I bought a 2011 Dodge ram from here and it had fuel pump problems,the electrical wiring to the fuel pump wasnt right, it cost about 3000 dollars to fix,, very disappointed !

We purchased a truck here recently and were concerned about a vibration. The salesman informed us it was probably due to the oversized tires and we went ahead and made a deal. We found out later the vibration was actually due to a bad rear end. I spoke with the owner and let him know about the situation and he is going to make it right. I dont believe he was aware the rear end was indeed bad. I was worried this company wouldnt stand behind their vehicles and they proved me wrong. There are still honest businessmen and I would recommend shopping here.
Steve and the staff are laid back and easy to deal with .. no fuss deal ..allowed me to take truck and be looked over by my mechanic.I Highly Recommend!

Really simple, I was lied to. I worked extremely hard the past couple years to better myself, business, and family. My wife’s daughter passed unexpectedly 2 years ago leaving 3 young children with us to raise overnight. I have fought so hard to raise 2 families and fix my credit that took a hit when I brought them in to live with us. Nobody would give me a chance. Then I was given a little hope from the owner of Oldham Motor Company. They agreed to finance on lot to me a truck that would help my business and family, we agreed to $3000 down, $2000 at signing and $1000 2 weeks later. I was very busy running a project in Wendell trying to work hard and do everything right. I called and texted him several times to stay in communication that I was going to be in shortly to get the truck. On the day before I was going to be able to make it in finally I called the owner and stated my apologies for not making it by yet been very busy with work. He told me he no longer wanted to do the deal and then later texted me telling me he would only do it with $4500 down. That’s when I knew it wasn’t about principal or a worry that I would pay. It’s just about money. This is why I, a man who has been there for so many in times of need can’t get help. Nobody is willing to give me a hand. But they can agree to things and change there mind for any reason.

I can not recommend this business. I communicated with Steve about a vehicle and set up an appointment to view it. I drove across the state and took a day off of work as I was led to believe the vehicle in question was in top notch condition. What I found was a vehicle that needed thousands of dollars in repairs. Steve showed no remorse and seemed hardened to taking advantage of people. At no point in our communication was I treated with respect. Just stone cold responses without the slightest hint of effort. Some used car lots are great; this is not one of them.
This was the best buying experience of my life. The prices are great and they customer service is far above any business, not just a dealership, any business ever. We bought a 2015 Honda Odyssey.They gave us a great price for our trade and bought us a spare key for our purchase!!!!!! I will recommend Oldham Motors in Zebulon to everyone I know!!!!!!
My turn to share a 5 star review! For years Ive wanted a Wrangler, but never pulled the trigger. I finally found one within my price range with everything I wanted at Oldham Motors in Wake Forest. From start to finish my experience was one that Im constantly telling people about. The moment I sent in an inquiry I was greeted with kindness. Steve never pushed, but could see how excited I was about this Jeep. He answered all of my questions and consistently went above and beyond. After having the most horrendous car buying experience before this, I couldnt believe how easy and pleasant this one could be. They never once pressured me at all, just treated me like their daughter. Did I mention Duke? The dealership has the most beautiful and welcoming pup in the office, he alone is a reason to go check Oldham out! Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart ♥️
I bought a truck from Tim and I was very happy with both the experience and the truck. Tim made sure to take the time and explain any questions we had to us. He was professional but I was a far cry from a normal dealership. You can tell these guys actually want to help you. Not just sell you a car. And as for the truck itself the quality is above what I’ve seen at pretty much and other dealer I was looking at
Dealing with Tim and Oldham Motors was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Tim was more than willing to work with me on getting the truck I wanted, and not allowing me to settle for less. They handled financing and everything over the phone, so I was able to sign and drive when I arrived. I was out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. They have certainly earned my business and trust for future purchases.

I purchased a vehicle from Oldham for my company and had issues with the speaker while driving it home. I purchased the truck as-is but the issues only started to occur on my drive home. Mark Oldham, the owner, was willing to eat the charges to have the radio fixed. I was very impressed/pleased that he was willing to stand behind the sale even though he had no obligation to do so. This is the way used-car sales companies should operate. Kudos to Mark for doing the RIGHT thing.
When I came here to write my review, it was absolutely no surprise to me that every single one was 5 stars; and here comes another one!As others that reviewed before me, we were greeted by Tim who was extremely friendly and helpful. We had been searching for an SUV for a couple of months when we found one at this dealership. We knew what we wanted already and were hoping to get the right price and be out the door with a car. We gave them, what we thought was, a fair offer, Tim called his client (the vehicle was on consignment) and the offer was accepted! The entire “negotiation” process took about 75 seconds. Seriously. It was completely stress free. We were both so relieved, I don’t think we realized what happened until after signing the paperwork! Tim made everything so easy and seemed genuinely interested in our lives.This was by far the easiest and BEST car buying experience we’ve ever had. Although their inventory seems small, both Tim and Steve made sure to emphasize that if there’s a vehicle you’re interested in, call them and they will help work something out. We intend to shop Oldham Motors first when we are looking for another vehicle, even though it’s about a 50 minute drive for us. They are absolutely the best.This review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Duke, the dog. Their wonderful greeter was so friendly and calm. He was so patient with our 1 year old, who loved to pat him.Best car buying experience around, hands down.
