Great customer service and quite a lot of riding gear compared to most other motorcycle showrooms in Seattle. Quite trendy with their newly added coffee bar. I bought a used Kawa Vulcan S here last year so sometimes you can fing good deals on non Triumph bikes but gosh those Triumphs sure are pretty! Also like that they carry Zero electric bikes.
I had the best retail experience of my life here the other day, and I didn’t even buy anything. Haley was really helpful to me as a brand new rider, answered all my questions, and even answered questions I wouldn’t have known to ask. She gave me tips about what to look for when buying a motorcycle for the first time, and encouraged me to get quality riding gear, regardless of whether it’s from Triumph or not. This is no ordinary motorcycle shop. This place rocks.
I just purchased a motorcycle from Triumph of Seattle and it was an awesome experience. I highly recommend stopping by whether you are buying or just want to look around. My experience started with a true no pressure approach from my salesman Alex. Adam in the Parts Department was very friendly and went above and beyond. The manager, Jenny, is what really made the experience special. She has a way about herself that makes you feel important. She wears many hats and is happy to do so. Visiting Triumph of Seattle is a must if you like being treated like royalty.
I’ve always had an amazing experience with Triumph of Seattle from service to gear. Awesome selection of Rev’it gear, and when I stopped by to have a tech give me feedback on the health of my chain, they came right out and determined that it was in serious trouble….showing me what was going on. And what did they do? Put a new chain on for me right then! I ride everyday and was leaving town the next morning for an ADV camp. Felt very taken care of and relieved. Also, Hailey in retail is superb and knowledgeable. ❤️ Triumph of Seattle!
Great and professional services. Their staff give you feelings of warm community. True riding spirit.
Ive been a customer of this store since Aurora Suzuki went away. These guys are hands down the best motorcycle dealership in Seattle. Ive taken three different bikes in for service, and have always had a good experience. The service department is often busy, as you would expect from a dealership in Seattle, where everyone wants their bikes done up for the summer. That said, these guys do a fantastic job.I dropped my bike this morning and snapped the brake lever, called in and spoke to Adam, he verified they had the part in stock, wrote me up, Solomon and James in service had me fixed in about 15 minutes, no charge for the install. While I was waiting, the woman at the counter, whose name I didnt catch, recommended a paint shop when I inquired about touch up paint.Everything about the visit was class, and I appreciate the service I got from the staff. Theyve taken care of me with three different bikes over the years, and always do a great job. These guys are rock stars and deserve your business. I will continue to use them as often as I need motorcycle service. Good job guys!
Picked up a used 2017 Thruxton R from them, excellent buying experience with Andy. Had some issues with the bike a few days after getting home, so I was initially not too happy. However! Solomon and the service team over there took extremely good care of me, and got the bike back up and running a day later. It turned out to be a fairly simple fix, everything was covered under the used bike warranty and I rode off with a huge smile. The bike is running like an absolute dream now, and I get to fall in love with it all over again.Would say 4.5 stars just because of the slight inconvenience, but the customer care was next level. If youre searching for a used (or new!) Triumph, look no further, Triumph of Seattle has got you covered for sure!
Everyone in the shop was really helpful but I think its a horrible policy to not let the bike mechanics work on a bike over 10 years old. To be clear the mechanics were very nice and helpful but there hands seem to be tied by new ownership. Hey new ownership, your policies are trash and Ill shop for anything I need elsewhere.
James and his team were very helpful with a remote motorcycle purchase. I bought a second hand motorcycle from an individual in Seattle and I wanted to make sure everything was okay before the bike was to be shipped to New York City. They went the extra mile to make sure everything checked out. I am glad I found them and was able to complete the purchase in confidence.
Had a great experience shopping for new gear at Triumph. Hailey, the apparel manager, took her time to understand my needs, help me understand my options, and make an informed choice. She went above-and-beyond to offer assistance for gear hunting outside of her shop. If Hailey represents this shops dedication to safe riding and superb customer experience, then this place is a gem.Because of this, Triumph will be my first stop for gear needs in the future.
