Very efficient and fast. Wonderful service. I usually do the oil changes on my own lift but this was free and I had all day. So I said what the heck and took it in. They started right on me and was finished in less than 30 min. Unbelievable. I then went home to top off all of my consumable fluids and to my amazement they had checked every box!!!!
Bryan Yi was the best. He was very detailed about the car I was purchasing. I didn’t feel he was pushing me to make a decision. I love my new car and I will be back in the future for my maintenance needs for both of my vehicles that I purchased from Landers. Made a 7:30 am appointment to get 1st oil change on my new truck. show up 7:15 all is good, going to wait for service. A couple minutes later I am notified that there a recall on radio and book says 30 minute but could take up to 3 hours. I had midday meetings so I needed to leave the truck. They did offer to drop me somewhere local but I work in Memphis. I call a coworker and hitch a ride. I call back at Lunch time, almost 5 hours later when a ride was available to me and young lady says truck is not ready and said that I was notified that it would take 6 hours. I said no maam he said 30 minutes to upwards of 3 hours. Anyways I got the call that it was ready in the middle of my 1:00 meeting and wasnt able to get my truck to late that day. It was just frustrating that you pay that much money for something and are left walking because of a factory recall. They should have at least offered a courtesy vehicle while mine was out of service and I would have given 5 stars

I brought my vehicle in to check brake puddle and to check the engine because when I’m driving check engine light comes on and the auto stop not working @ all . Drop it the vehicle in they told me gonna take 2-3 hours I asked if they can drop me @ work and I have some one to drop me when the vehicle ready and they did . But 1 hours after they called me saying everything is good with the vehicle no code to ready and the auto stop working and the brake is fine . I picked up the vehicle and still have same issues same issues and the auto stop still not working @ all

A few weeks ago I scheduled my 2021 Gmc 2500 for a tire balance and an alignment. My appointment was at 0800 for a drop off. After talking with the technician about the service, he informed me they would call with updates on the job at hand. At 1100 I called the service department asking the status of my vehicle. They informed me it was almost complete and they would call me shortly when finished. By 4pm I had still heard nothing so I went to the dealership to check the status on my truck. Upon arrival the service department informed me once again that the job was almost complete. After waiting in the waiting room for almost 45 my truck was complete. After paying almost $200 for the alignment and balance, I got in my truck and to my surprise it smelled like three (3) 200 lb dudes had a sweat fest In it. My truck with only 2000 miles smelled like a work truck now. And on top of everything else the steering still pulled to the right doing down the highway. I have never been more displeased with a dealership before. I would rather drive south an hour for my maintenance needs.
They were great. Even with me buying my car at another dealership, they made sure I had a loaner car and were genuinely concerned about what happened to my car. They kept me updated too.

I had a 830 appointment, my truck went back at 915. I am not sure if you were short of personnel but the service was slow and inconsistent. Multiple people in the waiting area were complaining about the service provided or lack there of and 2 people left without service. I was scheduled for a oil change and tire rotation however the 60,000 mile maintenance was recommended. I agreed to the maintenance but the representative could not provide a estimated completion time. I decided to just go with the oil change. I had a 10% off coupon and the oil change was still $130. That seems a little high.
They always do a good job on oil changes. I didnt even have to wait an eternity to get it done. The only thing that wasnt a pleasant experience was the surprise I got with the increase in price of the oil change. If only I could have been forewarned(informed of the new prices).
Looked into the service bay and noticed they were putting the bulk oil into my 3.0 Duramax that requires special oil. Had them pull up the last oil change.....yep they did it then too. Hard to believe this is the level of service from a dealership; it is not like I went to a drive thru quick oil change place. Owners manual states using the wrong fluids can void my warranty. Wondering how this is going to affect my vehicle long term.

