I bought my first ever car here at Landers Nissan and felt very comfortable in doing so! I came in knowing what car I wanted and what financing I desired which definitely helped speed up the process. Gene showed me the car I wanted, allowed me to test drive it, and even got it so that I wouldn’t need a co-signer even though I’m young and have none/minimal credit. He really helped guide me through the process as I didn’t know what to expect and was doing it all on my own. I went home with a 2021 Nissan Versa that’s super nice but affordable!

Jerry, in the Service Dept, is absolutely wonderful!!! I stopped by Landers Nissan around 12:30 because I desperately needed a new battery and everyone had gone to lunch except for sweet Jerry. He basically offered to postpone his lunch to change my battery so I wouldn’t have to wait. Best guy around! Go see Jerry!!

Our sales rep David Bauer was great, hes the only one that has helped get us in with the service team and took the time to look into it. Even agreed that wasnt normal. Hes a 5 star rep.The service department however has been disappointing. While I sympathize with staffing issues, the lack of communication is bad. Obviously disappointing to still be having the same issue with our new car as before. Makes one question the integrity of the work being done. Dreading having to peruse getting my vehicle looked at again.

I had a horrible time the tow truck took my car to the wrong place starting at 700am. Have been on phone half a day just new I wouldnt get my car back to day it wasnt landers tow truck car was finally picked up and taken to the rite place at 330 pm at 330 recieved a call from landers it was a recall item no charge and car was ready thanks a bunch they were cPolite and very professional with just two people in tha shop did a great job thanks again for ending the day on a happy note.

I love taking my car for an oil change to this location.The staff is courteous and does not mind that I arrive early for my appointment. I can’t say that it will happen each time, but when I do, they service my vehicle immediately. The waiting area is huge and provides enough space for you to sit alone and work if needed. Thank you!

I’ve had my Nissan’s serviced here for the past 7 years and always received great service until this year. This most recent visit I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be 2 1/2 hours. I had a ride so I went home. I didn’t receive a call so I called and got caught in a loop between the receptionist and the service dept; finally was able to leave a msg. Still no return call. So 5 hours later I went back only to find out that my car had been done in about an hour but no tire rotation had been done. When I addressed it with the service advisor Larry Poe he stated my car didn’t need the tire rotation and that he had called the number on the invoice. He most certainly had not since it was my cell number that I had been staring at for 5 hours. The visit prior to this I had specifically requested that my battery be checked because my car had been acting a little funny. They said it was fine. The very next morning it was dead. I’ll be looking for a new service/repair shop.

David Woods was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about my car. He wasnt a typical pushy salesmen but treated my husband and I like people. He was honest and upfront with us. Even after purchasing my car he didnt turn us away when we came back with multiple questions. Instead he continued to help us, eventhough he wasnt obligated to until we were satisfied. Mr. Woods is someone I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a car.

After doing an online search of vehicles, I was excited to find and apply for a vehicle that was a good fit for me. The saleslady reached out and provided more information that made me want to purchase the vehicle. The process went smoothly and in a short time I was walking out the door with my 2021 Nissan Sentra. Horrible!!! I Purchase a vehicle and May today is August 17 and I still haven’t received Tag’s. I call every day just to get the runaround from the employees here.They refuse to give me a direct answer and keep saying they will check tomorrow And see was going on and I never receive a call back. I have even talk to the manager Several times and explain to him that I am a CDL truck driver and cannot lose my license for driving with expired tags and they still refuse to give me another drive out or even locate my tag’s. When I first got the car home I found a large Wasp nest in the trunk and animal hair.They charge me to get a oil change two weeks after purchasing the truck and I have had to come back and redo paperwork twice.I have never purchased a car from a place so unprofessional when it comes to handling business.

Initially had my car serviced at the beginning of June. Began to have the exact same problem 2 weeks later. After calling multiple times to not have my calls returned, I scheduled online to have it look at the the earliest appointment of 1.5 weeks out. Dropped it off at the beginning of the month with no one calling or answering my calls to follow up. At this point, I’m looking into legal options since I have had no response from service or general manager. PLEASE DON’T BRING YOUR CAR TO HERE TO GET SERVICED! THEY ARE VERY DISMISSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

The service department is horrible when it comes to communicating with and updating customer on their vehicle. They had my car for 14 days and only gave me the run around and false answers. My car was being fixed for something that was under warranty m, but they never provided me a rental or helped me with their discounted rental rate. I ended up with a $1,000 rental bill and countless Uber/Lyft fees trying to get to work and travel to Landers to get answers about my car; which I never received! Also, they NEVER answer the phone in their service department; NEVER! They suck!