Super friendly and helpful staff. I didnt feel pressured to buy. Definitely felt like the staff was well informed about all of the different aspects of the merchandise they sell and happy to spend however long it took making sure I got and understood the gear that I needed.Masks and sanitizer at the door. Everyone was wearing masks.
Awesome shop with great customer service, tons of reps, quality gear. Prices are crazy high. 0_0
This shop didn’t set the belt tension on the new bike I bike bought.I told them the motor was skipping and was destroying the belt. They said it was the traction control (my bike doesn’t have traction control). They told me to bring it in to set the belt tension correctly.I trailered it back and they fixed it but then charged me for the fix against my objections. If they would have told me they would charge for the correction I would have taken it to a professional shop.I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if you have the choice. This shop has nice employees but lacks business ethics I value.
Bought my Triumph Trident here. Best vehicle buying experience I ever had. Preordered it November got it one of the first in US. Salesperson Andy is the real man. Dealership keeps fees to minimum, doesnt try to trick you, has zero typical dealer BS. 10 out of 10.
The staff completely blew us off. We tried to purchase a Vespa part and the response was zilch. We got great service at Seattle Power Sports. Avoid Triumph if you have any Vespa needs.
Happy to elaborate - the summary: I came for help to get my Vespa working but got judged and told the job wasn’t worth taking - what’s with that?Longer version: I brought a Vespa to be serviced at what I understand to be the official Vespa dealership. It’s true it’s been idle for a while so it would need an initial inspection (~$400) and possible repair costs of maybe $1,000, and the (rather helpful) check-in person explained the dept didn’t have space until later in September. I said “ok” to all but this needed the service manager to approve and he said booking slots were in high demand and taking this in wasn’t worth the hassle. It was like you had a no shirt, no shoes policy that I wasn’t aware of.I was asking for help to get my bike running again. As a Vespa dealership/service centre I figured this was the right place to go (yes? no?) but instead of getting assistance, and maybe some sympathy, I was treated in a dismissive way. It wasn’t that you were unable to help, you just didn’t want to.This is my 3rd Vespa bought from what was the official Seattle Vespa dealership, Big People Scooters. They closed up shop so I couldn’t go to them for a repair, hence Triumph, which was 400 metres up the road from our house. The Vespa was stored in a garage for a year, then due a combination of factors it was on the street for 12 months: a sudden house move during peak covid lockdown and a Vespa with a flat battery on moving day, then a prolonged medical issue meant it sat on a side street. One evening 3 months ago I pushed the bike to its present location, beside the store, as I tried to get it booked in. The waits were long, I figured they’d come down, but they didn’t and so I decided to turn up in person to book it in.I understand that my predicament is not your problem but I was judged as being the person who owned the bike you thought was abandoned. The service manager could have at least been empathetic enough to suggest solutions on how I could get the bike to another repair shop. Not his problem though right?Realizing my only hope was to try and do repairs on the side of the road I asked if you sold batteries. Actually paying any money to Triumph was galling but what was my choice? You’re a great bike store and you’ve great brands - but the customer service that I received was far from where I’d expect it to be and it was pretty harsh to be treated that way.
Awesome shop for higher end gear. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I never felt rushed or coerced, only supported and helped in finding the best gear for our situation. All staff were following COVID protocols.
Made a purchase on ebay for seat they had on 3/02 with an expected delivery date of 3/10. I never received the product, and when I inquired about it whether it shipped they simply refunded me. The fact that the refund was sent pretty quickly after my inquiry is the reason for 2 stars; however, it wouldve been nice to know they didnt have the item in stock so I couldve ordered it elsewhere rather than waiting. This seems to be and M.O. with some Triumph dealers Id recommend calling before ordering to verify stock.
Great store, really cool bikes
I ordered a replacement seat on Ebay from Triumph of Seattle. FedEx says the package was delivered, but I never received it. I contacted their Ebay rep, who finally responded to my third message over a week with a standard action statement that they wouldnt give a refund and referred it to Ebay to settle. He didnt bother to write for himself. Good looking out, Topher. Prior, over the same week, I left two messages at the dealership. No one called back. I expected better service than this.
