When I started car shopping, I didnt plan to buy a car sight-unseen from a small dealership in Florida and have it shipped two states away, but Im so glad I did. I got exactly the used car I was in the market for, in amazing shape, for a great price. When I contacted Mihai about the Prius, he immediately gave me a thorough video tour and even took me on a FaceTime test drive. I was still nervous about buying a car sight unseen, so I arranged for a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby mechanic, which Mihai easily obliged to. He dropped the car off at the mechanic and picked it back up. When the inspection came back clean and I decided to move forward with purchasing, Mihai quickly got the paperwork together and was available to answer all of my questions. The pricing was so straightforward and fair I almost couldnt believe it--local dealerships had been trying to sell me extremely similar vehicles for thousands of dollars more. He arranged the shipping, and I had the car in my driveway less than a week after he received my payment. It was in even BETTER shape than I expected--it literally looked new on the inside. Great day. Even though I did not buy a car, the service rep there Mihai, held my Mini Cooper choice for a 10+ days! Sadly, kinda like a Canadian snowbird, my Toronto DL was not acceptable for insurance. First it wasnt, then it was, then it wasnt again!? I highly recommend Palm Beach Euro Cars/Autoland of the West. I purchased a turbo Tuned Volvo with a manual transmission site unseen, relying only on photos they provided online prior to moving to Florida from across the country. The car was exactly as described. When I finally picked it up, he even replaced a bulb that I noticed was out and a week later changed the key battery which was signaling it was low. They truly go out of their way to find rare cars that have a clean history. I love my Volvo, it has high mileage but was a one owner car with all service records from the same Volvo dealership that it was originally sold from and serviced it’s entire life. I usually wouldn’t buy a car without seeing it first but the reputation of Palm Beach Euro Cars helped me with my decision. Their reasonably priced and honest. I highly recommended them and will be sending my friends and family there if they are looking for a euro car.

I was searching for a SUV or UT. I wanted something in the sub-compact arena. Better mileage and utility features. I used two search sites cargurus.com and cars.com. I saw quite a few vehicles I really liked. Autoland of West had a 2014 Ford Escape SE, great shape and a great value. Less than Kelly Blue Book valued the car. It also had low mileage for the year. They were the only HONEST dealership I dealt with. I inquired about several other vehicles from various companies. All of the other dealerships in the West Palm Beach area advertised their cars thousand of dollars less than what you will actually pay for the car. Dealership fees $999, package fees $995, Documents and filing fees $900...ridiculous. This is called bait and switch. Autoland of West was the only dealership that did not have hidden fees. I worked with Mihai, honest, fair and did what he said he would do. Im also an out of state resident and he worked with me on that so it made it simple to register in my home state. I had a minor problem with the car that was noticed at the dealership when I had the oil changed and had them check it out. I called Mihai and he made things right. No one does that. I would recommend buying a car from Autoland of West. I am referring my friends also, because if he does not have the car he will look for it.

I have to admit it. Mihai is honorable and sticks to his word. I liked a car (2007 Volvo S 60) he had for sale and was interested in purchasing it. But I had no car to get there and see it in person.I asked if I could send a friend to test drive it for me. No Problem! Then I asked that he drive it to a new Volvo dealer and have it checked out (I paid $165). No problem!....he took it right over.We then conducted our business and he even shipped the car to me.Everything he said he would do he did without complaint. How refreshing in todays dog-eat-dog world! You can trust Mihai to do what is right. He is true to his word.

Didnt feel like a car dealer! Went to see two separate cars on two different occasions and ended up buying one. Mihai was polite and seemed to know a lot about European cars. Was surprised to see that there was no extra fees or expenses other than the price we agreed on. He ended up finding a BMW 550i for us and gave us a fair price that was less than several other cars we looked at from large dealers. My wife enjoyed that we could make an appointment and see the car without feeling pressured or that we were in a crowded dealership. I am already considering buying a weekend car and know where we will be looking first.

I purchased an Audi in May 2014 for export. My experience with Mihai was very positive however I would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle without first seeing it. The vehicle arrived with a number of minor scratches and one very large noticeable one at the back of the vehicle which I could not see on the website. I have had to change spark plugs, oil change, brakes etc. The interior ceiling of the vehicle was extremely dirty and now the material has completely fallen away and has to be re-upholstered. The driver side window will not come down and now my mechanic has advised me that the switch has to be replaced. I have not had the car a month and I have already spent hundreds of dollars. If I do make a purchase overseas again I will be sure to visit the dealership first.

Communicated with Mihai via email and 1 time on phone. Mihai been nothing but patient and honest. Even if we cant settle on the cost of car, Mihai is a great guy and car dealer. This is the first stop to shop for used car. I just wish I was not out of state so I can see the car in person.

