I think we found our local indie coffee shop. There are a handful in this community and most have 4.8 ratings. Despite repeating common knowledge and preaching to the choir, I gotta say the karma of this place is infused with the spirit of the owners, Sean and Amber. Sean meets you at the door with an awesome smile and friendly attention. He knows his coffees, is a master barista, and a charming conversationalist. The house bean is an Ethiopian/Brazilian blend thats a bit too acidic and fruity for me to drink everyday but the quality is very much like a fine wine. His latte was exquisitely smooth and balanced and even the coconut donut had three levels of finely roasted flavors (raw, earthy, and smokey). These guys definitely love their work and are invested in a quality experience.

Found this location while looking online for a coffee shop and it was beyond wonderful. I had a cappuccino with caramel and blueberry lavender goat cheese toast. Amazing!!!

I can’t explain how much I love this coffee shop. They have delicious lattes and their matcha is the best in the area. The avocado toast is incredible and one of the main reasons we come here is the atmosphere/vibe. Definitely brings the community together!

Staff was really cool here. Super helpful and they are keeping everything clean. Cinnamon roll was good and the smoothie i got was decent. Nice outdoor seating area over here.

Finally! A Pacific Northwest type of coffee shop in sunny So Cal! We went here because we heard they had great vegan options and we werent disappointed!The vegan maple chai latte was delicious. And the match green tea with oat milk was tasty AND beautiful!We got the kids vegan crepes and they devoured them. Im not sure Id feel comfortable eating inside with the kids (my toddler is loud), because Id feel bad disturbing the mostly adult crowd, but the shaded tables outside were perfect and peaceful.Im looking forward to going back and trying the chamomile lavender latte and avocado toast Ive heard so much about!

Five07 combines a fresh flair, cool art, tasty snacks and terrific coffee drinks. I love coffee and the Java here is no joke. I especially like their pour-over. Avocado toast (available as GF) is amazing as are their crepes (GF). There are plenty of gluten free food options from Karma bakery. They always draw a good crowd but it’s never crowded. The staff are really nice and provide excellent service. Five07 also supports the arts which is the icing on the cake, or the whip on the crepe.

5 ppl behind the counter took 20 min for 2 coffees $17 total. The coffees were the wrong size they just reblended it with more ice and gave it back... now 2 watered down 17$ coffees. Absolutely not worth it.

If you appreciate a pour-over coffee, highly recommended. Good selection of pastries and other food, but I came for the coffee.

Today I was out and about picking up a few things for one of my listings coming up. Feeling hungry, I stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. My expectations were exceeded! It had a relaxed vibe of the Pacific Northwest coffee shops that I used to travel to before becoming a local realtor. Today I tried their Confucius panini which is arugula Portabella mushrooms and other vegetables with a slightly spicy. Their lavender lemonade served in a sugar rimmed mason jar was a nice touch. I highly recommend this location and plan to come here often!

The atmosphere is laid back, breezy, and definitely one where you feel comfortable. No wonder I only hear marvelous ratings, it’s without a doubt one place I will visit again.

This place is a temple for friendship and creativity. Ive met so many unique, kind, and talented individuals here while I make art and sip my coffee. The coffee and food is also outstanding and is made with love and care. Sean and Amber (the owners) have successfully created a space for people to express themselves freely and connect with others. The atmosphere is incredible and the vibes are always present. Ask them about kava if youre feeling adventurous. This place will always be near and dear to me. I absolutely recommend it! 💜

Great staff! Friendly and helpful! I loved my acai smoothie, tasted fresh and real, no sweetener which is a welcome change of pace from all the other acai you get in town.

Amber, one of the baristas (not the owner but she’s great too), is AMAZING. She is so friendly and helpful. She knows what she is talking about when it comes to the different coffees, how they are made, what they taste like, etc. I ask her advice on what to order whenever I visit there and she has never once stirred me wrong. The food and drinks are all wonderful. They also cater to many allergies!

Went to Five07 on Saturday morning and WOW this place is amazing! I had a cappuccino and one of there crepes and both were wonderful! The design of Five07 is stunning! Highly recommend!

My favorite local coffee place.

This place is very unique and has such a fun energy. You usually see a coffee house like this in a vacation town. The coffee was great, and the food was fantastic! I thought about giving this 4 stars because the food is a little overpriced for what you get, Ex: my large coffee and sandwich came out to be $17 with tax (not including tip) but I couldn’t since the quality was worth it. Great spot to hang out, play games, or do homework. This won’t be a regular place for me, but it’ll be a fun occasion spot.

The staff is absolutely what makes this coffee shop stand out among the rest! Everyone seems to work so well together and they always seem happy to be there. I’ve met so many great people in the last year of going here, it really is like a second home.Keep up the great work guys!

Out go-to when we want dang good coffees and teas and experience new flavors (to us anyway). People are cool and smiling and care about us having a good experience. The have gluten free and dairy free item which is what we need-seriously we need them!

Our family loves Five07! Its owned by a local young couple who are very active in the community and in their business. Everything Ive tasted, Ive liked. The drinks are great as well! Over the summer they had an especially amazing lemonade!! They offer many gluten free and vegan options which are important to our family. This is a great spot to come with family or friends, they have games and things to do as you sip your coffee, they have local talent perform in the evenings and they are open late so that local kids have a safe place to hang out and socialize and study!

