There is no substitute for honesty.Make sure you read the fine print, there is plenty of fine print at pinnacle motorcars.Honest Business owners don’t need to rely on fine print.You won’t find honesty or a willingness to make it right with you at pinnacle motorcars.Chris sold me a Truck with 21,000 miles. He failed to disclose the vehicle was brought in from Canada and that the balance of the factory warranty was voided. The check engine light turned on miles after picking up the truck. None of the $700.00 worth of emissions issues would be covered by warranty. When I went to register the truck there were odometer disclosure issues with the title. It took months to resolve the title issues so I could finish titling the truck. It was like pulling teeth to get the needed paperwork to title the truck.And yes it still doesn’t have the balance of the factory warranty. And Chris is entirely unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue.Problems happen some times in a car purchase. Just know as a buyer the no fair resolutions will be offered by this company.Take your business elsewhere.

My wife and I just purchased a corvette from Pinnacle Motorcars. We worked with Chris who was great and was a tremendous help during the entire process. I traded another corvette in on the one that we purchased and he was able to tell me what the trade was worth just from sending him photos of the car. We traveled over 700 miles to make the deal and when we arrived Chris was waiting for us. He stayed in contact with us for the entire week prior to us being able to get there and held the car for us. He even helped me make arrangements to ship the original hood for the car back to N.C. Unethical, dishonorable and irresponsible are words I would use to describe this company.Dennis was my best friend until he closed the deal then when all of his promises never materialized I called the owner Todd who just yes me to death so he could get off the phone. He never followed up with anything and obviously does not care about his customers once he has your money.All around just a horrible experience and I regret doing business with them. Find a more reputable company and save yourself a lot of stress.

I have recently purchased a 2013 BMW 640i from Pinnacle Motorcars and it was a great experience. Chris Oland was very professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make the deal fair and easy.My trade in was valued well and there were no surprises at all although the deal was mostly done over the phone and online. At delivery, it was discovered that one key fob was missing and they instantly wrote a check for an expensive replacement...after the deal was done!These guys have fabulous cars and really seem to care about excellent relationships.I highly recommend their professional practices and honesty.

Had a great experience buying my Land Rover. Vehicle was super clean and Chris Oland was professional and offered wonderful customer service through out the transaction. I purchased this car from Florida, sight unseen, and had it shipped to North Carolina. The only mishap was the shipper strapped down the vehicle incorrectly and blew the right front air strut. Chris and his business stepped up and replaced it at a certified Range Rover repair center in NC of my choice. That repair technician said it was one of the cleanest 2011 Rovers he had seen and could not find any issues other then the strut damaged in transport. Now my wife is driving this car and can not be more happy. My next car will definitely be with this company using Chris!

Pinnacle Motorcars is the place to go if youre in the market for a high-end used car. I got in touch with Chris about a Nissan GTR they had in their inventory and he was able to answer any questions I had. I was skeptical that the car would not be as in great of shape as Chris guaranteed me, until I looked at the car and had a full on inspection by Nissan done prior to purchase. The car came back from inspection marked as Perfect Condition and it took away all hesitation. Pinnacle Motorcars prides themselves in selling used cars that are in the best condition possible and that is hard to come by. Chris is a trustworthy guy, who prides himself in NOT being a salesman; his cars speak for themselves. I will be sure to get in touch with Pinnacle in the future when I am in the market for a new ride!

As many others have said, I cant speak highly enough of Chris at Pinnacle motorcars. I had my heart set of a very special, limited edition Audi RS6, which was a one year only car, and less than 1000 were brought to the USA.Chris and I exchanged a few phone calls, where he offered some details on the car, and service history, etc.. My primary concern was that the car had been well kept and well serviced. When I drove down there to look at the car I was floored by the cars in the showroom. I had no idea that the car I was buying was probably worth 10% of his average sale, and there was no shortage of customer service.I am a thorough car buyer. I spent an hour looking at it, a 20-30 minutes test drive, and then I sat down and spent an hour going over every single receipt. I never felt rushed, or hurried, and Chris let me take all the time I needed to be comfortable, including a 30 minute deliberation out side. As I said to him, I was aware that he has probably sold Ferraris with a 5 minute phone call, and this car was 10% of that value, but I was there for 3 hours. After purchasing the car, a very small issue developed. Most used car dealers would have told me too bad, but Chris went way above and beyond, and assisted me completely in resolving the issue. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service I got from Chris. It was clear that he only has one level of customer service: Excellent, and the value of the car he is selling is not factored into the quality of service you get.Tl:dr: Bought a $15k audi from a Lambo dealer, and got treated as though I was spending 10x as much. I cant recommend Chris at Pinnacle highly enough!

Purchased a lifted 2015 F250 Ford Superduty from Pinnacle Motocars, my salesperson being Chris Oland. Chris was very attentive from the beginning, the final destination of truck was Jamaica and I wanted to add a few extras to give it my own personal signiature. Chris took care of everything in getting them assembled on the truck in a very short. I found him very courteous and accessible and had an overall pleasant experiece with my purchase. I recently purchased a 2006 Mercedes AMG SL 65 from Chris, sight unseen. The car was as advertised - in mint condition. My son owns a shop that works on these cars, and he confirmed the car is as new. Chris was a pleasure to deal with through out the process. I ended up having an issue with NJ DMV taking the title for the car (it was not a Florida title and NJ does not accept assigned titles). Chris resolved the issue by taking the title back, going to Fl DMV and getting a Florida title - all very expeditiously. I would purchase another car sight as seen from Chris. Now i just have to stay out of jail given the amazing speed of this car!

Put a deposit down on a car and they sold it from under me. They also tried to charge me their state sales tax which is wrong as well since Im not a resident there. I wouldnt do business with them unless you feel like getting ripped off in some way

Not who they appeared to be. Once they got my money the lies and lack of follow through started. The biggest lie was uncovered with a CARFAX supplied by them. At the end of the day, theyre nothing more than used car salesmen minus the sport jacket.
