Took my car to them for an alignment. After I left I notice the car is pulling to the right, so I called them told them I did it over 5 times on different roads and it’s still pulling so then they told me oh it’s a Camry we cannot adjust the toe and camber 100%… Then since they know that before hand why didn’t they tell me so I could decide if I want the half mask service or if I wanted to go to else where and get it done properly 🤦🏽‍♂️ now I have to go spend another $100 or more to get alignment elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend them at all!!! DO NOT waste your time there !

Goodyear Auto Service at 11906 Reisterstown Rd Reisterstown MD 21136. Top quality service. Ive been to two different places looking for help for new tires. This facility took me without a appointment just to make sure that I get back on the road in time to get back to work. Because I had two flat tires. While fixing my tires they checked to make sure that I will also be safe on the road. I kept by having a flashing light on my dashboard. The other two places was not able to fix the problem. (Dealership) but Goodyear took care of the problem. Because they wanted to make sure that I was safe on the road. And now Im driving comfortable, safe and with confidence. Thank you Goodyear your by number # 1 in my book.

Had my work vehicle serviced here, and they were able to fit me in within 2 days. They were quick and efficient, and my service was done quicker than I was expecting it! Mr. Mike, the manager, was pleasant with me, and accepted my work car info from my app, thankfully - because apparently I should have been given a pamphlet (but thats my work insurances problem - thats another story - just FYI for those of you who are getting service done on your work vehicles).I like that they have a little corner where you can sit and use your laptop.Bathroom was clean, which I inspected after having drunk too many energy drinks and too much coffee, haha. (Sorry TMI.)I would make the suggestion and appreciate it if the place could be a little spruced up. I saw a bulk pack of coffee creamer and was hoping a coffee machine was available - for some weird reason I love those at car maintenance shops and was disappointed one was not present.I did get a complimentary bottle of water though. :)All in all, I would probably would come back to this Goodyear (somewhat in front of Chik-Fil-A if that helps) as the service was fast - you were in and out right away.

The workers here are extremely helpful, very kind, pleasant and helpful. I dealt with Mike and he was outstanding! Its not fun to wake up to a flat tire, but these guys took care of me without an appointment and had my car ready to go in 20 minutes after going into the bay.

Ordered tires on line and set up appointment at local Goodyear store for installation. Associate called me a couple of days prior to my appointment and told me warehouse would not deliver tires until the Friday after my appointment. We rescheduled for Saturday. Brought car in at appointed time. Service was ready to install tires and check my alignment. Told it would take between 1 and 1 1/2 hours to complete. Thats the exact amount of time it took. Staff was very helpful. Have used Goodyear tires and this store for a couple of years and cars.

Thanks to Mike Davis and his staff for taking good care of me and my car. The work was done quickly, correctly and for the price that was quoted. I’ll be needing tires in the near future and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thanks to Mike for his professionalism and knowledge-I knew my Acura was in good hands!

I wasnt happy with fact that I asked if all my fluids have been topped off and come to find out they were not. The great thing is I parked and the service manager approached me and heard my needs and addressed them.

Fantastic customer service, clean shop, made an appointment to replace a tire and they started working on it at the appointed time (shocking, I know)! I was out the door in 20 minutes flat...and at a better price than their competitors. Ill be back for anything tire related.

I was pleased with the work done, that they stayed within my budget, and kept me informed.

3 alignments in 30 days plus they say camber bolt on both sides need replacement but went to Nissan and had it checked and was told the alignment simply wasnt done and so they tried getting me for 207.25. Dropped my car off @ closing on a Sunday - to be picked up on Monday. Two tires and an oil change. They called at 730am on that Mon and advised that tires (Goodyear Assurance All Weather)I wanted were not in stock at the store but would be delivered from another store. By 230pm hadnt heard anything and called - Tires not here. At 440 pm I called again...Ummm tires not here. At 515 pm I was dropped off at the locale and advised Ohh the tires just got here. I waited. Waited. Waited. At 640pm my car was put up on the rack - STORE CLOSES at 7pm. So they did the oil change, changed the tires to include balancing (?), allegedly did an alignment check (?) in 50 minutes. Car was ready (?) at 730pm. If there was an issue getting the tires or if there was a staffing issue the Shop Mgr. should have advised as I would have taken the vehicle elsewhere and been done in the AM on Monday and not wasted a whole day! Have never had an issue at this location before and usually have my vehicles serviced here - I did observe that there apparently was a manger shakeup as there was only 1 familiar photo posted on the Store wall...

Came here for an oil change with one other person in front of me. He came to get a one tire fixed .I had to wait 2 hours before they took it then another hours for them to change the oil. Started talking to the guy who was on front of me he was going on three hours waiting for his tire. Dont know what they were doing for so long all you could hear was laughing and screaming in the back. The guy at the front spent all his time in the back so I saw people come in wait then just leave, and the phone wouldnt stop ringing cause no one came to get it. The only time I would see someone was when they would walk into the main room and get a bottle of water. I sincerely recommend you dont waste your time and go some other place.

Spent over 1k in replacing brakes, rotors, and wheel bearing. Ever since repairs have been done my car shakes when going over 60 mph. When I called the shop rather than wanting me to bring my car back in and see whats wrong they just denied that there was a problem with repairs. Then I decided to stop in to speak with someone else. Again rather than checking the repairs they tried to sell me on getting a wheel balance to try to correct the issue. There was no issue with my wheels prior to repairs. Rather than getting me to spend more money it would have been nice if someone would have checked my car out to check the repairs. Wont spend be bringing my car back here!

I use this store all the time, good service.

Brought my car several times here trying to resolve a problem. Unfortunately, the problem is still there. The store takes a long time to do the work, even with appointments. Technicians seem inexperienced, service really frustrating. They also tend to talk women/customers who dont know much about cars into more expensive services than needed.

Find another tire shop...i drove 70 miles to get a tire replaced with road hazard warranty after another goodyear shop did not have my tire in stock..firstly even though i had spoken to them on the phone 45 min earlier and the first dealer confirmed with them that i was on my way, no one in the shop had any clue what i needed....then i ended up paying nearly the full price for my warranty tire..and to top it off they would not install the tire on my truck because i had a camper on the bed...the goodyear shop that sent me to this shop had no issue with this, changing the damaged tire and spare outside the bay in a grand total of 1.5 minutes. First they told me they didnt have a jack thay could lift the truck..i informed him i just changed the flat with my stock ford jack..and he said he wasnt allowed to change it due to company rules....no help at all from this shop...they see someone in need...and just see dollar signs.

The absolute worst service I have ever seen! all brand new steering parts and ball joints installed, took tech 4 hours and still didnt get alignment right. at one point had my Jeep where it would turn right, but couldnt turn left. I had to go back and show him what he did wrong!!

Got tire repaired. Two days later, still having problem with the same tire. The person who waited on me when I came to pick up my tire, Saturday around 1pm, was not freindly, I was in and out not a conservationist.
