Conscientious customer service sets this local shop apart. It also carries varieties of frames that you wont see everywhere. Ive been here off and on across two different locations, and the results have been consistently exceptional.Recently I re-learned the lesson that the convenience of a large competitor can sometimes come at a significant cost. The big place I had resorted to because of my schedule left me struggling with chronic discomfort due to overstated astigmatism on the resulting prescription. I went to Optical Styles, consulted with people who really follow up on their services and their product, and am back in a comfortable spot. Its worth a tiny bit of effort and wait to get human service from someone who really knows the trade.

Found Optical Styles when looking for a repair on broken nose pad for some ray ban aviators. Fixed like new while I waited and for half the quoted price from ray ban. Then used his expertise for some new lenses and ideas for solving specific conditions in flying and love my veralux lenses and transition lenses.

I was referred to this place a few years ago for some frames I needed repaired. On multiple occasions, the guy whos always there (sorry, dont know his name) has worked quickly and proficiently to complete the repair, and charged a minimal fee (especially considering the money saved from having to buy new frames) I dont usually write reviews, but this guys quality service really shines through. HIGHLY recommend

I have been looking for some new glasses and a new shop. I met Neal when he had this shop located over in Crystal. He has been doing this a long time and I really learned how to properly care for my glasses since I started going here. Also he fixed a few pairs of work glasses for me, and did a thorough job. I recently bought a new pair of Silhouettes from him, and I LOVE them!
