I love NAPA stores, and I understand they are all independently dently owned. I was disappointed by this NAPA location. I expected to go in and see a NAPA like the NAPA stores Ive been buying parts from in the area I was living in for the past 17 years. Those NAPA stores not only handle commercial accounts, they have a whole lot of items for normal people who know how to fix things. They have the items you dont normally find at Autozone, or Orielly. Sure, NAPA has those items too, but they carry other items that real mechanics want, or people who have a use for quality industrial, and commercial grade parts. The NAPA stores Ive been dealing with were not all owned by the same people, but all of them were packed with things, or had the things available. This NAPA location had shelves that were almost bare. I thought that they might be going out of business soon. Bare shelves is a good way to get rid of customers and potential customers. There used to be a NAPA store in the building right next door called Main Auto Parts, and it was great. This place is a joke. I guess Ill just have to buy what I want online instead of spending my money in this store.

Hubby found parts at good price. Could not find them anywhere else

Did not even know this was in my neighborhood. It is located on a side road just behind the main storefronts in town. Always have been able to find here what other Auto parts stores seem to not stock.

Love working here on vandaila napa

Been shopping here for years. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I prefer to invest my money at a locally owned and operated store rather than a corporate chain.

They had the 1 mini tubing cutter for my brake lines I needed to cut and replace. They did not have the brake hose I needed. Im going to check with Auto Zone. I went to Napa because I rode my bike there because they were closer to my house than Auto Zone. The dealer may have it but I would rather try Auto Zone because I know how high priced the dealer is. I may go out to LKQ and take 1 off 1 of their vehicles. Also I need a radiator also. I know what OReillys charges for a new radiator. Im selling my truck as soon as I finish the back brakes and brake line and a good radiator. Brakes and tires should never cut corners on.

I have lived in vandalia for 37 years and the customer service at NAPA is excellent .Jim and Wayne are so helpful and their knowlege of the parts business is with the many years of knowledge they have . They really care about giving the best service to the customer. GREAT JOB