I can’t believe with the size of this company and how diverse with the brands and selections that I must give this company a 0 star . I have never been greeted with a good morning, welcome to landers, thank you for your business and please visit us again with your service needs. I did receive a finger pointed at me and asked if I was next in line, with two other costumer standing next to me. I did have the parts manager arrive at the back entry point of the dealership 10 minutes late to let me in to have my vehicle service. The parts manager unchain the gate and without acknowledging my wife Or I to reverse our vehicle to prevent the gate from hitting our new vehicles. This manager never at any point gave us a warning that he was pushing the gate forward. I yelled at my wife to quickly reverse her car and I reversed my truck as well. The same manager walk right past me and several other customers at the drop off point and never open his mouth to say good morning or hello. My final complaint came after dropping my truck off to have some warranty work done. I asked the customer service manager about a rental vehicle, he informed me that General Motors was getting away from providing rentals under the warranty coverage. I asked him to clarify, and yes he did clarify. He informed me again that General Motors was moving away from providing rentals, my truck is on the full factory warranty, bumper to bumper, $75,000 plus Gmc 2500 Dinali 28,000 miles on her.. I qualified for a rental. He gave me a number to call and of course it was the wrong number. It was the number for Cadillac not GMC. I struggled for three days with Gmc texting back-and-forth trying to get a rental. In the end the rental car never transpired, I receive my vehicle back, In excellent condition and the diesel mechanic Matt, The women that work in the cashier office and the women that answer the customer service phone were excellent. In the end I realize the general motors I obviously have problems from the top corporate office down to the service department at the local dealerships.

I go an hour out of my way to get my Yukon serviced at Landers GMC in Southaven because I feel like I’m getting an honest deal on my service, and I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of like I have experienced at other dealerships in the past.
The purchase of our new 2021 Acadia was a very smooth process, thanks to all of the assistance we received from Brian. He was extremely knowledgeable on the various vehicle types they had available, and the detailed differences between each of the option packages - and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend that you ask for him when shopping at this dealership.

My car was dropped off Wednesday before 10 am. I didnt get my car back until Monday. I called several times in between and left msgs. Didnt receive a call until Friday promising a follow call. No one called. I had to go to the dealership Saturday myself just to find out what was hoing on.
Well was good experience they were fast and professional changing my car oil everyone were kind they gave my baby a balloon and she was happy while we wait
Pleasant employees - was in and out for an oil change, tire rotation and all point inspection within an hour and a half. That was without appointment.I did try to make an appointment a couple of times but no one there to make appointment with. But it worked out fine!

We went in to buy our second Encore from Calvin, the 2021 Encore GX, and I remembered I was due for an oil change for my 18 Encore Preferred model. It was late in the afternoon and although I had no appointment for service, Edward worked me in an zip zap it was done in no time.Always a pleasure working with your Service Dept, the Sales Group, Norman did a great job wrapping things up and was very comprehensive in explaining our deal. The only negative aspect is the amount of time spent at there. The salesman was excellent, very knowledgeable of the vehicle.
I’ve always had a great experience when getting my truck serviced at Landers GMC. Although this last visit was slightly different. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am and the gentleman that checked me in was very polite. I let him know what services I was getting at the price amount of it. He took my key and I walked to the store. I received a call an hour later that my truck was finished. When I went to pay I saw that my bill was about $25 higher than it usually was. I always didn’t receive my inspection sheet that I paid for. The service rendered was an oil change, tire rotation and 27 point inspection which is usually about $78. This last one I paid $96. A little more than I think I will pay again.
Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Never answer the phone and all three times my truck has gone there they don’t do what they say they will! My most recent experience they had it for two full days to complete warranty replacement, oil change and tire rotation. Checked in the morning that they said it would be done and was told to give them an hour and a half to change the oil and rotate tires. Came back 3 hours later to NOTHING else being done!

Took them 24 hours to service my vehicle and I had an appointment. Service reps were not very friendly or helpful in answering questions. I guess customer service is a thing of the past.

