Good Beauty Shop I would recommend buy all my beauty needs

Their lashes are now $7 each when you can get them on AliExpress for $1 each. They used to be like $4 at this store.

I was racially profiled. The owner followed me over the whole store. I asked him questions about moisturizer creams for the face since he was following me and watching my every movement. I had picked up a wig detangeling spray. I decided not to get it and put it on a neighboring shelf before I went to the cashier with the other items I decided to buy. The owner comes up to me while buying my items and ask me where is the wig spray I had. I pointed to the shelf. I would give this place a negative star if I could. Im 39 years old. I use to shop at this store when I was younger. Heceas rude and racially profiling me the whole time at this store. He was rude. I will never shop here again.

Was some what disappointed with this store. For the size of the store there isles were kept neat, however I didnt appreciate the stranger trying to follow me around the store. So when I approached the front counter and asked the cashier dose the guy work here because I need help she said no? (Humm?) So I asked her to show me a product and she took me to the back and what I saw was distrububg, the way they had this display. She informed me that was all they had, I shook my head, It truly is sad because this is a trillion dollar market in beauty products and for store to display product in such a poor fashion is beyond me. I asked to speak with the manager but he was on break. I took my business esle where.

Good place to get synthetic hair extensions or hair products.

I was horribly racially profiled here. Followed around the store by a man and woman while they straightened shelves in every aisle I was in, none of which needed to be straightened. Funny thing is I have shopped and spent money here on two previous occasions. Never will again. Highly disgusted.

I want to say thank you for helping me getting products that I have been looking for so long.Since these shea butter body cream and skin therapy oil are made by specific brand, so It has been very hard to find in other beauty supply stores and even online.Meanwhile, I had chance to visit this mall and stop by here last week, but still I noticed they dont even carry these products. However, they offered help by checking with their vendors and placing order, so today I finally got these.Thank you again for your unique service, and now Im your repeat customer!

Rudest set of people I’ve ever seen. Very dismissive and prejudice towards certain races. I won’t EVER return. I just watched the owners demeanor towards a young girl and I severely put a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t put any of my money or my clients money into this place. We boycotting at all costs.

I’m here waiting for the store to open at Ellsworth Place.It’s supposed to be open at noon but it’s closed. Such great service.

Showed up at 8pm and they were closed. should’ve updated their hours because the ones on Google are clearly outdated. As of 10/6/2020, it says they close at 9PM.

Said they open at 12:00 on Sundays. Well they aren’t on time. Had 4 people waiting on him (the owner) to arrive. Told me one price on a product and took it back after I asked for a receipt. Over priced items because they don’t get much business. 10.99 for something I normally only pay 7.99 for. So no I won’t become a frequent shopper. And no I won’t tell my clients to come get anything from here either.

Its organized a variety of beauty products a little on the pricey side though. I get it they trying to pay for the retail space. I went looking for bulk crochet hair they had none but a good variety of other braiding hair. Will come again.

If I can give them a minus 10. I would. I was sold a box of Brazilliam Ruby, that was already used. They normally tell you cannot open the box . I opened the box this past Saturday, it was used, the hair. In bits with the used thread chip and stuff in the box.Naturally I returned to the store to bring it to their attention.They were literally laughing at me. The manager denied they ever sold me the item. I did not go for an exchange but to let them know what I experienced.Due to their lack of empathy. I will not be returning.They are quick to show you additional things to purchase.I will be reporting to BBB. Consumer Afairs and ICE.

This store has the general items needed. Sometimes they dont have what I need but its clean. The staff there should smile more and make customers feel welcome.

Nice place but not a big selection of human hair wigs overall this is my go-to place to get my hair and body products.

I will never shop here again. Ive lived in downtown Silver Spring for 5 years so I have frequented this store a handful of times. Once before the store owner (I believe it was) made me feel uncomfortable to freely walk around the store. This past week proved to me why I stopped spending money there. Soon as I walked in the man came from behind the cash register and just so happen to pop up right next to me while I picked out some items I needed that were closer to the back of the store. And then in the aisle right across from me and then again right beside me...oh and then around the corner he comes again. All while never once asking me if I needed assistance. He just leisurely picked up random items so he could be within eyesight of me. Unfortunately, I am all too familiar with this as a minority, so I decided to take my money elsewhere. Sad because African Americans are likely what keeps this place in business.

They dont have many different hair options but its okay for a quick stop to buy hair products.

The owner is robbing people blind. And he follows you around like the lady in Dont Be a Menace in South Central . His prices are ridiculously high !

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT spend money here.#1: I bought oils from here ($10 a bottle) the seal was BROKEN on both Wells Oil. I thought that was strange seeing how a non oil item I bought from the same brand was sealed. I let that go. What made me realize this business owner is lucrative and clearly opening and dilluting the oils, I looked at the argan oil I bought (same brand) and was suspicious because it seemed more watery than normal, and compared it with the same oil (same brand) I previously bought and they are completely different colors. This business clearly isnt doing well if they are willing to rebottle or dillute product and then have the nerve to sell it same price. They clearly must think we are foolish enough to not notice! Just appalling and disgusting business practice.#2 From being here 3 years ago, they still havent read all of the reviews that people are tired of being followed around the store. How about you stop stealing the real oil to sell us water? The wanted poster on the wall of past shoplifters is also distasteful, why do I need to see this posted while shopping, thats your own issue as a business to keep them off premises.Also please stop buying Google reviews, it is obvious it is a bot. Again, your FORMER customers are not idiots. No one likes this place.