So I had my 2004 Bonneville full serviced ($900.00) in April this year at Triumph of Seattle to include the check of a noisy speedometer cable above 60 miles an hour. After completing the service and checking out the speedometer noise they said it was fine and they could not produce the same disturbing noise - no problems found. Just when I started a 2500 mile bike trip in June the noise came back and I had to disconnect the cable for the remainder of trip. Ok stuff happens...but when I called today to set up an appointment to have it looked at again, they said they could not because they recently changed their policy and are only servicing 2010 bikes and newer now??? Huh?Maybe they’re too busy right now and don’t need that much work, or maybe something else I don’t know. I certainly wasn’t going to make a big issue with TOS about the speedometer cable (miss) I just want to get it fixed and I also had some other work (broken spoke $$$) to be completed, etc. If the policy changed, ok, but wouldn’t you think they would make an exception in my case and finish the work on my 2004 Bonny to keep a customer happy? I was just there in April $$$. Besides paying $900 for the servicing of my bike, I also bought $300 in accessories. Customer service where are you at TOS? Specifically Solomon in service is the one that blew me off, not a nice guy. Signed bewildered~
Triumph of Seattle has been in the neighborhood for a long time and I now know why. A great little shop with very helpful people and some very cool bikes. My only wish would be for them to have more accessories available for the bikes but you can only stock so much. Definitely worth a trip to check them out and looking forward to working with them!
Having purchased from ToS twice I can 100% say they are the best dealership Ive worked with between Bellingham and Seattle. They always make you feel welcome and the purchasing process has never felt like just a transaction. They have solid deals and are also upfront about pricing - no tiptoeing here! The service and parts staff also provide a warm environment. Overall just an amazing business to work with.
Update: Daniel reached out to me and were coming to a resolution. This was above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Daniel!Old Update:I waited some time before I wrote this review because I was pretty uncertain if it would be worth it or if anyone would really read it. I brought my bike in a few months ago. It did need some work as it was an older 07 Triumph Bonneville and I wanted a bunch of work done on it, included adding some heated grips. They replaced my tires, battery, oil, the whole nine yards. And I paid a pretty penny. They had my bike for THREE MONTHS before I got it back. This was between early December (December 8) and early February, so not even in high season. When it was finally ready, I tried to schedule them to bring my bike back. That took at least another 3 weeks because they lost my number? Or had the incorrect one written down? I cant remember exactly what they communicated to me. But when I finally got my bike back (on February 27th), I noticed that my seat was not attached and was floating in position. No big deal, I screwed it back on properly. I waited about a week and a half before I attempted to take it out for a ride, mainly because of the weather and my schedule. When I finally tried to ride it, it would NOT turn on. It sounded like a battery issue, but I had already paid way over a thousand dollars and didnt want to wait another few months for it. So, I had a friend who was handy tow it to his house to check it out. Turns out that the heated grips were installed improperly and it was shorting my battery. Luckily this happened BEFORE I was out on the road.Overall, this was a lot of trouble, money, and time for a place that has such a good reputation. There were a few other issues, but luckily, my friend was able to get my bike up and running and it wasnt a complete loss. But honestly, I didnt expect this from such a high rated shop.
I’ve been a customer with these folks for two years. I love the selection of gear they have. The parts and accessories folks are generally able to get stuff quickly (except when suppliers are having issues, but that isn’t their fault - they do a good job of staying on top of it and keeping the order moving forward). The service folks do great work. Everyone from the sales team to the service folks to the back office folks are top notch. It’s a great place to hang out, swap stories and look at great bikes. They are great folks who are welcoming and friendly to all riders at all levels and all interests.
Bought a Zero motorcycle from here but order all my parts through AF1 racing out of Texas due to This dealer never being able to find parts for Zeros.
This shop has stood out to me from the first time I set foot in the door. A motorcycle shop utterly without pretense. I felt welcome with no prior motorcycle experience; I spent a year visiting and getting thoughtful advice long before I bought my own bike, a used Triumph, (not from the shop.). Since that time the shop staff have continued to provide great service in terms of ordering parts, offering ideas for services I can perform on my own, and creating a sense of community amongst bike owners. The only thing that would make it better would be if there was off-street parking with cafe seating, so you could pull up, grab a coffee from The Wick, and spend time checking out the rides of fellow bike owners.