Lattes and teas are good (if you like very strongly brewed tea: I got the White tea today and it was too strong for my liking but that is just an opinion, Im sure others would have enjoyed it). I got a lavender mocha the previous time and again, personally, I did not enjoy it, but it was well made and I could see someone else looking the flavors. My roommate has gotten 2 lattes she very much enjoyed, something to do with coconut milk and vanilla and chocolate... We all got food today: paninis and the avocado toast; each were okay but I dont think Id order again. I have tried a cupcake and the banana bread, both vegan /gluten free, and I can say with confidence that I will never purchase a pastry there ever again. The banana bread managed to taste like pepto bismol somehow??? Had a wintergreeny essence... yeah. But, I will say the atmosphere is really nice, so is the staff, comfy seating options, and I think its great they have live music on Saturdays (have not checked that out yet) and movie nights on Fridays; they were playing Black Panther when I went in, and everyone was being pretty respectful of the sound level so people could enjoy and they had even turned the cafe lights off - although that did make it a tad difficult to see what to order if you dont already know. All in all, go for the peaceful vibe and the coffee and tea, think the crepes look like a good option too, but I would recommend not having the other food items...

This place is such a gem. If you live locally havent tried it yet, you just have to. Every drink Ive tried tastes incredible and is well worth the little bit extra youll pay compared to chain coffee shops. The food is delicious and homemade (highly recommend a crepe or the Cinnamon Toast Crunch toast!!). Gluten free and vegan offerings come at no additional cost which is so rare to find and absolutely appreciated. And the staff is so welcoming, helpful, and kind. You can feel the positive vibe of the place as soon as you step in :) in summary - go here!!!

The coffee is the BEST. Love the ambiance, home from home feeling.. Here you can settle in and relax on big comfy armchairs. Not for those expecting the corporate US in a hurry grab n go experience.

Hip and busy coffee and snack spot. Has a hipster SF vibe with a bunch of random furniture. Usually packed when I’ve visited. Every drink and meal I’ve had here has been excellent - just not cheap. Definitely worth checking out!

I love this coffee place. They close late so that is a plus. I love getting a cappuccino here. They have a variety of drinks, pastries and things to munch on. The staff is friendly and are willing to help you out with any questions you have about their coffee, etc.

This cafe caters to students and other professionals around the CLU area, but has a big dining/seating area with a limited number of electric outlets. Despite the limited number available, they ask patrons to unplug their devices from the sockets so that they can hookup light fixtures for aesthetic purposes. But no one comes for the lights. Their brewed coffee could be better; too weak--watered down, really.

Excellent Service, Excellent Drinks Delicious Food. Of course the Avocado toast is to die for but the Lavender Honey toast is holding its own. I often meet up with my colleges for a quick chat or when meeting a new client. My favorite drink at this time is the Chai Tea with Oat Milk. Who knew Oat Milk even existed or how tasty it is. Wonderful addition to thousand oaks. Its always hard to find an indie coffee shop on the valley. Like the atmosphere. They offer there house coffee as a pourover and a rotating selection of beans. Last week, it was modern times. They also have a selection of gluten free desserts and some vegetarian sandwiches.

Excellent hang out spot, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and the rarest of all: decent prices. Will y a great selection of coffee, smoothies, sodas, and specialty drinks, you wont find yourself thirsty, but thats not all! Their food menu is far better than most cafes! Their tea menu its more varied than most other cafes also(not as extensive as a tea house though) but thats fine because they make excellent coffee!

I stopped by here on a Saturday night with a friend not knowing what to expect and it sure exceeded our expectations. This is such a cute, cozy and lively environment. Thousand Oaks has been in need of a place like this where students can study or just go to hangout with one another. I also want to add how sweet and kind hearted the owners and employees are. They genuinely care about what they are serving their customers and you can tell through the quality of their food/drinks!

Coffee is smooth and delicious. The staff is kind and helpful. They have a wide variety of foods and snacks a lot of which can be or are vegan. Live music and open mic nights add to the charm.

Way too expensive for bad food. Doesn’t get my order right. No helpful service. Cashiers with bad attitudes. Only good thing about it (that isn’t food related) is that they have open-mic nights so people can showcase their talents. Other than that, not the best place to get coffee and food.

Amazing, new hip Coffee Bar and Eatery in Thousand Oaks. I had the Vanilla Latte with Oat Milk and the classic avocado toast. Yummylicious! This will become my new local hangout! If youre tired of the same old corporate coffee houses, come check out this young couples place. Its low key, casual, has a friendly staff, comfy seats, and plenty of outlets.

Bought what turned out to be a delightfully complex cappuccino which paired well when served with friends and the card games provided, giving off cozy coffeehouse vibes that make me wanna come back real soon. Excellent customer service, too. Keep it up :)

This place is best of the best. All the drinks are delicious, super reasonably priced and vegan friendly. I’ve explored coffee shops all over TO, WV, the Valley and LA and honestly this place is my favorite. Great vibe (this place is a vortex... if you know, you know). Art lining the walls and music is eclectic. It is the perfect mix of quality and charm. Great for working, reading, socializing or taking something to go. My go to is the vegan maple ginger chai or unsweetened matcha with a karma bakery pasty on the side. They also have kava shots and this chamomile lavender latte (the Alia special) that is to die for. All things karma bakery are a win and the avocado toast is reasonably priced and great. I’ve met many here. Made some really beautiful friendships. Thanks to the owners Amber and Sean! It is clear this place was built with passion for quality, art and connection. Try the vanilla ice latte in the summer and pancake latte in the fall.

I rarely do reviews, but this coffee shop was one that actually deserved one. Not only was the protien shake delicious, but my experience has always been amazing. Most recently, I arrived wearing my military uniform (I do not do this often, as to avoid unwanted attention) however I was on my way home and it was convienent. There are many orginazations that boast being military friendly, but what was nice about this shop is that they were more so friendly without advertising such a thing. I felt compelled to give credit when due, after a lengthy conversation to the young couple who own the place I hope that their buisness flourishes as it clearly has been. Each time I go in I see college students using the wifi to do their schoolwork.
