Came in to get my glasses readjusted. Lots of people with an hour away from closing. The woman I believe her name was Joy was able to quickly assist me and have my glasses adjusted with the techs in the back to make it perfect knowing there was a risk that it can break. Really happy with the results. I knew it wouldn’t be their fault if it did break since my frames were a little complex. So thank you again!
I have purchase 3 pairs of glasses from this retailer with ZERO regrets. Today, I purchased my 4th pair this year. I intended to just go on line and order from another retailer but because of the EXCELLENT customer service I get here, I had to come back! I brought a pair of glasses whereas I scratched the lenses by mistake and they honored me by replacing them for me. They showed me what I needed to clean them without scratching the lenses. I LOVE this place. Kevin is AMAZING! He has such passion for the customers and always makes each one feel so special. He gives you his honest opinion when you try on glasses, he is patient beyond measure and his passion for providing excellent service to customers is palpable. He is the real deal and so many other retailers need to hire Kevin to show their teams how to provide great service. Not all LensCrafters are the same but this one is EXCEPTIONAL in my book!!
The manager at this location is very nice and helpful. I enjoy the customer service that she provides and keep on coming back because of her. Especially with how everything is outside, it’s just nice to be welcomed by a warm hearted person.

Visited the LensCrafters in Del Amo to have some eyeglass frames adjusted. (An appointment was not required for this service.) I was greeted by the friendly staff and assisted by one of the managers. She was efficient and professional, and patiently made adjustments to get the fit just right. The store was clean, well-lit, and well-stocked with a large selection of frames. I always have a positive experience when visiting this location!

I went to Lense Crafters to get my ray bands fixed because the other place where I purchased them didn’t repair glasses. Yvette happily took my glasses and they were fixed in less than 35 minutes. Great service and I don’t think they even charged me. While waiting I found a new pair of Oakleys. Dina has good taste a bright smile and good energy. Both Yvette and Dina provided me with great customer service! I’m happy to have my ray bands fixed and even more I love my new pair of polarized Oakleys!!! Thank you

My partner and I recently had our eye exams here and the end to end experience was absolutely amazing. Immediately upon entering the store, the staff greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome (a happy staff is usually an indicator for great service!). The store was spotless and we both felt safe and comfortable. After an incredibly thorough eye exam, the staff patiently helped us pick the perfect frames and adjusted them to sit on our uniquely shaped heads. 10/10 recommend stopping by and letting the awesome people here help with your vision needs!!

Ok so I bought some ray bans at sunglasses hut, my daughter sat on them and broke them. I went back to try to get themFix and the girl working there completely ignored me brushed me off and wanted nothing to do with me. I get it she was trying to make sales and I wasn’t it for her. I came across lens crafters and right off the bat was greeted welcomed and treated so politely. I can tell the difference of the vibe and energy. Dina was able to help me out. I had the best experience and didn’t even plan on getting glasses. I was heading to the movies and decided to browse frames because I had recently lost mine. Tonya was quick to help and answer every question I had and when I thought they didn’t accept my insurance Tonya double checked and verified the did. I’m glad she did because I wouldn’t have gotten my vision back without her and the team there. They made it all a breeze. The manager Kevin even took a min to introduce himself and welcome us and made sure we were be taken care of. I didn’t expect that level of detail and service. Nice touch, will be coming back soon for sun glasses.

Of all the optometrists Ive been to, including private practices, this store is the most thorough eye exam I have ever gotten. To add to that, the team running the store was super informative with customer service that was top notch. As long as the same team is there, I will always come back!

My sons frames broke and we needed to swap out the lenses into an old frame... when we got to Lenscrafters there were a TON of people in the store... however, the store manager helped us the moment we stepped up to the register and within 5 minutes had swapped out the lenses, tightened the old frames, and cleaned them up. She even gave us a new protective case. Both my son and I were blown away by the kindness and speed with which she helped us. We both thought we would have to wait at least an hour to get someone to help us. Thank you Lenscrafters for hiring such an amazing staff - we will definitely be coming back for our future purchases!

Ive been getting glasses from here for years. It has been really good most of the time in the past. However, the most recent exchange with their customer service has been extremely frustrating. I have a glasses that has been sitting there waiting for lenses for more than 2 weeks without any of the office contacting me about its status. And now because I called I found out the lens will take yet another 2 weeks before it would be ready. Unexpected problem arises and I dont blame them for that. But I am upset that the office choose not to update me on the status of lens automatically. Instead I was been given a moving ready-date every time I called after 2 weeks to inquired about the status of lenses. The most frustrating part is, when I vent about my frustration, instead of offer to look into why the lenses were repeatedly delayed, I was given a technicality about business dates and working days. Instead of pacifying me, its likely that the person who helped me with my glasses will get a talking down, while the core issue of why the glasses were delay was never addressed. It is their really bad system that needs an overhaul, not the service people who has been helpful trying to work around their system.
I hadn’t gotten a new pair of glasses in years so I needed an exam, lenses, and new frames. This location was so quick and efficient! Ask for Terren, he helped answer all of my questions and adjusted the fit of my frames perfectly! Will definitely be back!

Shop here, but buy elsewhere!I like Lenscrafters for friendly staff, capable eye exams, and a pleasant environment, but......their prices have gone through the roof.I needed to increase my prescription, so I simply wanted to buy new lenses (progressive, AR coating, scratch resistant, with transition). Their price was $733 !!!!!!So I took my prescription to Costco, where I ordered all the same features, and the price was $219.$500 difference for the same lenses? Reallly?Maybe you have more money to waste than I do, but that delta is extreme. I am done with LensCrafters.

