The reason for the five star rating is due to Gabrielle. She is an outstanding associate who went above and beyond to replace my glasses. I ordered new glasses and they did not fit right and after numerous attempts to correct the error, Gabrielle discovered the problem. It was due to my prescription and ordered a new pair for me.In addition, she and did not charge me and refunded part of my money. She was very patient and understanding.A real asset to LensCrafters.Thank you, Gabrielle.

Had my exam and got fitted for my glasses today. Adam always does a great job. Gives honest opinions on what frames he thinks will work best. I always know I can trust his opinion and can’t wait for my new glasses to come in.

Adam was wonderful!! I had purchased 2 (pricey) sunglasses in which the screws quickly came out of both!! I was very disappointed when the company I purchased from would not send me replacement screws. I tried taking them to a couple of local eyewear stores for repair but never had success .I went into LensCrafters expecting to hear what other places have told me. This time, I had much success!! Adam did what others, including the original company from which I purchased, wouldn’t do for me. Thank you, Adam!!🕶 😎 ☀️

We’re 73, been to a lot of eye glass places. This was the best place by far. People there were helpful, courteous, efficient. The prices are good also.

Very nice people but I received the wrong prescription, and could no longer read normal text with my new glasses or contacts...I thought maybe I needed to get used to them. I was leaving town for a few weeks and couldnt get in soon enough. I went to Walmart and got the correct single vision lense prescription and can now read normal text and no longer have headaches.

No clue on how to work with insurance carrier. Vision has changed dramatically in last year and told would not cover new glasses until Jan. 2021. Told I had to call insurance, which I did and insurance said provided had to call them not me. Wow such a run around. Called my old provider, which I regret ever changing from, problem solved in less then 5 mins. So if you have insurance run fast from lens crafters, they dont want to do anything that might take extra effort to help you.

Ive been here a few times and have always enjoyed my experience. They have a good selection, i love the digital eye exam and how knowledgable the doctor is. The prices are what you would expect for glasses these days $$$. Plus, they really helped me decide on a pair of glasses. They are overall, friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable.

The staff is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The appointment was completed in a timely manner. When they didnt have what I was looking for they were able to reccomend a place that did. Not many will do that for a competitor.

I absolutely loved the digital eye exam! Using technology instead of a chemical in my eye to dialate it was so refreshing. I was able to walk out and drive myself. Will definitely be going back.

I am a returning customer of Lenscrafters in Saginaw because of Dr. Bailey and her staff. Dr. Bailey is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Her and her technicians were also very helpful when it came to frame selection for both my husband and me. I have recommended Lenscrafters to several others and have never had anything but positive feedback.

My son needed new glasses. I work Monday through Friday so I called for a Saturday appointment. They scheduled him for their next available opening. Doctor was very patient with my son who easily could have annoyed her with his need to entertain. After his exam was finished they showed us a selection of frames they picked out based on his current style. We selected his frames and after a few quick questions they gave us our out of pocket cost which was less then I expected. Very happy with the care we received from the moment I scheduled his appointment to when we picked up his new glasses. Thank you!

Bailey needs to go back to school...She does not give accurate diagnosis and she is a liar. Too much of a damn coward to return phone calls so she has her reception to do for her. Stupid! Needless to say I found another doctor!
