I was recommend to KC through a local friend when we moved to the area. We have a newer car still under service warranty, but two older cars that I cant always do everything for. KC is perfect for those jobs I either cant do, or due to time just cant fit into my schedule. All service is well planned and discussed with me; Ive never felt talked down to or pressed into something I didnt understand or agree with. Im always surprised how fast they are (Im very leisure about these things, but before I know it its done!) Work is top-notch; never any issues. Highly recommended!

After my engine seized while driving home from Florida (defective engine under recall), everyone was awesome. From Stan, who answered questions and went out of his way to get me much-needed information, to Chris who answered even more questions and gave me the perspective to make educated choices. And finally, to Phil who checked out the new engine to make sure it had gotten what I was told, and that it looked and sounded right.This was a difficult situation had I been home in Maryland. That I was away, driving by myself, and at the mercy of a car dealer I had no control over and no relationship with, and a car manufacturer more worried about itself than its customers, took it to a whole new level.Thank you so much for all the help, insight, and reality checks. This shop does great work, they are honest and stand by the work they do. I personally think this is the best shop in town. The customer service is tip top as well.

Google needs a 6th star for places like KC. Finding a good, reliable, trustworthy mechanic is hardly an easy endeavor, but this is the one. Chris and his team have been servicing my familys autos for years. There have been several checks he could have charged for, but didnt. Several repairs he could have profitted from, but advised against. Even a substantial repair he could have done, yet referred me to another service he felt more capable. Simply put, you and your vehicle could be in no better hands.

I trust these guys implicitly. They do a great job distinguishing between what could be done and what SHOULD be done - I never feel like Im being sold something I dont need [yet]. Would recommend them to anyone I know, especially if theyre just trying to get the most out of an older car.
