I hope someday they hire professionals that can offer quality customer service. They are rude and difficult to work with!

The manger Lev is incredibly rude & unprofessional! Couldn’t even believe the customer service he provided. There are hundreds of other places that I would recommend before this establishment.

Ordered around $1000 worth from these guys twice for different projects inside our home, about 6 months apart. First order was damaged when we went to pick up, but would have taken too much time to reorder and have thrown our project timeline, so they reluctantly gave us a few bucks off (after I insisted) and we kept the damaged product. Second order (different wood product) - we were told it wouldnt be ready for a week or so. They showed up at our house THE NEXT DAY, no announcement or heads up until they arrived at 7:15AM... and the wood they were trying to deliver to us was water logged and damaged with mold/mildew. Not something we could put inside our house and they knew it was for another interior project... husband sent it back, asking for dry wood, said we were happy to wait for new shipment if needed. Instead of doing that, they just cancelled our order altogether and said theyd rather not work with us! Making the customer happy is not their #1 priority.. we wont ever be getting our wood supply from them again.

Talk about lack of professionalism, we have an order placed for two days on hold told to call Lynn in the morning for payment so that it would be delivered before noon. We called him in the morning to make payment they told us they were stopping early because of the weather continue to give my employee an attitude and then canceled our order leaving numerous homeowners in South Florida without wood for their windows to be boarded up.Talk about a lack of community as well as the lack of professionalism. If the owner wants to talk to me directly feel feee but you should fire Franky he seems a little angry at the world. Not my problem.

They have nothing

Receiving is very slow on purpose, you see the guy with his cellphone on hand looking and stoping every time not diligent on his job now this is a man that doesnt appreciated his job and gets pay for wasting the time where is management, safety first!

Wow! Looked them up simply out of curiosity to see if they were still around. A family owned business that has actually survived the take over of corporate America! Thats awesome. I ran the Phillips 66 station in front of Port of Palm bch all thru the 80s and Mullins had a great group of ppl back then. Glad to see they made it

Top notch sales and yard help. One would have to be in construction a while to truly understand how good these guys are
