Build-a-bear...what more can I say? They are awesome here and very kind to guests & the selection of stuff is awesome. Ive brought my special needs niece here several times and they are always above & beyond to her. Definitely recommended. A bit expensive but the kids will definitely love it and fine the experience memorable.

A great place to go to if you have kids (but not on the wallet), if youre looking for a birthday event that doesnt break the bank then Build-A-Bear is it. They have different price packages thatll get all the kids in the party a bear and one clothing item up to the most expansive option of having a bear with an outfit and a pull draw bag to transport the bear. Any additional items can be purchased as well during the event. My daughter had a blast for her birthday party and one of her friends mom liked it so much that she had her daughters birthday party there a few months later.

Super efficient covid protocol. The way this location has adapted to stay safe but still make it a magical experience for families is admirable. Greeter Kayla kept the line informed of wait time and gave us the mandates before we walked in. Bear Helpers Alexis and I believe the name was Kaitlyn (apologies if not right, I couldnt read tag because of poor eyesight) made the stuffing process just as interactive as it always has been. Paula the manager has been doing a wonderful job since the day the shop opened and continues to do so.

Welcoming to young and young at heart...Make kids feel special as they build their friend....reasonably priced options for dressing the new chosen friend....low pressure to spend extra!!!

I bought my daughter Baby Yoda as a present. They only problem is that because of Covid you cant make the item yourself. You only get to stand away and watch them build it for you which kind of defeats the the The purpose of Build-A-Bear. Build-A-Bear is so that you build it yourself and you can call it yours nobody else has that one because you are the one that built it. Build-A-Bear is nothing more than a fancy stuffed animal shop.

What a wonderful place!! The employees were extremely sweet!!! I wish I remembered her name (I do recall she was a 5th grade teacher). She was so sweet, caring and very nice to talk to. I adore her!!! Thank you!! He loves his Pikachu and Scorebunny!!!

Always a fun trip. Cant wait to see what the next release is going to be.

My daughter & I had the worst experience with Build a Bear. Just before covid we had bought 6 $5.00 gift cards and booked & paid for a birthday party. My daughter e-mailed corporate several times with no response. We knew that we couldnt change anything until the store reopened. When the store was allowed to open we went to the Build a Bear at Destiny USA where we booked the party & bought the gift cards. We were told that the money was non-refundable & that the gift cards were no good because they expired during covid. This was very upsetting to us as we would bring the kids there every week for a new bear. I will never shop at Build a Bear again & I would give them no stars except I had no choice so that I could write this review. Very disappointing experience.

Drive 30 minutes, wanted to get a present. But although they say there open until 7pm they shut the gate at 640 and wouldnt let us in. Literally saw the gate closing, Not even for a second.

Anna is truly the most kindest human being Ive ever met. I have a 16 year old daughter in a wheelchair and a two year old daughter, she spent the most precious time with each individually and together making the best experience for both. We never felt rushed and I was amazed that she remembered us and asked to work with us. Build a bear is blessed to have such a compassionate employee. We will be back soon and will seek Anna out😃

Great experience for all ages

We had a 5 kid birthday party at build a bear. It was a package deal at $25.00 a person. They had about 5 choices the bears and they could pick any 1 outfit on a hanger. The bears were very nice and the outfit was amazing. The associate Anna did a amazing job. She made it so fun for the kids. We then went to the carousel for a ride and we bought pizza at sabarro pizza and brought cake. We sat at the tables at the carousel. It was a perfect day and the kids were all smiles. Thanks build a bear. I would highly recommend build a bear for a birthday party.

Price can get pretty high when dealing with accessories but its worth it. My kids had so much fun designing an animal that suits them. So many different choices of things that no pet is alike. My kids sleep with them and take them everywhere. The people there are so patient, helpful, and very nice.

It was really busy, but it was still fun! My son picked out a hockey bear for himself and a puppy pal for his best friend. They only had New York teams, and he wanted a Canadian team. So he picked out a Jurassic Park tee instead. Was still a lot of fun!

My son and I went for the first time ( hes 8) and we seriously had so much fun. Did yall know they have SCENT to put in the bears?!? Crazy cool. And the staff are super sweet. We will def be going back!

