Yesterday was my first time going into this T-Mobile store and I was helped by Elena. To be honest, I wouldnt have wanted to be helped by anyone else. She is truly amazing at what she does! For the first time ever, I was given the best experience Ive ever received at any other location. She was very kind, knowledgeable and answered all my questions without leaving me with any doubts. I will truly recommend my family members and friends to look for her. She truly made me want to go back to that specific location everytime I need help and look for her. Douglas is the real MVP!!! Best customer service Ive received thus far. I went to 4 different tmobile stores looking for a specific phone and each time they lied and said they had it, only to arrive and they did not. Douglas not only found my phones after thinking they were out of stock but got me the best deals available. 2 phones and a tablet later, Im super happy and Douglas definitely has a new customer!! Im due to have a baby tomorrow and wanted my phone to take great pics!!! So happy!

My family member (tried and true 60s earthy/hippie spirit) does not know much about phones which means we spend a lot of time looking at devices. We arrived at 1:30 and were helped by Edwin until 3:30. The entire time, Edwin was amazing (answered all questions, showed almost every device in the store, and had amazing customer service). We walked out of the store incredibly happy and I know that it was 90% because of the customer service we received! Definitely come here for a great experience.

Do yourself the favor of shopping online. This location preys on the Latino community and exploits them by adding services and AirPods to your account without consent for not knowing English. Avoid the gentleman upfront and his store manager they are nothing but thieves and liars do not believe the reviews I guarantee they are fake!!

I came into the store about an issue with a hotspot for 8 months. There were many agencies that could help me out but when i came into the atore Douglas helped me out and was able to fix the issue that i had been having for months. I am very thankful for all the help from Douglas

Matt was great! Showed the best way to do an upgrade for two phones. It took my phone 3 hours to transfer everything to my new phone.past closing. I was frustrated but Matt was patient even though it was past his departure time and told me not to worry and I could come back next day if necessary.I did and it was after his leave time. But he came out to finish up with me. Pleasant employees. Have my positive recommendation for how they look out for and are considerate of their customers.

This store is great although I will warn you all of an individual in this firm that is very dishonest. I went into this store with my bf and we wanted a T-Mobile plan with 2 lines unlimited everything. We are not from Maryland we are from West Va and I asked him if we would be covered he (lied) and said we would have unlimited everything. As told by his manager he failed to look up if to see if we would be covered. We payed for the phones iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 which ran about 1000$ and then we paid for 2 services. Plus a case so after all we spent 1584$$. I go to look at the receipt and it shows a third line has been added. We were charged for 3 lines. We paid for 3 lines. There were only 2 individuals. I actually went back inside to ask the man who tricked us what that was for and he lied. He said it would activate if we were to add another line. I get to West VA And the phones stop working sometimes it shows 4g other times it says no service other times it says nothing. I called corporate and they said we have to drive back up to Maryland in order to get the 1584$ BACK. Im sure T-Mobile is awesome but this individual with curly black hair about 57, some what muscular, glasses is not an honest man. Be aware of who you give your money to now A days.

ELENA was excellent. I have been going to this location for about three years, she was just excellent, calm and knowledgeable in her role. Great job guys. The store generally is welcoming and always ready to assist, and that is why I like going there.

I am currently a customer for T-Mobile. It seems that this is an authorized retailer and not a corporate location. I came in to do business and I have gotten additional lines and services that I did not authorize. Bad practices. Accessories I did not know were being added to my account and offered as free. When I came in to ask for manager he is no where to be found. I extremely recommend to never bring your business here. It’s a shame that this location takes advantage of customers when they lack knowledge. Horrible!

The rest of the staff is also very friendly by far it’s the best T-Mobile store we had been. And to say this we had been with T-Mobile for almost 15 years.

I absolutely love this retail store location! I was a customer for ATT for a long time and was helped by Edwin he was great! I had a wait time to have my original number ported over so I came in the next day (today) and a gentleman named Oscar was such a sweet heart and managed to take care of me immediately! Elena assisted me today and she did great.

Extremely poor customer services toward Spanish speaking clients. The store manager Elvis charged my spouse twice last Friday when all my he wanted to do was pay a bill and receive assistance reporting his telephone due to damage. He provided incorrect information charged our credit card account twice and would not refund back the funds or provide assistance with an upgrade. We contact customer services by phone an they where very helpful able to use the money toward an upgrade and my husband received a new phone the next day. He has poor customer services skills and misleading customer and not doing whats requested of him he took the fact that my husband spoke only Spanish to do things without translating properly an when we both went to dispute the charge he wouldnt resolve the station this facility a rip off and thief double charging our account without authorization.

The management needs to better train the employees on the basics of professionalism (I hope that they are themselves) and stop forcing them to make customer buy what they do not want.It is ok to suggest/sell accessories to customer, but it is not acceptable to tell customer that they come with the new device.

Edwin and Christian has zero customer service. If i ever find myself there again I would not want them to attend to me.The the music is to loud and the store was very hot, considering the number of people there at that time, increasing the AC would have made a whole lot of difference.

Bad customer service, internet service from t mobile has a lot of problems, and they wont be able to fix it, called 611 to try to get it done, same thing they wont help much, so im stuck with bad services because of the contract nice way to mess with my new year gift ha.

The worst customer service ever from edwin, I had an issue with a Bill rather solving that problem they keep on adding more to account, which at one point wasnt my consent, two its stealing.I address the issue to the manager the listened rather didnt give me any solution, waste of time and money.I wont never ever recommend this location unless u wanted to get stolen.