Great experience. Bought a Street Triple from them. Always a pleasure to go into the store for parts or whatnot. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I couldnt ask for more.
I think these guys do a decent job at serving the local motorsports scene, though I wish they had a bar inside. And maybe free donuts. And a roof-top deck lounge area to watch MotoGP races on a big-screen TV (or five). Ive never had any maintenance work done here, nor bought a motorcycle from them, but I have bought riding gear. Their selection is decent, definitely more of the hipster biker scene than anything else. If you want ADV gear, they have some pants and jackets from Revit, but they seem to be focusing on the new-to-riding/younger riders crowd (which is just fine by me), so if you want Dainese jackets, head to Ducati Seattle, and if you want more touring gear, head to BMW (same building as Ducati Seattle). If you want Kevlar riding jeans and fashionable riding boots you can wear to the nightclub, Triumph is your place. They have a good selection of urban/light-duty gloves here, too, and LOTS of womens gear, of all kinds (pants/jackets/gloves/boots, all specifically for women, not unisex).
I had a wonderful time today at the shop! I was getting my Zero SR serviced, a 6kw Charge Tank installed by Natt. They were awesome in getting my bike turned around quickly. Hailey helped me order parts that I brought in, and John helped with the facilitating. The sales guys were awesome, I tried a Tiger 800 today. They totally werent pushy but very helpful in fitting me to the right bike. Id highly recommend these people for your motorcycle needs.
Edit from 2020-09-05:I got a call back from Garrett, the general manager, after this review was left. To note: I was also called after I left this review to be informed that the replacement tire finally arrived.I appreciated a lot this call-back from Garrett who seemed legitimately caring about my satisfaction following this matter., Although I would have liked to feel this way from the beginning, I was promptly informed over phone of the repair and got my bike back yesterday, dropped at home with no charge, all according to their insurance policy promise. Overall, besides the communication and expectation setting issues which Garrett addressed, this was a good experience and I am revising my review based on this. Mistakes happen, what matters is how you correct them.Original review left on 2020-09-02:Poor experience at the service department. Some context: I bought my bike (new Street Triple R) at Triumph of Seattle last year after a really good sales experience with Alex, and purchased their Tire and Wheel insurance policy - covering flat tires and wheel replacement. After a flat tire two weeks ago (screw on the road punched a hole), I called and got my bike towed to Triumph of Seattle. Two weeks after, I still dont know when I will get my bike back besides multiple calls.Any time I manage to get the service department over the phone, I am told they dont have time to look at it or give me a timeframe of when I can expect my bike back. I asked multiple times to be called back to be informed, but was never called.I find it extremely deceiving to sell an insurance policy to a customer for tire/wheels issues and not plan for this type of work. Its been more than two weeks now and I still dont have my bike, nor an idea of when itll get fixed. This was really again a good experience during purchase, but this lack of consideration for an existing customer makes me think that they dont really care after selling their policy.
Such an amazing place! The employees there make you feel cared for and help you with all your needs! In apparel they make sure you get something that will be comfortable as well as stylish. They take all your conserns and riding style in to account while you try to figure out what you need in your moto gear life. Parts are quick and efficient at making sure you get all your needs met and help you pick the next mod for your bike! You want to keep coming back not only for their selection but for the community they create there (:
First time buyer here. Since just a youngster I was told by my near perfect mother that motorcycles are murdercycles. So it took me til 50 to realize my dream of owning a motorcycle. Seattle Triumph were super great and professional all the way around. Specifically Andy was great and helped me find the bike I wanted, and was never pushy on a sale. Matt made the buying process simple and straightforward. I felt like I was running my own buying process, instead of being told what to do. Ive only been a motorcycle owner for a week and am loving my Bonneville T120. Perfect bike for me. Thank you Seattle Triumph for making my experience simple and fun. Christmas in August for this guy!