Took my girlfriend here for her 21st birthday since she loves stuffed animals and had never been. We had a great time! Staff was super friendly and there were so many fun animals and outfits to choose from. I know this place is meant for little kids but we still had a great time

I love build a bear. My two daughters had so much fun building their bears and picking out the perfect outfits for them. The place was a little small, but not an issue. Staff was great! My only complaint would be the prices.

Had to wait in line to get in due to covid. But they were fast and friendly!

My daughter was SO excited for her first visit to build a bear today, (4 years old) she ended up with 3 different bears clothes and accessories!when it was time to stuff them we as parents and grandparents were excited for her reaction we had our phone cameras out to catch our candid moment! your employee was extremely rude that we need to not get her in the photo.” She did not want to be in the photo, First of all we clearly wanted pictures of our daughter not of your employee. Second if your employee is more concerned about herself and her own insecurities, over an excited child possibly look into a different position for her.We will be back to the Syracuse location considering it’s close to home. However next time we will be sure to avoid your rude employee!

A fun store for kids to personalize their new stuffed animals. The employees here are friendly and great with kids. The experience for a child can be a lot of fun as they choose the animal, get to stuff it with material, and personalize with different clothes. The individual gets to name the new stuffed animal and also get a birth certificate to bring it home. Very unique experience for kids to get a new toy, but they always seem to enjoy it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Took my kids there for my sons 3rd birthday. He got the birthday bear and a monkey. The staff made a big deal about my son turning 3. It was really sweet. My other son got a star wars bear. The bear is not even 24 hours old and the stiches came apart and I had to sew it back together

The employees make it a more fun & memorable experience

I have been here so many times and every time is wonderful. The associates are always so sweet. But I most recently went and got a Light Fury. The girl, Kelly, was really personable and I enjoyed working with her to make my furry friend. I noticed after we got in line to pay that one of the velcro pieces on the wings of my animal had torn. I showed her when I was at the pay counter, and she offered to remake a new dragon for me. Acted like it was no big deal, but for me it meant everything. Thank you BAB and thank you Kelly at the Syracuse store!

Who doesnt love build a bear! Always a joy for the children and myself.....wish prices were a bit cheaper but what can ya do. always the Friendliest of staff and well kept store.

Build a bear work shop is a wonderful place for kids to grown ups for building that special bear for you or a loved one or that special someone also your children its a.wonderland of bears. Love it

Daughter loves this place. Expensive. But good for collectors (movie, tv characters) that want a stuffed animal relating to a specific genre.

Friendly, lots of bears and clothes to chose from, and my daughter really enjoyed making her bear. I like how i can pay her age on her birthday to get the birthday bear. Down side is it is expensive.

Fun place to go with the grandkids. My 8 year old grandson loves it! Save up as it is a bit pricey.

Im 18, but the staff still treated my friend and I with respect. We never had the chance to go to build a bear when we were kids, so Im glad we were able to do it now and still be treated so nicely.

Everyone here was very friendly and kind to my son and I. We came to get the birthday bear for his 1st birthday and they made sure the experience was special. They have great customer service!

It was our first time taking our son here and he wasnt too sure what to think about it as he is only two. But the woman who helped us stuff his bear was very calm and helpful.

Staff was really friendly! The process of creating is absolutely adorable. Im 27, and the process made me tear up. I asked, and theres no age limit on making bears or having parties there - the lady even said theyve had a few bachelorette parties there before. #goals! I made a tan bear, and used batgirl dress, cape and mask! Named her Wynne! I was surprised that they offer accommodations for the bears too, ie. Crutches, cast, wheelchair etc. BAB is doing it right

Its a great place for little kids

We go there often and normaly have an awesome visit. But the last few times myself and a few others have had a problem with one of the helpers Paula i belive her name is. Each time she is very rude. The first time i chalked it up to her having a bad day... well this is not the case since she seems to constantly have an attitude. I refuse to let her help my child stuff any of her bears or even speak to her.

Took my siblings here and they had a blast making toys nothing bad to say.

Why so expensive?? Paid $54 for a basic bear. Wont be going back any time soon
