I really dont care for shopping at Ingles but I thought I would give this place five stars. I had called ahead of time about getting a personal check cashed. The lady on the phone said yes it should be fine. Once I got down there the manager said that they couldnt cash checks like that but then I explained to her that I called ahead of time and use the rest of the gas I had to get down there and was going to get more gas with that money from the check otherwise Id be stranded. She was very nice and decided to cash the check for me anyway just the once so I figured this place deserves to get five stars for extra effort.Thank you.

They have a salad bar that is incredible. Wings and the best banana pudding. They even have fresh Gelato! Love this place!

Place is clean everything was nice an neat. I live in Gaffney an for some reason this Ingles kept rejecting my Ingles card. This isnt the first time. Other than that I have no problem with this Ingles.

Today, I went here and an item was out of stock. I really needed it, so I went to customer service. Normally, I dont like to ask. I didnt expect them to do anything really; understanding truck shipments/stocking. The manager was able to calculate the equivalent of what I needed. THAT is why Im leaving this review: because I could easily of been given the Im sorry which is not always necessary. Instead, they profited by selling some items. It almost saddens me how it reminded me of how grocery stores were ran back in the days. Thank you!

I am always running to this supermarket for something. It is a great place to do your weekly grocery shopping or to pick up a few things. The pharmacy staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to come here anytime.

This place is pretty beautiful lol very aesthetically pleasing when you walk in. Prices are appropriate, and wide variety of stuff you need! Comparable to H‑E‑B in Texas.

CHECK EXPIRATION DATES before purchasing shelf items! I have unknowingly bought several items that were dated 3+ months expired. Managers needs to keep these items off the shelves, come on! The fruit and deli sections however are great and the butchers are personable.

Always clean and plenty of check out options.

Shelves are better stocked. Seafood worker went out of his way for me. Was accosted by some young chick wanting to know why I wore a mask. Out of my favorite coffee cafe Bustelo. Ouch.Floors seemed dirty. Great selection milk. 1% 2% skim. All cheese seemed hi$$$. Overall ok.

I have only ever had issues at this Ingles. 1.your child like employees are rude. 2.they are completely INCONSIDERATE when it comes to WIC/ Food stamp people. (These arent toward all the employees because every once in a while they have someone who is friendly and has a good attitude (especially with customers).99.9% of the time management is always super friendly, helpful and always willing to help.

Qk just like others

As with most Ingles,no management on the front end with customer service being left to part time associates that have full time bad attitudes. The young lady at the uscan as usual was more concerned with her phone than providing customer service. The worse part of Ingles awful customer service is its acceptable from store & district management to their corporate office,Ingles takes their customers for granted,unappreciative of customer loyalty.

It was clean and well lit. There was plenty of evidence of covid safety awareness. There were sneeze guards in place. All employees had masks. The restrooms were clean and smelled good. They have a gas station out front.

Stopped for Road Food on my drive. They were so nice I bought more stuff than I needed, great service and beautiful store.

Thanks for the fresh produce, deli, and meats. Clean store with prices marked easy to read and sales have improved : first of the month. The automatic machines are a headache. I would much rather deal with a cashiers, pleasant and quick response to questions and concerns.

I grew up around this store and have been coming here for over 20 years. The store is always clean and will stocked.

I actually enjoy shopping at my local Ingles Market in Boiling Springs. Their employees are fully engaged and helpful. They have a great deli and serve Boars Head meats and cheeses. Excellent produce department. Their bakery puts out a fantastic array of breads and desserts. Best selection of cheese I have run across in a grocery store in a long time. Highly recommend !!

Good store they just need to keep up with their inventory better. Often out of stock for days/weeks at a time and numerous other items are very out of date. Other than that we enjoy the local feel and convenience.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Food selections are great, best produce section Ive seen at any grocery store near me. Meat department is also wonderful. Bakery and deli staff were patient and amiable despite being very busy. Their Laura Lynn products truly live up to their guarantee, and they carry products I have a hard time finding anywhere else.

Got a good deal on Mountain Dew. 5 six-packs for $10

Clean and well organized!

About 2 stars higher than the alternative here in Boiling Springs SC. Prices a bit steep though. Well kept and they always have the disenfectent wipes at the door lately.

They are clean but a big no no is that they dont card their customers. Been there 3 times bought mikes hard lemonade and only got carded once. I do not look 35 and if you heard my voice i definitely sound young. I work at a gas station so this does bother me that they are not being more responsible with alcohol and tobacco sales. Hope SLED doesnt hit them with a red card

Friendly neighborhood supermarket: helpful staffed, well stocked, only 4 stars because the ingles further down hwy 9 has a better beer selection.

Here’s a surprising grocery store! I like to compare it to Lowe’s food, my other favorite grocery store in the Carolinas! I’m not from here, just in town for business. I take every opportunity I get to stop in to Ingles. Their hot food is delicious and cost effective, great prices! They’re like a Publix meets Whole Foods but with much better prices. We stop by this location when we’re working in the neighborhood. The only complaint I have is that I can’t access my points card with my phone number when I’m doing self checkout. I didn’t have time to ask for help. Operator error people. I recommend their fried chicken and mash potatoes and gravy. It’s my new addiction!

Was not required to wear a mask which was a win in my book. Store is neat and easily accessible.

We love Ingles & shop there weekly plus quick-trips! That day we stopped by just to get a fresh salad, to go with our shrimp, from their salad bar! They feature a daily salad & fruit/soup/chicken & cooked veggie-sides bar, if youre not in the mood to shop & cook it yourself! We also use their Pharmacy, & we buy Ingles Gas to use our discount earned by shopping at Ingles... so yes, were an Ingles family all the way!

I ALWAYS have a good experience here. the staff is always warm, welcoming, Pleasant and helpful the food is phenomenal. we love their food... The new sushi bar - pizza Station and sub bar is fabulous.. I have told the manager (Ken) several times = what a great place and that I enjoy shopping here. :-)

I am a fan of Ingles in general. The store is quite clean and well located straight off the highway. Theres a good selection of packaged and fresh items. The deli usually has quite a number of tasty options. Dont forget that Ingles actually makes quite good guacamole, do not get the spicy one however., for the most part Ingles is one of our preferred grocery stores
