The bubble tea was good and the price was great but the seating areas were all filthy. I would have loved to enjoy the inside since the aesthetic is so cute but the tables were all sticky so I didnt feel comfortable hanging out inside unfortunately. But Id love to come back and hopefully the seating area will be a little better kept next time.

2021.09 they have bubble tea and lot of varieties of fruit tea. Nothing much special. Fast services. To me bubble not chewy enough.

Drinks are on the sweet side. Kids loved them (of course). For me, non sweetened tea with bubbles may be much better. Staff members were nice and helpful. The service was fast. The tea shop looks so cute. Weve visited it twice.

Some of the best bubble tea Ive had. Place is pretty small but nice, with an extensive menu. The creme brulee flavors are super tasty and I havent come across anything comparable at other bubble tea places so far.

The creme brulee tea is worth the 45 minute drive! Its always super delicious and it hits the spot. The staff is quick and efficient. If youve thought about trying those macarons or the banana moochi, I strongly suggest you do!

The bubble tea is delicious but a lot of the staff seems to have poor hygiene. They’re sweaty and under their nails is all dirt and it’s disgusting. This wouldn’t be a problem if they were wearing gloves but they are not. You’d think they would have gloves on 1) Bc they are preparing beverages for people and 2) we are in a pandemic. Besides that the mixed fruit fantasy and super grapefruit fantasy teas are awesome

Very fresh tea~ I got the Golden Oolong King with bubbles. It’s not too sweet and very refreshing. Next time I will order one of their new Brulee options!

The bubble milk tea is so yummy! The cup its served in is also really lovely quality and can easily be reused. Definitely glad I stopped in here.

SO CUTE!!!! I was so uncomfortably hot and looking for something cool. I’m a big bubble tea fan, and I wanted my boyfriend to try. The manager was so patient; (I couldn’t decide what I wanted.) my drink was made super fast and was absolutely delicious! Clean, fresh and super friendly service!

Honestly I’d never had bubble tea before coming here. The staff helped me pick a drink out and I loved it! I’m officially addicted. 10/10 would drink again!

Amazing!! I had their mango cheezo, and it was super refreshing after a long walk in the mall! Their drinks are a must try, and its a super cute place!

Their boba is the best! The staff are all really friendly and really good at making drinks. I ordered the taro brûlée and it was the BEST I’ve had in SO long. A must try if you’re a lover of boba!

Thai tea is amazing

Delicious but wait so long. Waiting more than 15 min, but they just told me that it took some time. My order number was 26 and order number 31 just picked the tea. I definitely sure that they forgot the order and make it right after I told them.

Its a solid place to get some tasty and different bubble teas. Ive gotten it a few times already and I have no complaints.

Awful customer service and the tea wasn’t that great

I had a wicked hot flash and got incredibly thirsty while holiday shopping today at the mall. Lucky for me, I was right infront of U Tea.Now, I consider myself a tea connoisseur and drink A LOT of tea, all day, every day.I looked haggard and hot when I walked in Im sure. Nevertheless, I was greeted with a warm smile and an enthusiastic welcome. I was desperate for something cold. A thousand questions later, I was in heaven with a delicious green tea drink with lime.I really have to compliment the manager who answered a million questions, made me a delicious drink, and made me feel relaxed and welcome. Her name was Shandrika and I really enjoyed chatting with her.I returned before I left to grab another tea (they were both DELICIOUS) and thank Shandrika again.The space is very clean and comfortable. Teas are a nice size and totally worth the price, which was very reasonable.Ill be returning, soon, because this place has excellent tea!

I got something basic I think it was normal boba tea but with lychee and it so good. The atmosphere is really nice as well. I approve.

Its a nice and cute new bubble tea shop. But they take quite a long time to make a drink, I dont blame them though, they are new and their drinks are yummy.

The brulee tea is so yummy and the service was amazing. Shandrilka was such a sweetheart, we loved everything she reccomend and she was so kind to my five year old daughter.
