We drove 2 hrs and 20 minutes to see an SUV that was on the CarMax website that stated it had 3rd row seating but come to find out that that wasn’t the case.It was no fault of this CarMax location as it was a typo across all CarMax dealer’s websites in the country.We then met with the manager, Paige, who went above and beyond to make things right for us.She got us into a beautiful Honda Pilot that my wife fell in love with.Paige was very kind, professional, and empathetic.I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle at this CarMax location as Paige runs a very organized dealership.

Felt ripped off, got a quote in May for $2000, and re-quote in Sep $2000. Came to sell car only 1 day after quite expired and price dropped to $1500 seems ridiculous to me. Salesman said the more times you get quoted the more the price drops but no one told me that when I came in. My car most certainly did not drop in price overnight!!!! I had no choice but to sell to you as was leaving the country the next day. Very disappointed customer.

My husband found a car he was interested in at Carmax Royal Palm. We drove 2.5 hours to see the car. He found there were some things that needed to be fixed before he agreed to buy the car. Carmax made sure all the issues were addressed and fixed. We drove down the following weekend and were very pleased to see that they kept their promise to correct the issues pointed out to them. We were very satisfied with the whole purchase process. Everything was fully explained with no unexpected fees. They are truly a responsible car dealership to do business with.

It went very well. People were nice, happy to answer questions, a smooth operation, and an impressive, detailed report on the.condition of my car. The agent, Emanuel, was new, and perhaps a bit slower than the usual, but had a nice personality, and I don’t mind working with someone in training. I assume that the amount that I received was competitive, and liked the absence of negotiations.

Wow. I went to two other companies to sell my car. My BEST OFFER from both was $900.00 and after going back and forth, one company reluctantly went to $1,900.00.Then I went to CarMax with the quote in hand from the internet for $3000.00. I went in to this location and Michael helped us. He locked the keys in the car which i found amusing as I have done that a thousand times too. They had them out like pros in under 5 minutes.Bottom line is I walked out of there with $3000.00.They were professional, kind, and not sleazy at all like the other establishments I went to.Highly recommend and they gave the best deal to me out of Palm Beach County HASSLE FREE.

The corporate office had to intervene for me to waive a fee for a vehicle that I was transporting to my local Carmax because the local Carmax refused to do so mind you the only reason I was even looking at another vehicle is because I was sold a vehicle of which there was a noise coming from the engine I returned it within a few days of purchasing it Carmax Royal Palm Beach FL they took it and evaluated it and told me that it was the turbo. I picked up the vehicle the next day, same noise appearedCarmax RPB FL then had the car for an additional two weeks mind you I believe I had a car for a total of a week they then sent me an email and said that the car is back you can come pick it up never told me what was wrong ( I will also post this on line) see the RPB Carmax website reviews to see this entire review

I scheduled an appointment the night before for 9 AM the following day. I showed up at 9:00am and was greeted at the door by Leo. He did the appraisal it took 10 minutes and then the appraisal took about 10 minutes to get in writing. We left and went to the dealership which they offered half of what Carmax offered me for my vehicle so we went back to Carmax and sold the car. We signed the paperwork gave him the keys then they gave us our check. We were out the door probably in 20 painless and easy minutes. We are Carmax believers now!

While I’m sure the overall staff is great upon ordering a car from Gainesville we were met with a barrage of interrogation questions from a new employee named Chris. He delivered a terrible experience questioning our integrity and qualifications. He questioned my insurance coverage as if my company could not cover accidental damage. He told me if I’m not gonna buy please return the car ASAP even though I PAID to have it shipped for a 24 hr test drive. Everything about his approach was uninviting and offensive. Never doing business here. Sorry.

I totally recommend looking for your next car at a CarMax before going to a dealership first!While I still stand by my comment that this was a fantastic shopping experience, I do want to add this as a heads up... When we got home we activated our three month free Sirius XM trial. We had all the stations for a week and then it cut out. I called Sirius XM and let them know. After speaking with a manager I was told that the dealership deactivated it for whatever reason and that they could only give out the one free trial per radio I.D. and to call the dealership to have them set up another free trial. I called CarMax and after a short wait on hold was told there was nothing they could do about it and it was a Sirius XM issue. I will call Sirius XM again and see if it can be resolved. Just be warned. Im taking away 2 stars from the review. If I find it was the fault of Sirius XM, I will update this review.2nd update. I called Sirius XM again (2nd times the charm) and they WERE able to get the free trial going again. Not sure why they couldnt do it the first time.Im giving CarMax back another star, but not both since they were the ones who disabled the Sirius XM in the first place.