Well, my salesman was Mr. Calvin Harris. He was friendly, but not pushy. I liked my experience there.
Unfortunately, I need to edit my review of this location. My previous review is quoted below. I left that review after dropping my car off on a Friday, and being told that it took them all day to get the error code to pop up on the dash readout. Okay, no problem. The warranty company was closed by the time Landers was able to confirm the issue, so I was told they would be calling them first thing Monday morning and getting back to me with an update before they worked on anything. Perfect, just want I wanted! However, Monday at 11am I tried to call the shop because I hadnt heard anything. No one at the Service Dept. answered the phone. I called back and asked to speak to the Service Manager (see his reply to my original review below) and got his voice mail. I left a message.Throughout the entire day, I called 13 times, left 4 voicemail messages, and even asked the switchboard operator to carry a handwritten note to my Service Advisor asking him to call me a.s.a.p. By the time they closed on Monday, I had spoken to no one but the operator, and received no updates or call-backs from anyone. I even left a voicemail message for the General Manager! The quality (or lack thereof) of customer service was appalling.Tuesday morning I finally got a call back from the Service Advisor, informing me that the total cost of replacing my entire shifter (it only needs one small part inside the shifter, not the whole thing!) was $750, and that after what the warranty company would cover, it would be $500 out of pocket for me. I told them Id be right there to pick my car up. After I got home, I called the warranty company to find out what was going on, and why it was so expensive. I was informed that the warranty company only approves certain amounts based on their criteria. Here were the issues:1. In a 25 mile radius from this shop, the average hourly rate is $112; Landers was charging $130/hr2. Landers was billing the warranty for 2.5hrs of labor, when by their standards for this issue it would only take 1.3hrs of labor to fix it3. Landers only wanted to order OEM parts, and as my warranty is after-market, they only approve after-market parts (which Im fine with)The warranty company informed me that even if theyd approved the bill out-of-hand, the total was only going to be $505.95... where does the extra $145 come from? Also, if the total bill was $500, and the warranty would have covered SOME of that, how is my out-of-pocket expense $500? This company is a scam, and they are trying to double-dip. Take away the extra $145, and theyre still getting $1000 for a $500 job!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and from now on DeSoto Auto Sales will be the ONLY place any of my vehicles go! (My uncle bought a truck from them and they take very good care of him and his vehicle)My apologies for the original review!This is the only shop that services our GMC SUV. They always take good care of us, and we are always satisfied with the service and prices. A+ guys!
I have a 2020 Denail, I went to drop if off for oil change & tire rotate, Service tech was not the least worried about customer service. He called me to inform me that my truck was ready, I asked him what time the service department closed, he informed me 5pm. NEEDLESS to say it closes at 6pm!!The cashier is totally completely RUDE! (Young colored girl). I paid $79.15 but the she could not produce a receipt for me because I had a warranty claim on the ticket and was not concerned at all, instead just hand me my key and not even a thank you, I am sorry or kiss my ...I will definitely go out to Sunrise GMC instead.

This was honestly my best experience related to vehicle maintenance. My appt was at 11:00 but I got there about 20 minutes prior. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and a 60,000 mile maintenance check performed. I received a call to inform me that my vehicle was ready at 12:17. I will definitely be receiving all my services with Landers!
I wasn’t comfortable with the cost quoted and paid to complete my A/C rpair problem. I was charged over $1400 dollars in labor for less than eight hours of work performed on my vehicle.

We have a 2010 cadillac srx which we took to Landers Gmc in Southhaven to have serviced. 1. its 3 weeks now and we still dont have car. 2. Issue with car not resolved yet but bill getting higher and higher. What was needed to repair car should have been stated when repairs started and not ..oh, its something else 3. I will update when get car is issue is resolved but am not happy with service department right now!

