Wonderful service at an extremely affordable price. I was having some issues with my Honda Civic (it kept stalling randomly on the road), and the issue was fixed in a day. I believe they specialize a lot with Honda at this place as well. I had a fantastic experience. Im hoping for no future issues with my car, but if I have any, I know where to bring it. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting excellent car repair/service.

I dropped my car off because of a loud noise, the check engine light flashing, and not accelerating on a Thursday and didn’t receive the results of the diagnostic until Monday. They advised the codes two camshaft codes, a turbo code, and a knock sensor that they saw and advised it had no oil, which I knew. I was heading to an oil change when the car started messing up. They changed the oil and told me the car was no longer making that noise. But when I picked the car up as soon as I turned the car on I heard it. I went back in and told them but they said maybe it’ll stop when it heats up? I attempted to drive home and the car started smoking uncontrollably out of both ends, not accelerating, and it kept cutting off. I made it about two miles up the road before I pulled over and parked it. It’s acting worse than when I brought it in and at this point I’m not sure what to do.***Edit: Since posting this review, I was left a quite rude message as well as a response. I’ve only had this car a year so to say I was negligent is far fetched. Know the facts before accusing someone of something you know nothing about. A business that gets online to make comments like we are in high school is not a business that I want to be associated with in the first place. I won’t make that mistake again. A review is to advise my experience of the service I received in which that is what I did. At least I said you have great customer service but apparently I spoke too soon. The car is worse than when I took it in. I didn’t lie about anything I said and therefore should not be harassed with rude comments and phones calls because I stated MY experience. That is not what REAL businesses do. Get out your feelings. I didn’t ask them to charge me $30. If my service should have been $120, that’s what they should’ve said and I would have paid that. I’m definitely not the one who needs to grow up, clearly.

Very honest and accurate with diagnosing my front end wear on my SUV. The price was reasonable to fix my ball joints and the vehicle drives like new! I will go back when needed for more repairs. The folks were friendly too.

I am standing next to my friend when she received a voicemail on her phone. It is this company who leaves her the nastiest most unprofessional voicemail because she left a review of her experience. I am a Navy Veteran and it took a lot out of me not to go up there and call them out on their disrespect. There is a first time for everything and I have to tell you, I have never seen adults get so emotional over a review. The way they left that voicemail you would think someone forgot to change their diaper. The better business bureau has been nothing but amazing to me in these circumstances. They take care of their Veterans so I think I am going to have her bring this concern to their attention. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me coming here and putting your money into this company would be a waste. It’s the voicemail and the response that has me baffled.Update: the owner says I wasn’t there. How do you think she got home when her car started smoking at the shop.? They also said “I don’t know what you heard” ummm I heard your voicemail. That is what I heard. And the mere fact that you are going back and forth under these reviews and also your responses are very unprofessional says enough. I am still sitting next to her. You can stop calling her phone and texting her. BBB will contact you and we can communicate there.

Can’t recommend enough. I needed a new steering rack and was unemployed because of COVID. I’m handy and had time so I did it myself. It took me 3 days and cost me $800 after parts, a few specialty tools, and the mandatory alignment that comes after a steering rack replacement. This shop would have done it for $700...... it was cheaper to get a professional to do a replacement than to do it myself. If that doesn’t convince you they’re honest and reasonable I don’t know what will.

The employees was friendly and Mr Quan was very knowledgeable not sure if they accept my warranty policy but I wouldnt mind getting my car fix there

Long story short... spent $643 dollars at another shop because of emissions test issues that they couldnt resolve.Brought the car to Liberty, they fixed it quickly at at e very competetive price, their communication was excellent and they are very professional.Had it tested again... PASSED.Best automotive repair experience Ive ever had and Im 50 years old.

Expert service, honest, very knowledgeable. If youre looking for an honest and expert repair shop, look no further. Ive had major engine work done here, several other shops quoted pricey and unnecessary repairs while Liberty performed the same work saving me hundreds of dollars with a better level of service.

Took my money didnt fix the problem which was bad enough, but the vehicle barely got me home.the engine was running worse.i called him for 2 weeks and he never returned my calls, called my bank to dispute the bill,but after waiting for weeks they did not refund me. I hope you get yours liberty. I went in for an oil leak and now its for sale for parts or someone that can do the job right. Much grief

Quy has done a few good oil changes put me some wiper blades on now today Im here to get tires rotated and he let me know I need front brakes... I have had work done in the past to bothy vehicles.The work was done correctly and faster than anticipated.I also got a great deal on a set of tires.Today I have two vehicles being repaired at Liberty,a radiator on one and a harmonic balancer on the other.The estimate was less than I anticipated and will be completed quickly.I always take care of my vehicles repairs and maintenance at Liberty.

This was quick, honest service. I was visiting from brunswick GA, and needed a busted lugnut completely replaced. It was done within 45 minutes, and quite affordable. I highly recommend this little shop!

My first initial experience was good and was told they would take care of my Honda because they came from a honda dealership. My second visit I needed a value gasket cover change which I purchased and gave to them to put it on. Well, a month later I had issues with my car related to the value gasket cover and got a second opinion. My now new mechanic said it was never changed and I had to purchase another one. My new mechanic gave me the old gasket cover that he had to peel off. I am out $80 and going to report them to the better business bureau

This place is excellent for small jobs such as oil change but not for major jobs or jobs that requires research. Is a one man shop and he does not have time to dig into the job and do a proper research and find the problem

Ami/Amy, the receptionist, was very polite, saying sir.The owner is Quy, whose name sounds like the second syllable of bequeath.Quy worked on my car, changing the transmission fluid and oil. As part of the service, at no extra charge, he checked the tire pressure, and topped off the wiper fluid and other fluids.Even though Quy can rotate and balance tires, he suggested that I contact the place where I bought my tires, to see if they will rotate and balance the tires for free.Quy was knowledgeable, showing me his various tools, and talking about challenges of starting and running a business.Quy gave me a 10% discount, possibly because I was a first-time customer, or because he asked me to write an online review, good or bad, and I agreed. However, this review is good.
