Hands down, best customer service. Elbarro (I like read so I think thats his name) went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and left super happy and set up to have a better afternoon. I know Ill be back and bringing the whole family.

Loads of toppings and multiple frozen yogurt flavors. Only 20oz. Cups offered so keep that in mind when filling. Lots of seating and some lounge chairs facing the street window. Polite and accommodating staff. Good place to grab a quick treat.

I’ve done multiple deliveries to them with Instacart and picked up many orders doing DoorDash and every time the employee I dealt with(some guy not sure the name) every single time it’s a very rude interaction, 0 greetings upon entering and a very I don’t care attitude. I will no longer be doing orders related to this business

Very tasty frozen yogurt. They had some dairy free options while I was there too. It look like they had tons of toppings to put on it, but I like mine plain. :-) Friendly, helpful guy at the counter too.

This is how my college-age kid described this place: Very yummy, very delicious, I would recommend. We actually went here twice while visiting Salem. Choose from one of many interesting frozen yogurt flavors, then go completely overboard loading it with almost any kind of topping you can think of.

Finally found an amazing place for dessert downtown Salem! This little gem is nestled in a very nice part of downtown, surrounded with other restaurants and shops. Theres outdoors seating which is nice. The inside is super neat and clean and everything is laid out in easy to understand order. Tons of flavors to choose from, even dairy free! We tried a variety of all the dairy free flavors and they were all amazing! Yum! Toppings are a must and theres plenty to pick from including fresh fruit, my favorite. I took my toddler here for a treat and she loved it, especially the color change spoons. That was just a cool touch (lol). Service here was top notch and Ill definitely be back.Please wear a mask inside here and respect others space for social distancing. Outside seating is roomy and comfortable for social distancing.

I was so happy to be able to visit a froyo place and not have to scarf down any Lactaid pills! The dairy-free options are a game changer and I might have gone a little overboard with my order but I do not regret it. It was also very tasty and all the toppings were very fresh. Its a cute little spot for a date night in a quiet part of town and I had lots of fun here.

Very good yogurt! Lots of vegan and gluten free flavors! There was a whole section of fresh fruit toppings and they have the pineapple dole whip like Disney land! Owner is very friendly and makes the place feel very welcoming. They rotate flavors and toppings so every time I come there’s new things to try! One of the best dessert places in town!

Standard frozen yogurt joint in downtown Salem. Good location. They offer a few vegan options that are both sorbet and almond milk based. Great for vegans. They also have video games that people can play. There is no hot fudge, but they do offer chocolate syrup. The place is clean and quiet. A nice place for a quick bite, or nice to hang out and socialize.

They have a great selection of yogurt flavors and their toppings are all over the board awesome.This place is also incredibly clean which is seriously important when youre picking toppings from a buffet style bar.We will be back. We love this place!! Great selection of froyo as well as toppings. Their nondairy flavor was chocolate cookie with almond milk. Happily surprised to say it was DELISH! Employees are doing a great job of following Covid rules by dishing out the topping to the guests instead of self serve. I love supporting a local family owned business!!

They have whole cookies you can add to your frozen yogurt! Plus a bunch of fresh fruit and more than the average amount of toppings. Plus the yogurt itself is delicious. They have a really cool ambience, too. I think the best thing about them, though, is that they are open late! Its a great place to hit up at night when you have a hankering for a treat.

I understand this place gets busy but just totally unprofessional the guy working today at about 5pm my family and I were in line to get our frozen yougurt and my 4 year old son needed to go to the restroom if you have kids everyone knows how that goes we simply asked if there was a key to a bathroom as my son is about to pee himself and he tells us to hold on. I understand he was taking cash from someone but then he proceeds to greet the next person instead of respectfully pointing us to the right direction to a bathroom. It shouldn’t have been a big deal but I never plan on coming back here. This guy needs some customer service lessons because this just ain’t it.

I went into the downtown Frozation for the first time for an open mic poetry reading. The interior was clean and modern, with plenty of toppings and yogurt flavors. I enjoyed my particular yogurt bowl.However I am giving this location a 4/5 because the cashier did not know how to process my Buy In The Mid Valley card discount - which gives me $1 off my purchase. She was very nice as I explainedthe offer and she gave me the discount. Other than that it was a delicious experience. :)

I and my family thought that the product was amazing but it was late a d there was a drawback of the ambiance for us, it was the loud music being played next door. It qas so loud that we could not speak at normal comfortable tones. But we will return earlier in the day.

So many options! They have quite a few non dairy flavors. I had the almond milk vanilla with some fruit and it was delicious!

Modern, quick, and tasty was this downtown favorite for salem. My experience however was not one to bring me hurrying back. First thing I noticed when I walked in was that the music was way to loud for as slow as it was. I dont mind some background noise, but I could barely have a conversation with my fiancee about which of the flavors she wanted. There actually were quite a few options. My second issue was the furniture. I couldnt tell if there was too much of it, or if it was not laid out well, and the leather seemed like it has had better days. Lastly, was the price. Frozen yogurt is pretty convenient when you can walk in pay and leave, however I can do the same thing at Safeway for half the price. I feel as though the rates arent unreasonable, but for two half full containers to be over $15 seems a little ridiculous. My suggestion to the owner is to add a flat rate for customers who dont want toppings, and to replace and or move the worn out furniture. I was however satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the dessert, and the overall experience.

A little dirty and disappointing. Really nice staff, good ingredients for the most part. The interior and ice cream machine interface was a little dated off-putting. Yogurt flavors were okay, but not the best Ive had. Its a fine place for fun and Froyo.

Delicious pomegranate raspberry! Wish they had cones and more flavors! The guy working the counter was helpful and answered all my questions.

I know a lot of people like this place. I do have to admit, the inside has a cool vibe. But honestly, the frozen yogurt is nasty. I enjoy frozen yogurt that is organic/all-natural and this is far from it. The fruit was also not very fresh. I will never have frozen yogurt from here again.

I was there on 9-12-2013 @ 10pm and received the worst customer service experience that Ive had in a long time! I am a polite customer and try to be laid-back but the cashier went out of her way to be down right unpleasant, unprofessional, and snide with me and my brother. Thankfully the product was good and the selection of topping was spot on. Had we been treated with courtesy this could have been a five star review. Ive had better service from a vending machine.

I liked the atmosphere and seating but they had a small selection of yogurt and not enough fresh fruit. Great for giving kids cavities with a huge selection of candies and syrups, but if you are looking for something healthy, this isnt the place for you.

I have been here several times in the past couple of years and it has always been amazing. This is probably the best yogurt shop out there.

This was my first time to Frozation. The sprinkles were nasty. They tasted like black licorice and they were not labeled that way. Also, I didnt like the selection of frozen yogurt.

Ive been here twice and both were somewhat disappointing experiences (this past weekend and a couple of months ago). Both times the yogurt was more liquid than solid (think slush instead of frozen). The toppings were limited and a little wet due to the refrigeration and condensation buildup.I will be in search of another frozen yogurt place in Salem.
