There is only one decent older man that works at the store. Not sure of his name. All of the others are so tacky. First of all we paid way more than we should have considering they did not inform us that the headboard was broken. Instead they rested the broken headboard on our brand new wall to hold it up which has caused a good bit of damage but we did not even mention that. The one with the little dreads has sat outside my house and yelled through an open window. They have twisted our doorknob before. & I’m assuming thinking they were smart, started parking up the street, “hiding” the truck and walking down to knock as if there wasn’t a camera at the door LOL. Very unprofessional.

Terrible place. Felt like I was bothering the associate. All the associate kept asking did I want to fill out application. Questions why would I fill out an application if I dont find nothing I like. You pulling my credit for nothing.

No matter how great of a customer you are, you will never get ahead in life renting from them. They charge five times the amount of the products actual price. The manager and whomever else is there will call you constantly asking if you would like to purchase even after youve asked them to stop. Customer service skill level is pretty crappy. The amount of ghetto you receive from here is unmatched. If you like this type of service and want to pay a arm. An a leg be my guest . Never again . Might be better at Aarons or just saving until you have the money. Good luck hope this helps .

I have gotten nothing but attitude from chester he yells at his customers. He never wants to just listen he has to always be the one talking. Nicole is amazing though she has always been kind to me.

I wanted to see how rental furniture could be staged if I had multiple properties and beach houses that I wanted to rent out.

I wouldnt even give them a star. The customer service is terrible. Management terribleI walked in and they couldnt even focus on one customer at a time. I waited forever and did not even get to finish my app. The manager and associate constantly bickering. The app says one thing and the manager tells you another. When i called back to complete everything i was assured by the associate Chester the store manager would call me back When he came back from lunchOver an hour passed so i called the same associate said he had not returned but assured he would. He never did call.

Been late due to an unexspected circumstance and these people dont understand. But come banging ringing door bell associate even tried to open my door to see if it was locked . thats the reason i didnt open my door . i will be contacting the corporate office on them as soon as tomorrow morning . They are the worst they really are . Dont rent from these scum bags .

We had a family emergency and was unable to make the payment on the day it was due. Not even 24 hours late the store called harassing us via voice mail and pounded hard on our door and said they closed our account because thats not how we run things here it was our first late payment and they said they were doing this... Ridiculous! Before our payment was due the manager called me during work saying that we had to pay that day because it was close to our due date. Horrible horrible customer service! This doesnt even complete the list of complaints with this store..

I just cant get with 1.99 processing fee, I pay on time but if I pay a day late it is 7.50 did they forget this snow make it an unfortunate circumstance to get to them but dibt keep calling me you get paid mostly early but dont hit me with no late fee and a processing fee to get ur money you know what I will never buy from them again hasseling people who pay yall get you no where dont call me dont harrass my references and make sure your online system work before yall slapp a 1.99 fee and late fee on someones account Pissed is an understatement

I had a mechanical snafu with a laptop we bought and the manager came to my home personally and exchanged the laptop after hours. Thank you!!!!
