The shop consists of a small, talented, and courteous team. I experienced an odd issue with my headlights, and I was met with quick, knowledgeable and friendly assistance. Ill definitely be returning for any maintenance / repair work needed.

I took my car to Scott on a day when he was full up, and he still managed to work me in. All I knew was it was making a funny noise, and I was worried there might be a problem with the bearings. He took the time to tear it apart, hook it up to diagnostic tools, and test drive it. Everything checked out, and he refused to take any payment for his time. I live an hour away, and its well worth the drive to me to know I have a mechanic who is skilled, trustworthy, and patient. Wont take my car anywhere else.

I love taking my Honda and Mini Cooper to The Shop! The prices are fair and the service is prompt. Ladies out there, you know how stressful and annoying it can be dealing with mechanics that treat you like an idiot...NEVER at The Shop! Didn,t even get to bring my vehicle in. I called The Shop and tried to explain my issue to whomever answered the phone and he rudely told me that he wasnt interested in working on my vehicle, without even allowing me to finish explaining my issues. I had previously had some work done on it before that I was unsatisfied with and was hoping The Shop, with all of its glowing reviews on Google would be the answer to my prayers, but I was absolutely wrong!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!! Even if the issue was that he didnt feel comfortable working behind someone else, he couldve just told me that instead of being as rude to me as he was. Im sure any vehicle that has been brought to them has been touched by another mechanic at some point or another. I cant speak for their work, but their customer service left a lot to be desired. I wouldve given them no stars if that were possible.