My experience was good. The timely manner in which they fixed my car was excellent. The only shocker I had was when I asked about them replacing a turn signal bulb that was blown. The price started out at $65.00 plus labor!! I went to Auto Zone and bought a set of bulbs for $8. and some change took my car to Jiffy lube and the guys put it in for FREE!! That was truly a Wow moment. But overall I would take my car back to Landers Buick for other repairs.
Mustafa (Steve) was so polite, professional and made me feel like family. He went above and beyond to assist me and guide me through the buying process. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mustafa and the entire sales team at Landers. I have used this dealership for all my car repairs for many years and finally broke down and purchased a new Buick. I really hate leaving someone a bad review but I purchased a new 2021 Gmc Denali 2500 in February. Long story short I was lied to multiple times, they dented my tailgate while washing it, couldnt ever get them to return my calls, and I still dont have a title to the truck to register it. Here we are 3 months later, my vehicle is returned from them finally repairing the dent. Upon seeing the truck I noticed they didnt replace the handle from the clips being broke on the back side so there is a gap because without the clips it wont hold it to the tailgate. Also there is overspray on the handle. I call the sales manager, which had the general manager on the phone as well, to inform him that it was not fixed properly. The general manager stated that they already spent $700 on the repair and that was all they were going to put into it. They of course still did not deliver the title to the vehicle. Once again I really hate leaving companies bad reviews but I have plead with them for months now just wanting the truck fixed and the title but unfortunately they still havent fixed the issue.

Called to make an appointment 9/24- no answer in service dept. Left message, no call back. Called next day, same experience. Called Monday morning 9/28 and made appointment for 11:00, arrived and stood in service area for 15 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge. Finally got help and w as told truck would likely be ready that afternoon - good. I received a call mid-afternoon telling me I need new tires, frontend alignment, tuneup, front and back brakes and rotors. I denied additional work. I was told the truck would be finished early next day. I called at 11:00 to check the status - Toni was very helpful. She didnt have answer but promised to get one. Truck was ready for pickup at 12:30. When i arrived I again stood at service counter for 15 minutes waiting for service from the one person working while others came in and out of the area. Only positive part of the experience - my truck is fixed!!

I am not happy with this service. I just moved to Southaven and this was the first time getting my vehicle serviced here. I made my appointment a little over a week ago and the appointment was this morning at 8 for an oil change and an alignment. When I got to the facility, I was advised that they cannot perform my oil change because of a “shortage” in filters. It would have been really nice to receive a call ahead of time before I drove all the way there that they would not be able to perform the oil change that I needed. I went ahead and decided to have them do the alignment. I sat there for a little over 2 hours and they still did not start on my truck!!! Terrible!!! I called Autonation GMC in Memphis and they verified that they had 5 filters available so I am not sure if this shortage was really someone dropping the ball and not ordering what was need for my oil change today. I will not be returning to this facility for my service needs.
I took my car in for I repair covered under my extended warranty obviously I needed a car to drive to get to work and back and there was an argument over a policy that Landers has that was told to me as Im driving my car off although I had spoken to the service manager earlier in the day that insisted that I give $150 deposit on the car that I was to drive out. In front of other customers standing in the area the service manager says and I voice loud enough for them to hear will do you know anyone who could give you some help with paying for this when I said I was unable to pay a deposit of which I was not aware of and had not made provision for. After two trips in to see his manager and one conversation myself with the manager I simply said I will just take my car and hope it makes it home 45 minutes away at that point he quickly turned around and went into the dealership and returned with the message that I just had to show my insurance proof, which I had already done 30 minutes before. Its just embarrassing 4 this to happen and not be taking over to the side I would say that the service manager has not had enough training

This was my first time going to Landers and it was not a very good experience. After going to the trouble of making an appointment I had to wait an hour. Whats the need of making an appointment if I still have to wait? At this point I am a dissatisfied customer.

My first time at Landers for a scheduled service and I was very pleased from scheduling my service to leaving Landers. I was promptly greeted when I arrived, Zachary explained what my service entailed and his estimated time frame for the service since I was waiting. Landers has concerted their showroom into socially distancing seating, so there was plenty of room to relax and wait. I will definitely return my future services!