I recently purchased a Honda Element in which I had to drive two and half hours to pick up only having pictures to go off of. The pictures posted on the website were true to the cars condition, awesome! I received a fair price for a great car! Since I didnt have a mechanic to look at the car when picked up soon after returning home I took it in to be looked at just to be safe. The results from the mechanic and I quote, I dont get to tell customers this a lot but there is nothing wrong with the car. Mihai stands behind his cars 100% and only sells worry free cars! Ive never bothered to write a product or business review before, but I feel so confident about Autoland of West that I have no problem recommending the dealership. I bought my Prius sight unseen and had it shipped to me. Mihai was helpful, honest and efficient. I first called about the car on a Tuesday and had it delivered to me (several hundred miles away) Friday morning. I was really impressed that he was able to process the paperwork for my credit union AND line up transportation that fast. Even the guy that he hired for the shipping was prompt and professional. My experience with AutoLand of West was excellent! Mihai was very professional and is a, do what you say, say what you do kind of guy. That is something I value. After viewing the 2006 Prius I asked him if we could take it to the Toyota Dealer so they can check it out for me. He agreed to drop the car off at Toyota for me as I live in Miami. Bought my 2013 740i from Mihai in September but waited a few months before I gave a review just to make sure the car was a good as it appeared. I am happy to say the car is as nice now as it was when purchased (probably as nice as when it was new). I couldnt agree more with the other reviews about Mihai, the customer service and the inventory. They have a lot of different makes (mostly high end used cars) which should please most and best of all his inventory in indoors. I live in NY and was leery about buying cars out of state so I flew in to view the car, Mihai told me I was wasting the flight money and as it turned out, he was right, the car was as stated. He even faxed me the BMW pre purchase inspection report.Mihai, as promised, a glowing review, for a great car.

Horrible customer service, owner didnt do what he said over the phone to me that is going to do, and at the end he wasted hours of my time that day for nothing. He lied about car condition totally which made my several hour round trip worthless. I personally wont be able to trust this person ever again.

I bought a one-owner low mileage 04 MB E320 wagon. 7 passenger w/rear facing 3rd seat. My second one. Ill be sending my pals who like European goodies down to see Mihai. Mihai made buying a car a great experience. I bought the car sight unseen and he was very upfront with everything about the car and even sent me money after the final paper work was signed because of a very very small dent on the car that he didnt notice and the transport company did notice that he put me in touch with who shipped my car all the way from Florida to Iowa. Mihai even took the car to the local Subaru dealership per my request in order to show that everything was in great condition with the car. I bought a 2004 325ci bmw from autoland and have to say they back up there cars and will make it right within reason being a used car. I have had the car for 6 months and a rocker arm went wrong and they are replacing it for FREE!!! I bought the part off amazon at a great price, I went to a shop in Stuart and they wanted to charge me $456.00 for parts and labor so I was very pleased to say the least that they would replace if at no charge and will check some other small issues to ensure I am STILL happy with my car which for being 10yrs old it is really in great shape and still drives like new, I also have a newer cadillac srx and I very rarely drive it because the bimmer is superior to drive it has been a pleasure doing business with this outfit and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an upper scale car without the upper price, I have come to realize that you are getting such a great deal putting some back in I will still be way ahead and drive the ultimate car for an ultimate price. Mihai is now my good buddy lol. He has been super-helpful, very professional, and honest with all of our dealings. I just bought a 2005 Passat TDI and it ROCKS. Great deal and exactly what I needed. I even caught a bus from NC to go get it. He promptly picked me up where I needed him. I will check his website next time I need a car.

I just bought my 2006 VW Rabbit from Mihai and can simply say Im 100% satisfied with the whole experience, from the moment I met Mihai over the phone to the second I drove off the lot. Ive never, ever, bought a car with such ease. In fact, I could have been in and out of Mihais dealership in less than 30 minutes if it hadnt been cause I had to go to the bank to get my loan check. Anyway, the vehicle I purchased was in absolutely perfect conditions and drives like new. Mihai sure knows how to hand-pick his vehicles and service them prior to selling them. I will with no doubt buy from him again. One word of advice for anyone thinking of buying from Mihai: if he asks you for a small deposit to reserve your vehicle because someone else may be interested, do not, I repeat DO NOT hesitate one second to leave one. Mihai told me the friday morning before the day I was planning on driving down from Orlando to purchase the car that someone else was really interested in the car and that since I had contacted him first he would give me the opportunity to reserve the car for $300 through paypal (piece of cake) or there was a good chance the other buyer would buy it first. Im soooo glad I trusted Mihai and went ahead and put a $300 deposit since while I was doing my test drive the next morning the other buyer called asking Mihai if the car was still there. I would have been extremely upset if I would have lost the chance to buy this car for not leaving a $300 deposit!! By the way, the deposit was returned right away after I closed the deal. All in all, Im loving the car but more than that, Im loving the fact that I found a good, honest, hard working used car dealer. Like other reviews, I was skeptical about buying a car online and having it shipped. Mihai is great! He did a Facetime call and showed us all the details about the car, and even took it for a test drive on the call. The car is exactly as he said. Before it was picked up, the motor for the convertible top failed and he replaced it.I always ask a question when someone is giving a review: would you buy from that person again? And the answer for me is absolutely! Thank you Mihai.
