Excellent customer service, shelves and cold items stocked well. Deli personell friendly and efficient. Store and restrooms were super clean on my visit (s). Cashiers were polite and friendly. All around a nice shopping experience. Any staff member I approached were knowledgeable and friendly.

This review is for the BAKERY!! My daughter had planned her wedding for a year out, Sep2022. However, her fiance got called up for deployment, and they had 2 weeks to put together a full wedding....Needless to say she was freaking out. She forgot all about the cake until 1 week before. She called a few places and was laughed at. She was a mess. She called Publix bakery. At first the gentleman said he didnt think he could do it in time, BUT instead of giving up, he asked questions, gave options, and listened. They agreed on a gorgeous cake. The original design had a lot of flowers and extra details on top, but all of that just would not have been possible. The cake was delicious and beautiful....which has always been our experience with cakes from this Publix. However, I appreciate his kindness and patience even more. He had a full schedule, and could not compromise on the quality of his other orders, but he listened to a frantic young lady, calmed her, and came up with a compromise that worked out beautifully. I wish I knew his name, but Thank you, Sir, thank you!!

Publix is one of the cleanest grocery stores. It is one that I shop at when I go grocery shopping. They have everything you would want and its always fresh. I enjoy shopping at Publix.

The shopping is great but the pharmacy tech guy needs to work on his communications skills..dropped a prescription off he never said a time or took my number for text alerts. I asked another tech she said an hour !!! And did anyone tell me, she put me in for text messages. The medicines are cheaper there, so it might be worth it

It is so good to have a Publix back in my life! I grew up in south Florida, so Publix was my standard for a high quality shopping experience. Now, after 20+ years in VA (Kroger country), Ive moved to SC and was so happy to see a lone Publix in the sea of Ingles.I dont know why there is only one in the area, but it is truly a pleasure to be able to visit a piece of home.

Shelves completely stocked. Good variety of products. Awesome bakery. Produce isle great. Many cashiers ready to check you out. Very good experience. Just wish they were in Boiling Springs SC.

Its a grocery store. They are seemingly clean and reasonably well run. Their prices on national brands are quite high compared to other local grocery stores nearby, but their store brand prices are decent.

Got a great 👍 deal 👌 on entenmens donuts. Buy 1 get 1 free. My favorite brand. Also you were well stocked on Oscar Mayer 👏 thick ✂️ beef bologna with the red band. Terrific. 😁😸

Love this Bakery!!! The cakes we have them make for us are amazing and so delicious. The decorators go far and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. We will continue to get our monthly employee birthday cakes from here. Thanks Publix!!

Best supermarket in town! Pharmacy has great prices, deli makes the best cakes, and you can even cash a check. Friendly, helpful staff also.

Well I used to shop Publix pretty regular however with the price of groceries nowadays Im more cognizant of my shopping trips and that brings up the problem with Publix. I went in just to pick up Diet Pepsi caffeine free and I was horrified to find not only did they not even have a shelf place for it but the fact they were selling 6 packs for $5.79. Everyone else is selling 6 packs for less than $3.00 per 6 pack. WOW! Now Publix has the best fried Chicken in town in their deli and that is the only thing I purchase from them nowadays and it is why I gave them 3 stars. For the average family I just dont understand why anyone would shop at Publix. Get your act together Publix and stop with overcharging hard working Americans.

Every time I come here the staff is eager to help and are always smiling. Even the staff stocking goods ask if they can help. I love how the cashiers stand ready to greet you at the register. Im fairly young, but as a manager of a family owned restaurant, I greatly appreciate good old fashioned quality customer service. Thank you.

Went to get dinner from the deli and thinking it would be stocked out wasnt (thats because we went soooooooo late) and they dont have bad food... meaning everyone loves them... I know next time...lol

I ordered the Unicorn 3/4 cake over the phone. I specifically told her what colors to put on the cake. So the day of pickup I was shocked to see how ugly the cake was. Family members said it tasted good but I thought otherwise. My first and last time ordering any cakes here.

This grocery store is usually pretty good...if youve got the dough!They have more and more better choices (Organic) but the prices are high. However, the staff are usually very helpful, and it is a nice place to shop (if youve got those bucks!)