We purchased a car and six days later we had to bring it in due to some mechanical issues. The salesman (Dustin) told us when we purchased the vehicle it was a certified vehicle. When we arrived to get the car fixed, the service manager (Zac) informed me the warranty was incorrect in the computer system. After speaking to someone over him (I assume), he fixed the warranty information, and the car was fixed. When I arrived to pick the car up, Dustin, the salesman who we purchased the car from, was very rude, pompous, (and really just a jerk) and insisted he never told us that the car was certified. We would not have purchased the car without a warranty. The sales manager and our service guy were nice. We will never purchase a car from that certain salesman again.
I had car trouble as I was travelling, I live in NW Arkansas. They were very helpful and got my car repaired in the time frame I needed. I appreciate their efforts and helpfulness, especially during a holiday week. I especially want to mention Zack, the customer service representative that I dealt with. I appreciate his patience and helpfulness.

I was a returning customer to Landers in Southaven. I was looking to purchase my 3rd vehicle from them. My husband and I went to shop around with what they had on their lot. After not finding exactly what we were looking for, our salesman offered to get to work on searching for what we were in the market for. About 2 days later we got the call and went to check out what they had found for us. It was exactly what we wanted and we got the ball rolling. We opted to do a trade in as well and went through all of the paperwork and signing for that. However, for the financing we opted to use our own choice of business rather than their finance department. The vehicle we were purchasing had not been through their service department yet and we wouldn’t be able to have a certified check for them until the next morning so we agreed upon finishing up the purchase process the next morning. The following morning we were sitting on go and just waiting for the vehicle to wrap up in service, a process they said would be extremely quick due to this particular vehicle. Hours went by and I had not heard anything so I called to check. Ultimately over 6 hours and 3 messages later someone finally answered the phone to inform me they had in fact sold our vehicle to someone else. I was incredibly upset and Lander’s didn’t really seem to care even a little bit on the deal they had made with us not even 24 hours earlier. I would not recommend anyone doing business here as there seems to be a lack of respect for business in general amongst the staff at this dealership... even to someone who has spent a great amount of money with them on previous purchases. Go somewhere where your time and money is a priority to their business.
I always have a great experience at Landers car center every time I visit!! The guys in the service department are very nice but the black girl who sits where you have to pay for your services at she seems to keep a BAD attitude! Shes so unfriendly and Snappy!!
I usually have a good experience when I take my vehicle to GMC Haney Matthews is always nice and professional he has a great personality. He work well with his customers and he always try to make sure you are satisfied when you leave. Hats off to Haney and GMC keep doing what you do.

Ed Bland was the best. I have went to several dealerships and did not experience anything like him. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He answered all my questions even after my deal was done after hours. He was very patient with me and did not pressure me into anything I did not ask for. He listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Even the other salesmen were nice and friendly. Cody was very nice and patient as well even though it was after hours. I had a tire pressure sensor that I knew was bad . I wanted it changed 2 services ago, but they reset it and it would not register tire pressure a day later. It just showed two dashes on the display. This time I insisted on it being changed. Leave the dealership,hours later I have a flat. Changing a tire on a Yukon is a pain, even more frustrating when the sensor u just had replaced is not installed properly. Of course the dealership was closed by now therefore I had to wait until the next day. I explained what happened they fixed the sensor. I asked what happened they said that it wasn’t properly tightened.I don’t feel I was treated properly for what happened during/ after this service. I wasn’t offered any compensation for time loss due to the negligence of the service department. U can’t imagine my disappointment. May not return.
Service Department: I made an appt. to drop my car off on a Wednesday morning. By Friday afternoon at 4pm I had not heard one update from my service advisor, Tommy. After 3 days, 6 voicemails, and one in person request, I reviewed no updates or indicators as to the problem or status of my vehicle. No one felt it necessary to keep me informed. This was unacceptable. I took my car elsewhere for repair after 3 days of absolutely zero communication. I would not suggest this dealer’s service department for any work.
Dropped off my vehicle for minor maintenance. Advisor promptly called me with updates and when it would be ready. Had an enjoyable experience as always with Landers and their service department.
I was absolutely and completely satisfied with my experience and my purchase via Clinton my sales person who was totally informed of the products which especially assisted with my decision in purchasing the vehicle I needed as well as LANDERS GMC dealership products and services.