This a terrible place to buy and get your car serviced. My wife got 2020 maxima from here and she cant get her fixed...its making a popping sound when she turn the steering wheel. She has taken it in several times, they keep saying we cant figure out whats wrong. If you value your money please Do not spend it here you will regret it!!!!!

I had my car serviced for brake switch issue on my Armada 2019 and I knew it may take a day or so to get my car back. I dropped it off late afternoon. They were really busy but I was amazed when they called the very next morning and had it ready. I was extremely pleased with the service. I will be continuing any future work there. Mitch and Larry in the Service Dept. were great to work with. A extra note, everyone there I spoke to was pleasant.

I rarely post negative comments but yesterdays experience was beyond unacceptable.I had made an appointment online five days before for 7:30 am.I was on time told them exactly what I needed...an oil change and tire rotation. The gentleman asked if this was my first time there??dude, I bought my car here and Ive been coming only here. Cant your records show that?yes, I replied. Great will get you fixed up right away.Went inside knowing it would take awhile and brought some work to do. At 10:32, I get a phone call asking if anyone had called me to tell me my car was ready.No sir, Im sitting here in the waiting room no one has said anything.OK meet me at the service desk so I didHeres your keys and come again. paid my bill walked to my car no one told me where it was but I found it.Got in. They pulled the old window sticker off left it in my cup holder.Im so aggravated.Surely you can do better

Our loan officer was excellent as well, We had previously visited Nissan at the Wolf-Chase, no one came to assist us after we looked for over 30 minutes. We left and came to Southaven and we are so happy we did. The Team went over and above to help us. I recommend them highly.

Was given a date to have my abs actuator applied in which my vehicle was brought in told it may take a day to apply. Called to check on vehicle the next day after no updates. Later around 3pm was called saying you can pick up vehicle its ready. Only to get to check out and typed on print out was I had refused to leave vehicle for service (what) so your covering yourself. Long story short nothing had been done other than an oil change. After questioning the imaginary refusal was told part will not in until Thursday and it takes 2 days to apply mind you appointment was Tuesday, so you want me to leave my car a week. Made no sense whatsoever. Why schedule an appointment with no part. My time was undervalued with no regard. Very disappointing.

I did not like the way Coach spoke with me, he first stated, “ you don’t have no warranty with that many miles,” you paid for your last.I said no I didn’t and I do have a warranty. He stated well you need to tell me, I write to many tickets a day.I bought my car brand new from here and all services has been done here. I informed him that I have never had to say anything because the other guys always pull my information up in the system!! 3 Nissan frontier 2021 models are photo illustrated as having the midnight edition package but when you read the specifications it does not match regular allot rims when instead of 18alloy black chrome grille and rear bumper again should be matte black and no mention of fog lights rhino liner tail gate extender or running boards. The 3 vehicles one being arctic white with midnight edition shown and 2 magnetic black pearl also with midnight edition shown. It is scary to think a person can make a 5 or 7 year contract over the internet and end up with something completely different from what they expect. The reason I know this is because I personally have been searching and comparing prices on this particular model for the last three weeks Ive visited multiple websites and dealerships I found this website through nissanusa.com

They were very accommodating and had it done in less the amount of time that they originally told me it would take. The staff is always very friendly and inviting. The service rep even told me about the oil change and tire rotation special that they always have. I was very grateful to them for being able to take care of my needs. We were told they couldnt get to my car for over a week to even look at it. The service engine light was on so we didnt want to drive it back to our house. We left it and they did look at it and called us the next day.The service department here has always done a poor job. This is one of the reasons we will not be purchasing another Nissan. Initially I was discouraged after being assured that service for that day as a new customer wasnt going to be an issue. I was told it would take a few hours and may not be seen. I told a young man I was encouraged and assured to come but this young man discouraged me. He claimed to be a supervisor and after my persistence I found that not to be true. An older man named Coach came and then reassured me I could be seen that day. Coach was a gentleman.

The check in process was fine, but the person worked on my vehicle did not reset my oil light when he changed the oil. The mechanic did not check tires after I had a written request, and once I took it back he found nail n fixed it and left tire stem off tire. This cause me to wait more time after they informed me my vehicle was ready. My fluids he said was ok but he didn’t too them off. I will just go back to AutoNation for my services going forward.

