Great buying experience! My husband had been looking for the “right” truck for quite a while. He saw this truck online and called the next day. He talked to Bart who answered any questions he had and it did indeed have everything my husband was looking for. We are over 5 hours away so when Bart knew that he let us put a down payment down over the phone and took all our info. He said he would keep it in the shop until the weekend when we could head that way. We made the trip and we were very impressed! I found Grace Motor Mall on the web after searching many different web sites for a Jeep Wrangler 2 Dr. I checked out their inventory and their it was, my 2015 Jeep. I called and talked with Mark about how clean the Jeep looked. Mark mentioned that he acquired the Jeep from someone who had recently moved to Michigan from Arizona so the Jeep had never seen snow. I mentioned that I wanted to see it and test drive it. I set up an appointment and when I got to Traverse City Mark had it outside ready for me to check it out. The color was right, the mileage was low, the condition was near perfect, no rust. The Jeep is great overall. I am very pleased with the customer service of Grace Motor Mall. I saw a Tacoma they listed on line and check out a few at the lot after hours but didnt see what I wanted. So I emailed them and ask them to let me know if they ever had a manual transmission Tacoma in to let me know. They promptly got back to me in a few days and said it just so happen they had just traded a in Tacoma 5 speed manual single cab base model. I jumped on it right away! And bought it a few days later. They were super helpful getting the credit union give me a loan. I was happy they let me test drive it and take it to my mechanic to have it inspected and replaced all the the breaks at my mechanics recemendation. I was not pleased that they tried to cover up rust that was starting on the tailgate with a plastic strip! And when I asked for a discount because of the rust (they were asking top dollar) they said they would fix it with high quality paint and do it right but they only sprayed a little black paint on the edge and kept the plastic cover up strip on. And also they said they would clean it up and detail the inside but they never did, it seemed like as soon as they knew I was going to buy it they stoped cleaning it up. And also the previous owner had cut large holes in the truck bed to make a over sized tool box fit and they did not tell me about that either and I didnt see it till after Id bought it. Given the price I paid for it I would have been more satisfied if they had been open about the rust (which was normal for its age and being in the rust belt) and didnt try to hide it. And if they had detailed it like they do with all the others on their lot.I would recommend Grace Motor Mall but would say really make sure you check for rust and hacks to make the truck seem not so used.

Looking for a car and saw a car, that fit my needs, on Grace Motor Malls web site. Grace Motor Mall was extremely clean and filled with excellent vehicles on their lot. I was able to completely examine the car I was interested in, uninterrupted and Grace Motor Mall provided the floor jack and jack stands for me to inspect the undercarriage of the car. After inspection, began the wheeling and dealing for the price for me to pay. Negotiations when smooth and to both partys satisfaction. Yeah, I got a great car for a great price. Could not have been happier with our buying experience at Grace. We bought our 2013 Tacoma Limited back in June. Good people committed to providing top notch customer service.Never any pressure to buy – thank you for that Kade! The inventory sells itself. They purchase quality vehicles with clean carfax-es, plus their inventory has been thoroughly inspected and any repairs completed before it hits the lot. Bart helped us with our financing through a credit union; and we also purchased some accessories (running boards, grill guard, visors, bed mat,etc).Was a bummer but not the end of the world, the supplier we ordered our accessories through, goofed up our order and we had to wait a little longer. Even though it was not Grace’s mistake, Bart went above & beyond to make sure we were 150% happy. Also needing mention, Brandon in the Service dept was pretty great sharing his expertise to make sure we were getting what we wanted and also did our install.Anyone we know who are truck shopping we tell to check out Grace Motor Mall. Hit a piece of wood with nails and pulled into this business because it was the closest stop. Gentleman came right outside and saw what we had done. Told us to pull it around back and their team patched it in 20 minutes and we were our way. Very great experience

I answered a question incorrectly...they do sell new car accessories but the vehicles are all used or certified.Bart, the owner is top-notch and I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for a vehicle.What he did for me was nothing short of miraculous and I will be eternally grateful and always return and refer him in the future. Free oil changes for life with any vehicle you buy and they will jump through hoops for you ... not a typical used car salesman at all!!!!!

Grace Motor Mall sold me an unsafe vehicle!!!The vehicle in question was sold with mismatched brake caliper and rotor sizes, this work was done by their in house “mechanic” and could of caused me, and my family great harm. After communicating this to the business it took the owner multiple days to return my call.Anyone considering buying a vehicle from Grace should also be aware that most of the vehicles on the lot are imported from Canada, and have lots of undercarriage rust. Also in our experience the title arrived without any mileage noted.

I was looking for a specific car, which they had. I do not live nearby, I actually live downstate but when I called Grace they offered to deliver the car! I ended up doing a walk around of the car over the iPhone, and took delivery of it a few days later. Love the car and accommodating me (Im the first to admit Ive never been called low maintenance) haha. Definitely recommended. The car has been great and was exactly as described.

