IMPECCABLE SERVICE !!!! Walked in to only look (not to buy) and ended up purchasing a bigger and better quality bed than I had planned. Fazic has all the best qualities of a sales professional. I was instantly greeted and welcomed. All I had to say was what kind of bed I was looking for and he narrowed down all of the best options available. The manager Issac made sure I received all the best discounts available as I was dressed in my Army uniform and even convinced me to upgrade the bed size. The price difference was almost nothing. They both educated me on the 10yr warranty that came with my new bed. I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

Everything about my experience at the Wheaton store was OUTSTANDING. My salesman Fazil was wonderful--knowledgeable and helpful much more so than other salesmen at other stores. I ordered my Serta box spring and mattress on Monday and it was delivered and set up on Wednesday in 5 minutes by Ruben and Jonathan. Mattress Warehouse kept me informed of the delivery time down to the last 15 minutes. I recommend this company and Fazil my salesman very highly. I am anxious to try out my new Serta hybrid plush tonight!

Mr. Fazir was at the store when we arrived and immediately helped us find the right bed for our needs.He walked us through multiple different beds, told us the pros and cons of each, and explain why each one would be good or bad depending on our sleeping preferences (side sleeper, back sleeper, etc). The prices were not in our current price range and we did not want to finance. She worked out which seem reasonable. We will return to make the final purchase. The store was clean and seem well in the range of the good health practices.

Mr. Lee was awesome - so kind and gave us a great deal. This review is over a year overdue but I waited to make sure we loved the mattresses, which we do. We bought two mattresses for our kids - one standard twin and one a thin Goldberg mattress for a top bunk. We got two very quality mattresses for under $300. He seemed to really care about the kids - to want to make sure they would have quality mattresses for their sleep and health. I was very happy with his service and the quality of the products.
