The staff is excellent here, though its not your traditional eye exam. They have off-site optometrists that perform the eye exam by operating the machine remotely. I had my new Rx and ordered my glasses all within 45 minutes. The glasses came back in less than two weeks, and Im pleased with the quality. The price was comparable with previous eyeglasses Ive ordered. I cant wear contacts, but they do offer contact lens services and fitting, as well.

Everyone was super nice from the girl that greeted me at the door to the eye Dr. I feel everyone went above and beyond from me getting my exam to picking up my glasses! Prices were very reasonable. Easy online scheduling and my appointment didnt take long at all. The eye doc was virtual, which I didnt care for, but nonetheless I needed new glasses. The selection is okay, not many safety or sunglass options. Processing time was average. The quality of my lenses and frames are great though.

We purchased 7 pairs of glasses and they never offered to adjust them or fit them the glasses were just handed to us and zero communication regarding any type of warrenty they are so uncomfortable that I have gone back to wearing my old glasses. Don’t buy glasses from this place.

My wife got her glasses there fit was good on the frames bot they have broken 4 times in 6 months and had to be replaced each time at our expense. We paid for all the protection stuff and supposed to have a 1 yr warranty. Watch what you buy here

Wrong glasses, free pair. Total $1200.Issues resolved with a representative in another country. Refund of $604. Could not refund $45.For professional services. Where?Pakistan! Clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Its weird to recieve a eye exam over a tv screen but I felt like you didnt get a less quality eye exam. Would definitely come back.

At the store in Saginaw I had to wait 3 hours for my prescription.I rdered the 2 pair of glasses. They confirmed they would be in 2 weeks. Its been 2 weeks and they are not in. You can not call the store and they send to to a company that processes the calls.I will not be using this company again

Had a glasses mishap today while shopping we stopped in and they did both my husband and my eye exams as walk ins and we both got our glasses ordered and should be ready in 2 weeks. Locally it was a 1 month wait for an appointment for the exam alone. Also the staff was friendly and helpful.
