I understand everyone has different experiences and may interpret things through their own senses. My experience in the store was very uncomfortable. I felt watched at all times as if I was a criminal or something. I have been a verizon costumer for over 10 years and although Sierra Vista is not my home town no costumer should feel this way.
Its about Elena, a Verizon sales person, who deceived me. A month ago, I visited the store to switch from Sprint to Verizon. Elena was quick to approach me and recommended a Galaxy S21($799) and if I trade-in an old phone, it will be paid for $700. So I signed the contract for the conditions above. After a month I checked my account then I spotted there was no trade-in and payment plan for 24 month was based on $799. But Elena said There was no trade-in. She lied to and cheated me. I was so shocked about her dishonesty. I would not have signed the contract without trade-in for $700. But I still have the worksheet she wrote and signed. It says everything about payment plan including trade-in.
Customer service was awful! They need to be better and do better! Selling a phone and failing to inform me that it is no longer able to receive updates and I no longer have access to voice mail is just wrong!
I’m not sure why this location is closed on Sundays. Weekends are typically the busiest time for retailers and it’s when customers have free time to shop. Verizon is already deficient with customer service via their highly frustrating telephonic automated system. Having a store location is the fastest way to resolve issues and for this location to be closed on such a convenient time for customers only exasperates the frustration. I am seriously considering changing my service provider and Not because of the product quality, but because of the limited ability to receive timely assistance.
Too bad I am Sprint customer. These guys are amazing, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Even though I was very upset because telesales promised one thing but delivered something else. These guys helped me resolve my issue

Our sales associates at the Sierra Vista Verizon Store was Jake. He was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to help us understand and set up our new phones. We are senior citizens, and Jake was patient in helping us to understand the technology. He was very friendly and yet professional. We had an awesome experience at the store with Jakes expertise! We would highly recommend him!
Im really tired of going in this store & not getting the answers I need or help I need. I was told an item was discontinued by one gentleman after another brought it out of the back room (Scratching my head). Team Member Training is important yall. Marina was very professional & kind today as was the gentleman who waited on me 2 days ago. But it just always seems like its something when I go there and it takes multiple visits to get a task done. My advice? If you can figure it out on your own at all, save yourself the time & do it yourself. Employees are nice & try to help but it just doesnt always go as smoothly as one might like.
Went in to discuss upgrading my phone. Chris was very knowledgeable and compared many phones that fit my needs. He knew about a sale on the phone I chose that was super! A very satisfied customer.
I get good customer service, however what makes me mad is when I need to talk to a real person from the store I can NOT get through the auto computer to connect me then tells me I do not understand your response GOODBYE???? And Im pretty good with technology. Im concern on getting a 2 year plan if I cant speak to a person.
They are ALWAYS busy but take you as you come in & take care of your needs in a very professional way A+

They told me I would get a military discount automatically, but did not tell me I had to get online and validate it. They said I could exchange my phone within 14 days but did not mention a $50 restoking fee. She also seemed irritated about having to do the exchange.
The local staff have been just great at giving all they have and giving great advise.Just relax, give it a few days ... take deep breath and .... ENJOY A GOOD STIFF BURBON NEAT.... or 2.All silly aside.... ANOTHER GREAT VISIT AND ASSISTANCE PROVIDED!!!!
They have taken covid way to far. Tell me call in to the store then youre waiting an hour. I hung up after that. My god only have a question to set up new entertainment apps i upgraded too.
My mother had to replace her phone. She had insurance on her phone, yet, the deductible was still over $200.
On the phone they messed my account up. In store she was able to do everything I needed. Thats why Ive had Verizon since 2001.

