So I was about to order a singing bowl from a company based in Nepal and came upon Dorjebajra Tibet Shop in Silver Spring, Md. I was thrilled to find that the owner’s singing bowls are handmade from Nepal.There is a wide selection ranging from very small to very large. He was patient and very knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions, as I tried the ones I was interested in out. I also asked him to play several of the bowls and he happily accommodated.The bowl I chose in the photos in a 10 inch wide bowl that offers beautiful singing notes that last and resonates for a long while. I am sooooo happy with my new upgrade. It’s a stunning piece that my home is happy to house.I wouldn’t hesitate to give a visit if you’re in search of an authentic singing bowl straight from Nepal.

We went to this shop last weekend, while in town for the Holiday. It was an amazing experience, a very soothing environment. The Owner was very patient as we tried out several different Singing Bowls. He was also very knowledgeable about the items he carries. We will definitely return here the next time we are in town.

This was a joke. This is a screened in back porch of someones house. And the door was locked and no one was there when I stopped by. (despite being listed as open store hours)

Went here yesterday to get a gift for my partner! The gentleman was very patient, answered all our questions, let us play as many bowls as we wanted and helped them chose a bowl in the right price range and quality. Very informative! Plan to come by again in the future. Its a nice home owned business, in a sunroom, so wear a jacket in the cold! Great experience!

This shop is such a wonderful experience! The person there is so kind and willing to answer questions. So very helpful! I went in clueless and left with exactly what I needed. Totally recommend for someone purchasing their first bowl like myself!

Mytibetshop is a delightful store, owner and greeter cat. The store is small but all the offerings are well chosen and reasonably priced. If youre in Pacific Grove do stop in.