Nice people. No pressure
Zero parking, but friendly and welcoming place. Bought my bike from them. Brought it home and saw that there was a malfunction. They pre-ordered the part and are waiting for me to bring it in in a week.
Great staff very knowledgeable on their products will be back soon
Great service and amazing people. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
If you’re a beginner rider looking at buying gear for the first time, I suggest paying a visit to the very honest and helpful folks at Triumph! Not only do they have a huge selection of products, but they take their time with helping you find what you need. Hailey helped me tremendously with picking out my first helmet, which is arguably a tougher decision than choosing your first bike. I stopped in on multiple different days and she fitted me in a few helmets that matched the safety standards and style I was looking for. I always have a great experience and will continue to shop at Triumph for all my moto gear needs :)
Service while traveling. The folks at this dealership are awesome! They really took care of me while traveling through the area. From the moment I called to the moment I left, they bent over backwards to get my bike serviced and take care of me. Really great people and a cool dealership!
Cool selection of bikes and gear. Kind and friendly staff
Helpful and friendly. Andy was super knowledgeable and kind with his time. Great environment and selection and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.
Expensive !! $1500 for second service on rally 900
I cant say enough good things about these guys. I dealt with three dealerships in three different states with my bike, and these guys were by far the best. Im from out-of-state, and was not the easiest customer to work with. They worked on my bike, helped me get non-warranty covered problems fixed at no cost by the manufacturer (including shipping the bike to and from California), and ultimately helped me sell the bike. They stored my bike far longer than they had too, and I even was months late once paying them for service. They were always very professional and gave me great service.
For years these guys have been trying to solve my clutch issues. Love this bike, but she would only give me 1500 miles before the clutch would go wonky. Long frustrating story. They went through great lengths to figure it out. Rides like new happy beast thanks guysI will never buy a bike from another dealer!
I had to take my 2013 Daytona here because I had a shifting problem. I was worried because no one else would touch a Triumph transmission and I thought Id get gouged by a dealership. Daniel in service knew that it was a shift plate before I even brought it in. They had the best customer service and did a thorough honest job. Im more than happy to bring it back to people that know triumphs more than anyone and can troubleshoot and repair it better than anyone else.
So great! a great inventory and a super friendly staff. thank you everyone, but especially kevin! 🛵🛵 vroom vroom!
These folks are awesome. I bought a 2014 explorer from a private party, but called here for some information and they were more than happy to help. Theyve won my business if I ever need anything for my Triumph.
No hassle, no pressure, great service, EXCEPTIONAL probably the better word, from every single individual employed at Triumph of Seattle. Took a test ride and a week later, signed the dotted line for a new T120. If youre a Triumph fan or even just looking to take a test ride, I would 120% recommend stopping in at Triumph of Seattle.
Sold my motorcycle through Triumph of Seattle. Efficient process.
Johnny was great! I am a new rider and he hooked me up with my riding gear. He was patient and thoughtfully explained all the pros and cons of different gear. He seemed genuinely excited about helping me and it was a fun experience! If you need anything bike related or a bike this is a great place to go as part of your journey. Highly recommend, great selection and staff.
Staff changed quite a lot in the past two years and not for the best I must say.Entrance is not super accessible.Nice thing I like about the place is that they have a large range of Revit products.
As a new rider, Triumph of Seattle completely surpassed my expectations. Over several visits, they spent as much time as I needed to get me set up with the right gear and motorbike that I wanted, and that was also suitable to me. They were never pushy, answered all my questions and offered loads of advice on everything. I was introduced to all the team there and they are all great. But a specific shout-out to Andy, who set me up with my slick Bonneville T120 Black! I rode away with a huge smile on my face which returns every day I fire up that engine and ride.
Ive only had really positive experiences at ToS. Their customer service is great. I really enjoy my Triumph motorcycle so there welcoming service is just icing on the cake!
Theyre super good at being good at being good at being good etc
This whole shop is great. Bought gear from Johnny, who knew everything there is to know. Got a bike from Kevin at the Northwest Moto side. And, Andy gave great advice. As a new rider, they steered me towards a bike that was a little less intimidating, but no less fun. Great shop.
