I was having problems with my phone I got locked out of it and I couldnt figure out how to get into it. So I went to the boost Mobile store where Maria was working. She not only helped me get into my old account, she made my whole day turn around. I ended up buying a new phone simply because she was so helpful! I really appreciated her help thanks again Maria!

New management new ownership this guy is good. Has a lot of rules they have to follow considering there audit compliant. Hands down the manager knows what he is doing. Go in there with a good attitude and he will help you to the fullest. What he is capable of doing and what he is allowed to be doing are two different things. Yes sometimes it may take a little extra time but he definitely has the heart to help you.

The place smells like pot no change

Walked in with a defective phone (stopped connecting to Wi-Fi, even after factory reset). Javier worked with me, and while he came up empty on an immediate fix as well, he did give direct contacts to the Motorola and Boost tech lines. Phone has to be sent in for repair/replacement, but it is what it is. I understand that and appreciate the efforts.

I got told to minimize customer service and maximize sales I do not recommend this place theyre just after your money they dont even care about you service doesnt even work properly and theyre not allowed to fix the problem or they will lose money

Lots of inventory, yet the store is small. Accessories are pricey. The two guys who run the store are not as informed as I feel they should be. They were both unable to place a glass saver, on my new phone, without getting lots of air bubbles in it. I was finally told I had a defective screen on my phone?!? A friend fixed it. Its usually crowded, and the wait is long, in a non air conditioned small store. Of the two staff members, one has far more knowledge, than the other. If you get him first, youre lucky! The other guy wont know what to do, and youll end up waiting for the other guy anyway! Bad experience for me! Ill stick with Best Buy, in the future, for my phone needs.

Tiny little place thats easy to drive right past, but they get the job done when it comes to your mobile service

The employees a very helpful. The biggest problem is if they get busy that cant keep up. .so you wait. A long time.It would be very helpful if they had a kiosk for bill payment similar to what they had at the Sprint store when they were combined.

They took my money and did not give me service for my phone. Talked to the manager who said he would have it fixed by 10/3/2018. He did not. They refuse to give me what I paused for. 67.00. The store on Michigan ave, is run by much nicer and honest people.

After two months my phone broke. so i got put on a friends account and got a new phone and cancelled my old account. they still took out the money for the old account and wouldnt refund it. DO NOT GO TO THE STORE ON UNION AVE. Id recommend going to the store on michigan ave. They have much better service

We received great service from Sam and Roberto on our first visit today! I was really impressed with how patient, helpful and friendly both gentleman were. I would definitely recommend this Boost in Sheboygan.