Dr. Kuo at Scavo is a compassionate and knowledgeable optometrist. The handling of services between the optometrist and the technicians at LensCrafters is seamless. There is no time wasted between the exam appointment and the staff assisting with the selection and fitting of glasses.

I went in hoping to get my 82 year old mothers glasses fixed. We usually get amazing customer service, but not today. It was Tuesday, July 7, at around 6 pm. When I asked if they could fix the missing ear piece, she simply said, No. The Lenscraft employee offered no explanation. I had to ask her questions about where I could get them fixed. I felt as if I was not an important customer to her. Also, the employee was reluctant to check the prescription on some Ray-Bans that belonged to my father in-law. I walked out very disappointed! I will not go back to this location ever again! If she only knew that I could easily afford anything in that store. The employee made the first Cardinal sin of judging a book by its cover! Too bad I did not ask for her name, but she did have very short hair. I hope that she improves her customer service skills and learns to roll out the red carpet for every customer. Avoid this location (near Nordstrom) in Del Amo Mall.

Great technology to help you get thru the exam quick, Didn’t take long maybe about 20 min. However they can improve on their customer service, they weren’t as professional as their store may seem. Seems like the techs don’t have a passion for what they do and want to get over ASAP.
Huge variety of frames to fit different styles and budgets. Cleanliness in waiting area and inside exam rooms. Staff is great- greets you upon entering and ask for your reason to visit. I usually make an appointment for exams but I have walked in twice to have my glasses tightened as I use them 25/8 lol. They were friendly both times and didnt take long to help. Been with LC for about 10 years. I just realized that.
Went here to get an emergency replacement for prescription lenses and was impressed with the quick turnaround. Prices were not great, but the service was direct and honest, and the selection of frames and styles was adequate.
As a first time wearer of prescription glasses, I was extremely disappointed by the treatment I received here. I received my first pair which kept getting lose and after going to several visits, I was finally told they were factory defect and my prada glasses were exchanged for a new pair. The new pair was no different. Continually getting lose and my lense had a light blue light to them. My plan for an exchange had expired three days before so the Manager was kind enough to provide me with a one time courtesy re-styling. I went back and rushed to pick a pair. I was told the following lies:1.) I can not ask for a new pair. I had to pick the display glasses. No exception. Often, these glasses are tried on by everyone and dropped, I was not happy but told pretty much too bad!2.) I had to pick that store only and force to pick their styles, which by the way is very limited. Unless you like Logos and a lot of Coach glasses, you are limited. I was told by another store, this is not accurate and I can go to another store. I got a pair of Burberrys that look horrible on me. I have an oval shaped face and these lenses sit too high on my cheekbones and look too tight on my face.3.) When asking for the District Manager, I was told I could not get any information. Luckily for me, I found her on Linked In. This is embarrassing. I work for a fortune 500 company and the CEO of our company has his contact information online and at every office.4.) Forced to buy three different lens options even though my glasses were only for driving and not for all day usage. Again, as a first time lens wearer, I was trusting a professional instead, I got a sales person.5.) I asked if I can re style the new Burberry replacements, which again, the lense popped out on the second day of wear. I called immediately and I was told yes on Friday at 4pm. I came in Saturday morning, picked new glasses, I was excited, then I was told no. I can not get re styled since I had already done so. I explained to the Manager that I was not satisfied with the lens that popped out after two days of wearing them. I was telling her that I did not want to go through the same issue like my last pair. She then had a tech screw my glasses back and pop the lens back in and said You wont have to be back. This I am sure of Well, it is not true because the lens popped out again!Overall, I was extremely dissappointed. I shop at Nordstrom and as a member, I regret not buying their optical glasses and going somewhere else. Avoid this place if it is your first time buying glasses.

If it werent for the staff, Id give it one star. The staff was friendly but it took over 3 hours for my planned appointment to be over from beginning to end. Mind you, it was a Sunday and there were only 2 other appointments ahead of mine (I booked online and saw available times). The Dr. apologized and so did a staff member for the long wait. I think they ended up booking up with walk-ins and it didnt pan out for us with actual appointments. The lady before me was complaining as well. Her appointment was at 4pm and they ended up seeing her about an hour later. If it werent for their tardiness, I woud have been able to get my glasses that day. Had to wait for the next day to pick them up.

I had an unpleasant experience! The helper was very rude. I came to pick up glasses and some test contacts. I stated I was a new user of contacts. There was nobody else in the store. I tried 3 times to insert the lens and was having problems. NO - she did not help. She declared that she didnt have time to help a learner. Or she used some word about not having time to waste with a new user. I dont know what she thought was more important than a customer. There was no other customers. She had probably chased any other customers out already. I was really looking forward to trying contacts and she really ruined my enthusiasm. I dont think i will ever go back to that location or maybe not lenscrafters.Doug Miller

Every time I go in, the staff pretends I dont exist but help other customers that come in after me. its not like I dont go up to them or anything, I literally go up to them and they interrupt me with the condescending just a moment!. not only that, Ive called several different times after I missed their call regarding a follow up. its like they ignore their phone! I call during store hours! and when they finally answer the phone, its the same pretentious, condescending tone. its lame, and if it werent for my mom whose hooked on lens crafters, I would never come here again.
I was there for 20 minutes without staff acknowledging my existence. Maybe they were short staffed that day, but I decided to go someplace else to get glasses.