Everything about this shop is great - service excellent in all phases; sales, parts/accessories and the service desk. Their pricing approach is fair and transparent. I highly recommend!
Oh man, if I could give 6 stars I would. Ive bought my bike here, bought gear here, and have my bike serviced here. Every aspect of this place is amazing and they go all out to be kind, honest, and sincere.Alex in the sales department took his time to answer all my questions about the bike and the sales process (first time new-motorcycle buyer). He was knowledgeable of the model I was interested in and helped me with the pros and cons of a 2018 Vs 2019.Johnny in the accessories and gear department is just the same. It had been 14 years since I had shopped for motorcycle gear and he helped get me up to date on all the new trends and safety gear. Ive probably spent the most time in this section trying on gear, obsessing about safety, and of course wanting it to look the part. Hes patient, goes the extra mile to ensure parts are ordered quickly so you can start using them, and is just always willing to run to the back or whatever is needed to get you a size or color option.Matt in the finance department (I know, everyones favorite department in a dealership) is very low key and low pressure. He let me take my time to read everything even though it was an hour before they closed on a weekday. He didnt push back or anything when I declined an option, just noted it and moved on.I really cant say enough about these guys. If youre looking for a bike, gear, or service and they can do it for you: youd be well off in considering Triumph of Seattle.
Love this place! Bought my first bike from Kevin and Matt on the NW Moto side of the house; a sweet, Orange Crush Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. The Triumphs (though gorgeous) were a little out of my budget and overpowered for what I wanted, but thats not their fault, obviously. Once I laid eyes on the Enfields, there was no turning back! I had a ton of questions, and they didnt hesitate to answer each one with patience and understanding. Im relatively new to road bikes, and they walked me through the process flawlessly. While waiting for the final paperwork to get copied and put together, I went to the accessories department and the folks there took their time to help me find the perfect helmet and gloves. Just before I left, Kevin reminded me to go ahead and immediately make my appointment for the 300-mile checkup and adjustment so I dont miss a day of riding; got that scheduled before I even left with the bike. Cant say enough positive things about the staffs professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and knowledge. Plus its a really cool shop with a lot of vintage style riding gear that really sets off the Triumph style... Oh, and I suggest even just walking in a taking a gaze at the beautiful bikes, its definitely worth a few moments out of your day. Great job, Triumph of Seattle!
I recently purchased a used KTM 1290 SAR motorcycle from Triumph of Seattle, and cannot say enough good things about my buying experience. The salesperson, Alex, was really patient and accommodating, with zero pressure, and a willingness to find answers to my obscure questions. Daniel, in the service dept, was also super helpful, fitting me in for some accessory installation. Even Jenny, their marketing director, generously offered to take some fun photos of me on my new bike, so I could share my excitement with family and friends.I have not experienced such a solid crew of professionals at a moto shop in years, and I truly appreciate their services. This was was the +18th motorcycle I’ve purchased, but the first from Triumph of Seattle, and it will definitely not be the last bike I buy from this uniquely-great shop. Thanks again, y’all, I absolutely love my new bike! 🤘🏽
Exceptional staff, always a pleasure to stop by.
Just bought my new bike with them. Probably the best service Ive ever received when buying a vehicle. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Extremely recommended. Id give 10 stars if I could.
Ive been here three times in the past few years for maintenance on my Sprint ST. This business has one of the best customer service departments that I have ever known. Very knowledgeable staff. Didnt charge me a penny to update the mapping on my bike, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Cudos to the employees, specifically the service department. Keep up the good work! J.
Good place to go if you need information on bike gear or bikes. Very knowledgeable employees that actually teach you stuff that you need to know. Also they honestly care and they wont sell you just anything it has to work and be right for you
I bought a Zero ZR/F back in October and have had a couple of issues and I cant tell you how amazing Triumph of Seattle has been in mitigating those issues and attention to detail and client satisfaction. Thank you Guys!
This place is really nice. Quality bikes, great staff. And I didnt even buy one!!
