Really this store is great. I needed to make sure I was buying the right bed AND pillows. Fatima was the first to help me snd she was totally thorough and actually listened to my needs in terms of back problems. She let me lay on the beds, and told me to switch and puck my top two. She let me lay there for an hour testing beds, it was awesome. I put down my deposit w her immediately even though i did not buy a bed yet.It took me 3 more times in 2 weeks, coming back, meeting Charles the Manager to finally decide and leave feeling super confident about my decisions. They helped me out so much, and they were all honest with me, this isnt a cheap purchase so I really appreciate their integrity. Our experience with the store was great... until their warehouse delivered a used mattress that looked beat-up, the tags had been tampered with, and there was a huge blood stain (!!) on the mattress. When we tried to get the problem addressed with a replacement, the salesman was rude. We got in touch with a district manager who said she couldn’t help and told us to continue dealing with the salesman. The salesman promised to have a new mattress sent to our house... two days later my husband calls to check and they have no record of an order for a replacement mattress. He has to leave work in the middle of the day to straighten the issue out...he had to literally watch the salesman input the order into the computer in order for it to happen. What’s going on with this place?! I believe there is a Mattress Firm a few miles down New Hampshire Avenue... go there. Go elsewhere. Just don’t go here!

We went to another location to pick up a mattress and the experience at that location fell far short of the experience we had in silver spring. Bait and switch between the in store sales and delivery. Only purchase from here if you are willing and able to take the mattress home yourself. Otherwise, you are in for a terrible experience. The sales people will be extremely helpful and responsive while you are in the store. But as soon as delivery day happens, you are lucky to get the parts you ordered.I ordered my mattress (and box spring and frame) to be delivered on a Friday. Thursday night, I confirm my availability. Friday morning, 90 minutes before the delivery is supposed to arrive, they tell me my box spring is on back order for 2 months. I agree to have the mattress and frame still delivered to my new place, figuring they can at least place it so I can place my other new furniture around the bed. When the delivery people arrive, they tell me they cant unpack anything without the box spring and then leave. I call the delivery department, they say they are waiting for the store to open, to see when they can send me a temporary box spring. The store is open for a couple of hours and I hear nothing, so I call. The in-store people are very condescending (clearly laughing at my tone over the phone), telling me they have no control over anything. They refuse to apologize for their failure to deliver the service I paid for and say that all I can do is call customer service. (I do call customer service, who readily apologized, then kindly and quickly direct me to the district manager at least)Overall, an awful experience that has yet to be rectified.