Between this store and customer service at Verizon, please save yourself a lot of aggravation and go else wear -- any where else. I upgraded to smart phone 4 + years ago and contacted this store as well as the 800 number as why my bill was $20/month more. Everyone gave me misinformation (ie not the truth), made promises not kept and gave me the run around. Finally got an answer to the $20/month overcharges today (took me talking to 5 people over 6 hours on the phone and numerous texts). They gave me the wrong plan. Instead of a prepay as I had before, they gave me a post pay which includes an extra $20/month charge. But since the overcharges were so long ago only refunded me $60. Also got a text today that said they were closing my account and get a job. To give you all the details about the misinformation, lack of promised follow up would be way to long for people to read. Just save your time and money and go somewhere else. Verizon will tell you their is the only service in town that has good coverage. This is not true. In fact, Verizon only rents towers in this town, they own zero. Most of their staff are incompetent.Below is the tone-deaf response from Verizon -- thanks me for sharing I was over charged $750 after the $60 credit for the overcharges. Guess I am a teaching tool. I am happy to report that I now use consumer cellular --a more robust plan for $30 and paid $100+ LESS for the same phone Verizon has.
Avoid them like the plague. Just bought a new iPhone 11. No charger and it didnt have the latest version of the OS. Went back to the store and asked for a charger and was told Apple no longer supplies them, but they could sell me one. What good is a phone without a charger. Would be 0 stars if thats were an option.
Successfully deleted THE MOST IMPORTANT THING on my phone, while making sure everything else was backed up. Everything but THE ONE THING I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR.FAILURE, Verizon. Epic Failure.I wont ever forget that.October 13, 2020

I needed a simple printout of my current statement. You will have to wait out here for an hour. Seriously? An hour for somebody to hit print while helping another customer? An hour before somebody else walks outside with the document? Then I am told I can wait in my car and they will text me in an hour. Like a car is a cooler option? I aint rich. I cant sit running my car so the air will work. You all SUCK and I cannot wait to cancel my account next year
Chris is outstanding and very knowledgeable!! I purchased a new phone for my husband and was having an issue with the setting and activating the phone!! He quickly resolved my issues and went beyond to ensure that my husbands phone was ready to use!! He is amazing!!! My husband and I are retired Army and its great to see an Air Force veteran representing his service with pride!

They get to you as quick as they can. They are careful because of covid so they have you wait 6 feet apart outside. Only a few people at a time in the store. That helps the employees and customers get done what needs to be done before the next customer is helped.
SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY. This place is quick to take your money but will not help with malfunctions with your devices.. Youre better off going to AT&T or T-Mobile. I give these people a big chunk of my paycheck, just for them to send me off to Best Buy or other electronic stores for help WITH THE PRODUCTS I BUY FROM THEM!!! Verizon is a money driven company, as long as you spend money on their products, thats all they care about, I PROMISE. God Bless.
I had recently received a text about a data plan deal. Rather than answer, I went to Verizon to verify the deal. They had it verified in a minute and had me signed up for unlimited data quickly. I think that the entire visit took 10 minutes total. The staff was friendly, polite and professional to work with the entire time.
The job of a Verizon employee is to give clients the best deal that their money can buy, and not make them feel like Verizon is stealing their hard earned cash. Horrible experience today on this lovely Sunday, September 20, 2020.

Thanks to Verizon wireless I have the best service again and they might have lines outside but they go as fast as possible so they can get everyone taken care of as fast as possible and they will make appointments for people if needed and very amazing employees
The staff at Verizon worked very well within the restrictions placed on them and the customers due to Covid. My first visit there was a little off-putting because the staff member seemed to be a tad condescending about my connectivity issues until his initial efforts didnt work. Thought we had it fixed but had to go back. The manager and another staff member were excellent. They listened to my issues and worked with me. Good people there.
Had an appointment and arrived early! They got me in right away and out inside of 15 minutes! Excellent service and taken care of quickly!
Doing a great job of limiting number of customers in the store. However, my son bought a new phone and it was not activated like it was supposed to be. So minus one star.

Chris, a representative at this store, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was not pushy in any way. He knew the plan options, and was patient when setting up our new Verizon service, transferring it from another carrier. Verizon is obviously not the cheapest provider in Southern Arizona, but its employees are professional and its cellular service is the best there is in rural Arizona. I highly recommend this store.

