This is my 2nd time using them for repairs. First time was for my refrigerator and this time for my washer. Jason came both times and he is an absolute Rockstar! Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and HONEST! I highly recommend this company!!

Ill start by saying that Im very particular about the work ethic of the mechanics and the services rendered and from what I viewed; Jason did an awesome job diagnosing the issue. He was very thorough and listened to all the information given about the possible origins of the problem and slowly back tracked each item until he found the true origin. From what Ive seen, patience is the key when looking for leaks and he packed a lot, which is greatly appreciated since the washing machine is located on the second floor of the home. If anyone has any problems with their appliances, Id recommend Jason from C.H. Smith.

Got a frigerator from them in the ice machine dont work. Sho I have no ice 12 00 broke frigerator. Keep want to send Service mans been there 3 times no luck

I have a samsung washer and was looking for a drain pump. For it and they dont service any samsung or lgs products. Because the parts are hard to get.