My son bought a 2003 Nissan xTerra from here and drove it across country to Portland, to Seattle, to LA, to Phoenix, then to Austin. He says its one of the most reliable vehicles hes ever owned, which I should agree considering how far hes driven! He still owns it till this day with no major problems.

Sold 16yr old a car of doom. After seeing the car on cargurus website I called Grace Motor Mall and talked to Cade. I explained to him Im a single mom the car is for my daughter 16th birthday. I asked not to waste my time or his time and be honest what shape the car was in because I live an hour and half away. He said car looks good. I said well I have been told that many times and get to dealership and its not. He assures me hes being honest because its his dads business and his name means everything would never ruin his name. My daughter drove her new car home when we got home she told me about the issues she had driving home. I called a very reputable certified dealership that was local to me. The car needs over $6,000 of repairs. Its not worth fixing. I called Cade regarding the issue and he was not available nor did he return my call. I then text message him and he replied if you want to discuss anything call Bart Lewis tomorrow after 9am. I called and of course he wasnt available nor did I get a call back so I called again in the afternoon someone did put me thru to Bart he called me by a differ name I said no he said oh thought you were someone else ( no wonder I got thru) he said he had to pull my file and look at my driver license because he didnt remember me or my daughter. He proceeds to yell calling me a liar and that his son never promised anything. I apologize saying I misspoke he assured me not promised. He called me a liar again stating his son never guaranteed a car. I said I never claimed he did. He continues to yell at me that the place I took the vehicle (which he had no idea where) was trying to rip me off and that he can get parts at cost. The cars not worth the cost of repairs and that should tell me the place I took the car is trying to rip me off. I explained not at all they told me flat out the cars not worth fixing. He proceeded to belittle me stating numerous times that I signed 4 different docs stating as is and $5,000 is nothing. I said maybe to you but not a single mom. He says Ok it is alot of money I have a $7,000 golf cart that needs work. I said no matter what the bottom line the vehicle should have never been on your lot for sale and just because I signed as is doesnt change the fact you ripped me off. He said they dont check there vehicles. I said well the prior owner definitely knew. He argued stating no they didnt and if you ever met them you wouldnt be saying this. I said its dripping oil and the fact that when you lift the hood the entire top side was cleaned spotless someone knew. More back and forth he final says if he decides to look at it that doesnt mean hes fixing anything and to call him back Mon or Tues, it was Thursday. Hes never available nor do I get a call back. He claimed his bad reviews were from people that he calls liars and Im going to be so happy with Grace Motor Mall Im going to say nothing but good stuff.After the above posted review I received a response from Bart Lewis (he posted it below mine you can read it) seemed so nice like he was really willing to fix the car. I called and to my surprise Bart answered ( I couldnt even get him to return any of my phone calls before posting my review) He said I told you to call service and schedule an appointment. I apologized and said ok what is services phone # I just assumed it was this one. He said it is, let me remind you of what you seem to not be able to remember from our last conversation (prior to my review).He proceeded to tell me something completely different. I told him thats not what he said at all and I told him what he said to me. He claimed I was yelling at him. I asked if he was really going to be decent and fix the car or just wasting my time again. He told me I obviously cant hear correctly and then I went ahead and wrote a bogus review. I said i can hear prefect and I can speak fluent English and not to belittle any further. He told me he had alot of people around him last time we talked. In no way was he willing to schedule service, he only belittled me and told me my review was bogus

Worst vehicle Ive ever owned .. services are probably one of the worst. Lets start I bought my truck less that a year ago apon purchase truck looked good and drove even better. One week later both front calipers locked up almost causing a accident took it in . They found nothing wrong took it back did the same thing 2 days later also battery kept dyeing. .. took it in once again grace said no problems sent me on my way.. breaks locked up on my way home and had it towed home.. had to take off both callipers myself and take them in to show them they were locked up to get new ones also put them back on myself ...still under warranty buy the way ... also still had the battery problem and found out the brand new clutch with less than 5k miles leaked ... to which they say is my driving style. Ha.. sure .. take it in again for the battery turns out my headlight switch is causing the lights to come on when the truck is off ... they rig it so it doesnt do the flashing and tell me to come back in a week when they have the part in... one week later and only 50 miles out of my worranty.. they then tell my they cant fix my truck without $220 .. cause my truck is no longer under warranty. . Even though they knew of the problem when it was ..... so thats still red neck rig by them .. since then basically everything on the truck has started to leak .. fast forward to today I was loading some tools in the back and noticed the bed looked a little funny low and behold both front bed supports are rusted through and so I go to grace and state that with all these problems they should give a guy a break who bought this truck to get to work and its been nothing but problems its the least they could do he starts raising his voice I start raising mine they ask me to come into the office so the other customers dont here I refuse stating maybe they should here thats when I was told to leave the cops were being called and also the wonderful boy even walked me to my truck and got in my face once I was seated and started threatened me.... dont waste your time go elsewhere

Friendly staff, however went to pay for the vehicle I was looking at and was told it was miss priced and that the real price was almost double the price it was listed as originally. Seemed a bit weird to me the company would not know the price of there own vehicles.