Good helmet selection, attentive staff. Got in and out in no time
Ive purchased a bike here, gotten work and parts here, and have purchased their riding gear. I remain grateful that they are decent human beings, that understand and know the riding communitys needs...including those of their female riders. I recommend them highly and often to others. Thanks for being you, Triumph crew!
Very happy with my experience here! I mostly dealt with Andy and Kevin when trading in for a new bike and Id highly recommend both of them. I shouldnt single them out though because every employee there is passionate about what they do. It shows. The showroom is clean and well laid out. Theyve got something for everybody. There isnt much parking due to its location. If youre on a bike already this isnt a problem, theres space to squeeze in the back lot.If you like motorcycles (and of course you do!) youll have a good time here.
I was just passing through on a long road trip and was in desperate need of a new rear tire on my bike. After calling around to a few shops with no one able to get me in last minute, the team here was more than willing to accommodate me despite already being fully booked. Once I arrived everyone in the shop was super friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the actual service was extremely quick. Plus, not only did they change the tire, they did a full check on the bike to make sure it was good to go for the rest of my trip. Very impressed with the quality of this shop, and if I were a Seattle local it would be the only one I would visit. Thanks again guys!
Amazing Service. Highly Recommend
Great service and knowledge!
Completely positive experience. Clearly a bunch of motorcycle enthusiasts work here. Very friendly helpful staff that helped me get what I needed. I will be giving them more of my business.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff and very reasonable prices!
I went in to Triumph of Seattle as a completely new rider, fresh off the Basic Rider Course, and getting my endorsement. I wanted to get a full set of safety gear before getting a bike, and Triumph carrieda few brands I was interested in. Johnny was super helpful and friendly, and walked me through all their merchandise. Overall, good experience. Only a couple minor bits of feedback: it gets very warm trying a bunch of gear - AC in the changing room would be welcome! And I was buying gear at the end of season, so some sizes/style were sold out, which was a bummer, but understandable.
Andy and Kevin, in sales, are incredibly easy to deal with and are very friendly people. I bought a brand new 2017 Triumph Tiger Explorer from here recently, and reached a fair agreement on price with Kevin, in a matter of minutes, without any hassle. My girlfriend and I have also previously (last year) purchased accessories from here, and really liked the quality of the Triumph gear. However, despite the nice, new bike, and pleasant sales experience, the service department has had repeated issues with the delivery of the bike. I picked up the bike a few weeks after reaching the purchase agreement, so they should have had plenty of time to make sure the bike was prepared for delivery. First, a large bolt holding the engine guard onto the frame was hanging almost all the way out. Second, the firmware on the bike was configured for the Japanese market, which prevented the heated grips from functioning properly. Thirdly, I discovered that the plate protecting the bottom of the engine was loose when I was showing the bike to a neighbor.Triumph of Seattle has worked very hard to ensure that this situation was made right. They also seem committed to improving their service and new bike delivery process as a result of what happened. Its unfortunate that my bike was a unique case in delivery, but I dont necessarily fault the dealer for all of it either, regarding the firmware configuration. Still, they should have done some basic validation of the heated grips long before delivery of the bike to the end customer. All things considered, I had a five star experience with Triumph of Seattle. The service department seems to have some quality control issues that need to be addressed urgently, to avoid issues with other customers. As a customer, I would purchase another bike from this dealer, because of their demonstrated ability to make situations right.
Great sales staff and an amazing service center. Quality work honest recommendations and quality customer service.Highly recommend the service here. I will be back for sure!
Got good choices of Revit gear and pretty looking triumph
Well stocked with bikes, maintaining a broader than expected cross section of Triumphs, Royal Enfield and Zero. Good selection of gear, I bought a pair of boots. Picked up a RE Himalayan with a friend, pretty seamless transaction.
Andy and Kevin were great ambassadors of the brand. I dealt with 3 dealerships trying to find a new bike and they were by far the most on top of their game. Would recommend 10/10 to work with these 2.
