Good customer service. Very friendly!

I bought an S3 off someone. I called Sprint at 3pm I was told just come down and we can activate the device and all I came here an hour before closing the person on the phone said it shouldnt take too long. Seems the store manager is more interested in trying to sell me a phone than do what I want. Multiple times she pulls the assistant aside to talk. Very unprofessional, I just wanted my phone activated, I dont want to lease a phone for God sakes.

All our questions were answered. Daniel was super nice.

Came in with problem with phone. Stephanie was a very knowledgeable sales person and helped with that problem and checked our account and explained a service enhancement we were eligible for.

Worst Sprint store ever. Hopefully now that they are part of Tmobile, the employees will get better training but this store has the worst CS ever. Specially the manager.

My phone I got was a pain & the butt to activate. They were super helpful on my options even being busy on Christmas Eve & very polite and helpful.

I went in today and asked for someone to put my replacement invisashield on my phone. They were happy to help! I really appreciate the great service I receive at the store

I love this Sprint Store. Theresa is an awesome customer service rep. I had an issue with my phone, they replaced it with no questions asked. Simple, quick, efficient.

Made an appointment but still had a long wait. Could use some additional staff during busy periods. The two people that were working managed their time very well with the amount of people that were in the store.

The guy was super nice, listened to what my concerns were. Will most deff be returning

I have to give a big shout out for an employee by the name of Dillia Clark she was very helpful and helped me immensely with a recent purchase the phone I had was just outside the warrentry when the screen froze up and she orchestrated a replacement for me at no cost she saved me a big headache and the possibly of leaving sprint and seeking another provider thank you Dillila for all you do

Didnt have last years HTC phone so I had to get the newest phone, girl was too serious, wouldnt joke around with me.