The deli, catering, manager and store associates were very helpful. The manager was nice enough to help me to the car with my catering order. One of the store associates walked me to items I was trying to quickly locate.

I love Publix bakery and how they always have buy one get one free items! The only problem is that I have to drive to the Eastside to get to one. I wish they would build one closer to Boiling Springs, SC 😊

High quality food in this store. My wife loves the fish from Publix. There staff is friendly and helpful. I dont like leaving without one of their famous subs.

This store has gone down hill. Every time we go there for the last few months the produce is old and moldy. We’re so tired of paying such a high price for moldy produce that we have to throw away.We would take it back but we don’t live close to the store so we would have to travel too far and why should anyone have to do that.Sometimes we go to Walmart and find better produce on the right day.I think whoever is managing this store needs to pay some serious attention to the produce department.I honestly wish we could find a better place to shop that has fresh produce but thankfully there are some other places to buy produce in the summer time. The employees are very helpful so thats a plus and the butchers are very good and the store is usually stocked well its just the produce section that needs a lot of help. The store is also pretty clean and thats appreciated.

From the first visit to date is the most friendly, helpful, place. The food is always fresh and the items are easy to find I would truly recommend this market.

This is my second year getting my cake for my daughters birthday party, I am always impressed with the wonderful care I am shown each time I visit. Today Missy helped me and she was amazing. I sincerely appreciate great customer service and that is one of my main reasons for continuing to shop with Publix.

This was a 4 star reveiw at one point. Used to come here every day i had to work and hit the deli for lunch. Never even bothered going anywhere else because of how easy it was. As of just this last month or 2 the deli has gone so south. Ive come in what will be the 10th time now and been told i have to wait 30 minutes for chicken tenders. Their top selling lunch item. 10 seperate days in a row. Then when i mentioned it to the deli manager he had the actual audacity to look at me and say well, were hiring as if he was insinuating that I thought i could the job better than them. Im not even writing this to complain. Its just funny a funny story this point. If i acted like this at my job id be fired on the spot. But you earn what you make i guess. My best advice is just go to another publix.

I worked for Publix Distribution for over 10 years, and Im bias towards Publix period! No one is better! The Big P will one day be president! Lol

Went there on 6/22/21 and wanted to buy some organic beef to my surprise every steak they had been expired since 6/14/21. The butcher had no idea? Then starts frantically pulling the meat. Maybe if it wasn’t 15.99 for an 8oz steak they wouldn’t have expired.

Ive known Publix for well over 20 years, but last 9 Ive lived in states where theres none. I was glad to be in a Publix again as they are clean, bright, with plenty of choices and items to make you feel happy at competitive prices. And nice customer service!!!

Love, love this Publixs. I drive 40 minutes to get there but they have many products that I cant find other places. Their Publix brand fresh salmon and some frozen salmon or Tilapia dinners are very good and not as expensive at all compared to any delivery subscription. Only around 300 to 400 cal. Yea for those and many other items. Gorgeous produce section.

My favorite Publix store is the one @ Poplar Square in Duncan. The ladies in the bakery got me hooked on the Cranberry Orange 🍊 Oatmeal Cookies 🍪 with oats sprinkled on top but no sugar. And Scott in the fruit area has me hooked on the Sumo Citrus Oranges 🍊.

Publix is a very nice and clean grocery. You can find mostly everything you need. It is a bit expensive, but I love it. When you walk in there is a person wiping down the buggy and baskets. Masks are to worn at all times. And you have to stay 6 feet distance from one another. My Pharmacy is there as well. So that is my one stop shop.

The bakery is horrible.. we placed two orders of a cookie cake and a cupcake cake for my daughters birthday.. I went the first day for the cookie cake and it wasn’t even in the system even though I placed the order on the phone! And the same with the cupcake cake. Manager was rude, and even one of the male employees. Definitely wouldn’t recommend using them if you need something on time.

I just had my first Moderna shot fast and easy I was just wondering why would they be asking for insurance?

As i went inside the first double doors I was greeted by an employee and also by the pharmacist and it was all good from there, very caring people that made feel at home