Extremely long wait time and associate had no clue about military exclusions or policies. One 5 minute call in to customer service and everything was taken care of. I would understand not knowing about what applies to military if you are not near a military community but this store is 10 minutes from a base. The associates were completely clueless. Save your time and call customer service, use online chat and even order your phones over the phone. Way better management of your time.

No one will answer the phone so that my 91 year old father can change his mailing address with Verizon. He has been trying for over 6 months.

Now they have touchless payment systems if you put 100.00 to pay a 80.00 bill you do t get the change back it goes to your next bill. The girl that helped me was nice but I do t like their new system
2 stars to the store - 5 stars to Marina, shes is about the only person I trust there. She helped cut our monthly bill and explained WAY more honestly the contract situation we got sucked into. Our original salesman last spring essentially lied about our longterm obligation in his attempts to switch us from TMobile and sign up for 2 phones. I have no respect for the business model that just pushes for a sale no matter what. That seems to be the motivation of a lot of the guys in that store... recruit more women! Thanks again Marina, youre the best!

Domenic B. is a great guy. He was able to port are numbers over to Verizon even with all the headaches of our other carrier. Unlike other carriers. cough!! Sprint cough!!! AT&T. cough!!, I never had a sense of getting screwed over. This guy went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. Especially in this town where its hard to come by.I dont write reviews much but his professionalism and great customer service deserves to be recognized.

Seems like the staff is knowledgeable, but it is always is a long wait; last two times I was there each wait was over 45 minutes. It is also frustrating to be greeted with a give me your phone number and well get to you as soon as we can, then you are left alone not knowing how many are in front of you in line, or how long the wait might be.
Went in to upgrade my phone. Called ahead to make an appointment so that I wouldnt have to wait at all.The rep tried to get me to switch from Edge to the Verizon Plan, which would not have been cost effective. Believe me, I check the math on all the plans at least once a year. Also pushed for the insurance, which Ive never needed in my 10 years of being a Verizon customer. When I asked about screen protectors, he brought me a specific one. Didnt discuss options; just brought me the one that I guess he wanted me to buy. I looked on Amazon and that one might not even have fit the curved edges of the S7.Dont try to upsell me! Just provide the service thats been requested. And present options as options. Not everyone needs everything. Dont try to sell me what most people want. Ask me what my needs are.He was going to charge me an upgrade fee, which I had to ask about. Not information he volunteered. Of course, theres no upgrade fee online, so I told him I was ready to walk out, go home, and upgrade online. So he did take off the upgrade fee...because we respect our military. Nope. You did it so the store wouldnt lose commission. Why is there even an upgrade fee at stores in the first place?

Well weve got the female working there who straight up walked away from me for no reason after I said Id have to log in to verify that I am in the military when she asked for my LES which was fine. Took me about 15 seconds - then she wouldnt acknowledge me or look at me when I showed her I had what she was asking for and went and started helping another customer. Thats after I waited 10 minutes for my spot. Im a pretty chill guy too dont know what was up with her - maybe she doesnt like anyone in the military but dont just walk away from someone who you just told you were going to be helping. The dudes working here were pretty nice although one spent about 45 minutes with me trying to get my military discount applied and had me come back another day - the other guy working helped me and had it applied in about 2 minutes.
They literally cant do anything. They just point you to the 1800 number. They are useless.