I have purchased two beautiful bikes here. The buying experience was surprisingly pleasant. I say surprisingly because in the past, I have had horrible experiences with Motorcycle dealerships on the sales side. Triumph Seattle made it painless. The team is knowledgable, and helpful.Yes, I had some glitches in the process. But, the team bent over backwards to make everything perfect. Service team: A+. Yes, they are busy, for good reason: they do a great job for a fair price.Parts team: A+. Im picky! I want what I want and I want help deciding what I want ;). They do an impeccable job. Great selection of...everything.If you are in market for a bike, new or used, or if you require service on existing bike/s and if you just want more toys for your bike; shop Triumph Seattle.
Nice bikes I went in there to get parts for the Yamaha and a license plate frame but they didnt have it because my bike was not what they sold but I need some help with my motorcycle and one of the salesmen came out bring me a tool and help me fix my motorcycle thank you very much Triumph of Seattle
I love the store and the people are very friendly and helpful. They helped my husband find the perfect bike. Very satisfied
Great store with great people.
Good store plenty of bikes to choose from great selection of clothing and at decent prices. They service bikes here also but be sure to make an appointment. They also let you test ride various models, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Super staff!
The staff is so nice and helpful, willing to help any level of rider with no judgement! They make you feel comfortable and welcome in their beautiful shop. With their amazing assortment of Triumphs, you feel like a kid in a candy store which left me with an ear to ear grin. Isnt that what its all about? Its for the ride after all and that ride is Triumph🌲🤘🌲
I drove up from Portland to buy a used Vespa. The test drive and purchase went smoothly. Kevin showed me around and introduced me to the shop and staff. It was a nice experience the day of purchase. I felt like it was a fair price for what I was getting and still do despite the typical dealer behavior outline below, but I wouldnt refer any friends to this dealership.I noticed before buying it was missing some reflectors and trim pieces. I chalked it up to a previous owner wanting a cleaner look. Later on I see my scooter in a photo on the lift in the dealers shop posted on social media - missing fender, dash opened up, etc. Turns out it had fallen over and they were repairing some damaged parts before they put it on the sales floor (Not sure why they wouldnt bother to replace the trim pieces and reflectors) I asked my sales person what they knew about the history of this Vespa before purchasing to which they replied Bikes are like lost puppies, its hard to know. After riding it for a few weeks Im finding some issues due to the bike having fallen over (missing screws, panels poorly put back together, fuel gauge not working correctly due to a bad fuel sender) Minor issues than can be fixed, but annoying none the less.Matt at the dealer did reach out and leave a message to which I called back and was told Matt was with a customer. I requested a call back but never heard anything.I ordered the missing trim pieces and reflectors at time of purchase as there was holes left behind where they were missing. When my parts order finally shipped, it showed up incomplete. They claim they werent trying to pull the wool over my eyes which I do believe...they just behave like a typical dealer. Missed an opportunity to be exceptional. Theres a chance if I knew what they knew about this Vespa when I initially came to buy it, I may have opted for a brand new one instead. I dont expect a used bike to be perfect, but I do expect a reputable dealer to be transparent about what they know about it and its condition.Update 4/25/20:Garett the GM reached out and apologized for my bad experience. He offered to refund me for the parts and pay for an accessory of my choosing. After Covid hit, I told them to keep it but he insisted and said he would send a check - this eventually got to me in late May, pleased they followed through with this promise. I did take the Scooter to my local Vespa dealer for a tune and check over and find out there’s an open recall on it for the fuel pump that can cause the scooter to die in traffic. Piaggio paid for parts/labor. All they had to do was run the VIN and they would have seen this - instead they just shoved it out on the sales floor and sold me something with a dangerous open recall on it. They ended up making it right in the end, but I would buy from here with caution.
Received really friendly help when I came in to look at new jackets and pants. They have recognizable high-quality (but spendy) brands for gear. When they didnt have an option that fit me well, they were nice enough to suggest some other brands that could work for me. Ill definitely be back.
So many products and one of the staff was very educational on helping me figure out which international brand would be great for both on road and off road. So helpful
Great place - John and Hailey are very helpful!
I only have experience with the parts department but the guys are always quick and friendly when it comes to getting the right parts for your triumph! They are more than happy to order parts for your older Hinckley built machine as well, and stock some service parts as well. will definitely continue to buy parts from the parts department in the future.
