If you dont have an extra car or Truck dont have your car service there. It takes two weeks before they put in on the machine for diagnostic. No communication .

Landers isnt a place I would recommend if your score is average because they dont even try to help..even though they say everyone is guaranteed approval..I tried to purchase a a Maxima and was led on like we had a deal..and they came with some lame excuse about the lender didnt want me to have a second vehicle even though I already had two vehicles and wanted to trade one for the Maxima..I guess if youre score isnt perfect Landers is not the spot👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It was our salesmans first day, and you would have NEVER guessed it! Told him what we were looking for (third row seats), he went and got me a gorgeous Durango and a Journey and the keys to both. Told him I have a thing with ugly colors (SwampBottomBrown Tahoe we own too), he went and got me a OliveShitBrownGraySunsetGreen Dodge Journey, and an hour later I drove it home! We are moving from this area, but it will be worth the drive back just to have this dealership again!

Avoid this dealership like the plaque. If your car doesnt say Landers you paid too much is a gimmick. Mine said Landers and I still did. Over pushy salesman and staff who do their best to insult you through the whole process of buying a vehicle. Just like the rest of these mega dealers who are only out to make extreme profit. Do yourself a favor and shop in Nashville. Make it a family outing and spend the money you save on them instead of putting it in some ungrateful dealership bank account.

Went to look for a used truck. Got a better deal on a 2018 Dodge truck. Super friendly staff and nice showroom. If you want a great deal, ask for Coach. Hes not a high pressure salesman like most and hell do all he can to help you. Weve had service done on our other vehicles there also and have always been treated with courtesy. Cant wait to buy our next car here.

I got in and out within an hour. Just learn about making an appointment on line for oil change. But I was fitted in and was served quickly.

It was a 5 almost 6 hour wait for an oil change but to make amends there was no charge for the oil charge or the key fob battery I needed to replace. Way better service than the dealerships I went to in Dallas, TX

I will never own another Nissan because Nissan corporate refused to fix a faulty dash that is in thousands of Altimas. But with that said, the service at Landers Nissan is outstanding. Tommy in the service department took excellent care of me and others I talked to while there. I give him 6 stars. So even though I will never buy another Nissan, I highly recommend the service department at Landers Nissan and specifically Tommy who I dealt with there.

Hate tht place. Just like any money hungry, sale u anything environment. Was suggested to stop paying for my current vehicle, get a new one and let the old get repossessed 😳😲I was done with Roy and the other guy Roger after tht.

Purchased a used vehicle from them. They did not go over this vehicle at all before selling. I got a great deal, but I have found so many bolts missing and loose it is ridiculous. Rear motor/transmission mount bolts not there, retaining clips for slides on brakes missing, wiring harness not bolted to engine, u joint clips missing, valve cover bolts all loose and missing washers...beware of buying from them.

They sold the vehicle that I was on the way to purchase, so the salesperson found me another similar vehicle at one of their other 10 dealerships.

The seller took the time and explained every thing 2 us he was a great seller (Jon Tyler) if u r looking for a car or truck go 2 help he will help u

Bought our last 6 cars at Nissan and Dodge. David Dreyfus was an awesome sales rep, unfortunately I think he may no longer be there. Service departments at each are ok, as I had 2 vehicles there multiple times for the same issues. Although the service advisors a great, specifically Lamar at Dodge.

Was in town for my dads funeral...had my car towed in for a running hot issue they replaced a few of the hoses and the radiator called and said it was fixed ...cost me $1138.64...we made it about 11 miles before it ran hot and left us stranded. I went into the dealership after a day of no answers met with the service manager Larry Force who was very arrogant and absolutely no help. We were taken advantage of and robbed. I would not recommend Landers Dodge Service Southaven MS to do anything as simple as add air to a low tire. Its a racket and they are thieves.

Not happy they hit my credit for a hard inquiry and they didnt even have what I wanted. Not worth the hassle stay away from here definitely not a great place. You go here it will cost you to much.

Funny part is I used to work for Landers Nissan, so when I purchased my Nissan I took it there for an oil change which was supposed to include the inspection and fluid checks and fills. Before I got there my windshield wiper fluid alert was on. It took about an hour for the oil change. When I drove off the lot, my windshield alert came on again even though on the inspection form they checked it off as full. So I check my oil. It was over filled and dark like they just topped it off. I will never visit Landers Nissan for ANYTHING and I have alerted my family who also drives Nissan not to go there either and probably anyone else that I see that drives a Nissan. The experience reminded me why I quit. Very shady.

The wait times can be long, but, its worth the quality of service.

Well well well I wanted to pay cash for a car so I chose a upscale lot no they asked what I wanted to pay and I said around 10 and what they bought me out was trash a 2010 car with a baseball hole in the front bumper I laughed and said I know this not for me the must think Im a dang fool I went to another and got 2013 for same money very nice and clean with low miles all I can say is get better people

The first time I took my car there they did not find anything wrong. A couple days later it started acting up again. This time much worse. After 15 days I was contacted and was told my cam senser had gotten oil in it and made it mess up. Running fine now.