I waited in my car for 10 minutes inside the service building and no one approached me and asked can I help you. When I pulled up the service men were taking someone information, they saw me, but no one ever approached me. Finally, I had to get out of the car and asked someone who do I need to talk for service. The gentleman replied, I will take your order as soon as I am done with this paper. So, I walked back to my car and he came out in about three minutes. After that everything went smooth.

No service was performed on my car while it was in their service department for 4 hours. Objects were stolen from my glove box which should have never been opened considering I brought the car in for tire work. They never returned any phone calls regarding service. All of my trip settings were erased, which I use for keeping up with work commute. Stay away from the service department, rude and thieves.

I taken my vehicle @7.30 appt.time to see why my air conditioner werent cooling like it should. It was cooling some before I taken it, and now its hotter than ever before. They made the problem worse, and said that it really needs a compressor that would cost 1,500.00. They were supposed to check tire pressure light that stays on it is still on.check hoses for any leaks they said were alright. They said they flush radiator, after the service mechanic quote me a price for air conditioning repair, I truly believe they did something to it to make matters worse. When I said I would get another opinion with someone else. It shouldnt have taken all day long for minor maintenance repairs, when I asked for an earliest time appt. So I would be able to pickup child from day care by 3PM. I am very disappointed not satisfied @all. My opinion is maybe its a trick to have you to purchase a new car. Thanks but no Thank you!!!

Once arrived told to pull in front. Pulled in front told I was in wrong spot. By time I arrived at corect spot 2 customers were ahead of me that arrived after me. Waited patiently for slow service. Once checked in told I would be called. Dropped of catvon Saturday picked up on Monday. Wasnt told it would take more than a day. Has to miss work Monday with no car. Bad communication with customer. We brought our car in for an oil change. I told the service manager I had a coupon, feeling he fairly dismissed me. But left it in the car, thinking I’d be able to use it when I checked out. When we came back to pick our car up, the ticket did not have the coupon applied. I discussed it with the manager he said he was sorry about that but it was to late. I argued with him and he finally agreed but said it’s only $4 and by then I was disgusted and said forget it! In addition our car was filthy from the attendant that changed the oil. We purchased our car from this dealership and have NEVER been treated well. I’M DONE THEM! I’ve placed several calls and complained, as this is the same service we received EVERY time we’ve returned since we first purchase our vehicle! GOOD BYE LANDERS NISSAN!

No need to schedule an appointment here, they cant even find your car. Myself and two other customers waited over 3 hrs for a oil change. Completely unacceptable. Have not had a good experience with the service department. Normally I go to Wolfchase, but I decided to try Southaven. I hit a pothole and blew out a tire. Thought this would be an easy fix. Went in and waited two hours only to find out it had to be ordered. Paid for it and was told it would be in three days. I waited five days and called Larry, only to find he forgot to order it. Told at that time it would be in the next day. I drove in and waited again to find out they ordered it wrong. Then was told it would be in the next morning. I told Larry if it didnt come in to call me. No call, so I drove in again. Now Ive been told he will get with the parts department next week about My tire since they dont have it in yet.Not a happy customer.

The worst experience. I had an appointment, but I still had to wait almost three hours for an oil change. When I inquired about the lengthy wait, I was told that it was just a busy day. I just found it odd that I had a 7am appointment, and I watched people pull up after me and leave before me. I even sat and chatted with one of lady and she was getting an oil change as well. She waited only 30 minutes. I dont not understand the purpose of making an appointment, if the wait is just as long as the estimated time they give when you do not have an appointment.

We what I mean about we is my husband and myself had a horrible experience with Landers Nissan I cant remember the salesman name but the experience did not go well the service was horrible I personally dont recommend them for you car shopping but if you have done business with them and your service was good thats good for you we did get our 2021 from Jim Keras nice people who cared

My husband and I have had two of the best experiences purchasing vehicles at Landers Nissan Southaven. We purchased his 2018 Nissan Pathfinder in June of 2019. We most recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Kicks on September 10, 2020. Our salesperson, April Stone, was an absolute sweetheart. Our finance guys, Michael Sweat and Joe Chambers, sealed the deal for us. We are so happy with our experiences at Landers Nissan Southaven. We will recommend this dealership to everyone we know.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an oil change . My appointment was scheduled for 9am, I didn’t leave the building until 1130am ! None of the floor associates checked in on me to see if I needed water or anything . On top of me waiting there for 2 1/2 hrs, when it was time for check out ; the receptionist just took my paper, didn’t greet me or anything . Although my car was parked out front, no one gave me thorough instructions as to where my car would be or anything . This isn’t the first time this has happened, it’s just the first time I’ve cared enough to write a review .