After a horrendous experience with the Verizon Retailer in the mall. I upgraded online and had in store pickup. Amanda called me and said my phone was ready and within minutes I was out the door. Very easy transaction and great customer service!
We love our Verizon store in Sierra Vista. It IS Verizon. All their staff are knowledgeable, very helpful and very patient. While very busy they do make time for all their customers, and to make sure all questions are answered, and tutorials are even given if needed! I cant speak highly enough about this store and its staff.
My husband and I went for the buy 1 get 1 free offer about 5 weeks ago. We were very much misinformed about the prices. Our first statement was over $800!!!!! We were told we would get a visa card for the store that could pay for the phone and had 30-60 days to pay for the other items purchased. Five weeks is 35 days. They shut our phones off today, which means that we are no longer to the buy 1 get 1 free promotion. very disappointed with this. We can cancel our contract and it would be cheaper than our monthly plan! Please beware. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
Inconvenient store hours. My work closes right when the Verizon store closes. Would it really hurt to pay workers to stay an extra two more hours? Also your data is too expensive. Unlimited data should be $50 for all devices. Way to rip off loyal customers Verizon. You can count on me switching carriers as soon as my contracts are up. Nice workers, but good customer service is not a way out. Lower your prices and stop taking advantage of small towns that have no other alternative.
Shanon and others in this store location need customer service training. Stop talking over the customer while customer is talking and eye roll responses to questions asked. Need better support and information. Would save employees time and customers time to listen to customers questions and respond intelligently. Verizon 800 number gives different technical information than the store employee.
Great customer service. Great wireless service. More pricier than other wireless services, but your paying for quality. You may have to wait an hour when walking in without an appointment.Do not follow Google maps directions. They take you to the old location which is across the street. The red marker is actually in the right location.
Maria assisted us at this Verizon. She was helpful, professional, and extremely polite. She did the best she could to find us the best plan for us.

Ive made a lot of changes to my service and phones over the past few months and could not be happier with the service from this store. The girls are as helpful as they are knowledgeable and thats a rarity this days. Best Buy should take a hint.The above was one year ago. Today I went to get a phone exchanged under my insurance because the phone fell off my bike and was run over by a few cars. The young lady behind the counter did not want to do an in-store exchange under the warranty even though I explained to her that it is used for business and I was able to exchange one a few years earlier under similar circumstances. She insisted that they no longer do that and handed me their land line to the insurance company. I explained the situation to the insurance people and they simply asked to speak to the young lady at my store and proceeded to school her on the procedure to make an in store exchange. The process took about 55 minutes and I walked out with a new phone and hopefully the store learned a new procedure today, although I get the feeling they knew and just didnt want to be bothered.I must add that I did not recognize any of the employees there from my previous visits there and had the feeling they were a totally new crew, not nearly as friendly and eager to help as the young folks I used to deal with there. I am deducting one star.

We upgraded our phones today and lady who helped was very nice and very helpful. She went out of her way to help us. We now have new phone, new service plan with more data usage and a new lower monthly bill.

Army veteran. Who loves Verizons service but not their employees. I loved the phone I had previously and was told upon switching that I would need to make a purchase in order to switch back over to verzon. Curious at first I thought nothing of it and chose a phone did the whole trade in plan and was later greatly disappointed. My contacts were not moved over, the trade in value was not worth the amount I still have to pay off on the phone, and the employee failed to inform me of the 14 day trade back policy. Oddly enough when I was informed of the trade back policy it rose the question of why I was required to trade in my phone in the first place. The other employees were also at a loss for words. So now Im stuck with making payments on a phone I dont care for and the employees only other solution was to open another account and buy yet another phone. HOOAH! This has literally been my only bad experience with verizon. The company and service itself are great. Employees. Not so much. Please be careful who you deal with when entering this store. If their sales pitch or demeanor changes mid conversation. Just ask another employee....

I came here on a Saturday morning at 0950 and was told I had a 15-20 minute wait with 6 people ahead of me. About 30 minutes later, I checked in and found out I still had 4 people ahead of me and the customer service rep couldnt give an estimate as to when Id be seen. I decided then to leave and attempt to take care of my business online.From what I observed, I get the sense the employees here are courteous and responsible, but it looks like they were understaffed or overwhelmed - probably more of a management, personnel problem than anything else.

Verizon Wireless Customer Service is horrible. To be such a large company, and as expensive as their service are, there should be better assistance for their customers. As soon as I find another reliable service, I am going to leave this company and pay my money to a business who is willing to serve their customers with excellence.
Nice looking store but... Always a long wait unless you get there when they open. They are no longer allowed to do device removals from an account. The few times Ive gone in with problems, the people Ive dealt with always seemed like they wanted to tell me what my issue was before I was finished telling them what my issue was. No listening skills. To bad they are the ONLY company to service my area.
