone to hold until I could get back there for it. She was so nice and helpful.The Starbucks staff in this store is not as friendly.
