From yard signs to vinyl banners to business cards and more, there’s nothing that we’ve needed that they haven’t provided quickly and for a reasonable price. And, the staff is the best aroune!

I had an almost rush print order that I needed to have done on Sunday Sept 12. I called the store, and Amanda answered. She advised me that she would help and have my prints done for me the same day. She was very helpful and courteous, especially with my needing them done that same day, and with my calling an hour or so before they closed. I received great service for what I needed that day. I will use this UPS store again. In fact, I already have! Great service!

Beware owner of these local franchises is anti gun will not ship anything gun related! And has ordered his employees to run off all customers wanting to ship gun parts. Tried shipping two magazines and a grip module and was ran out of the store!! Communist!!! This includes 3 stores that I’m aware of Kathleen Warner Robbins, and Perry. Took them to FedEx and was shipped without issue. Will not use ups again.

So usually I send my mail and packages through FedEx but this particular day I was running late and came across the UPS store so I stopped in I had a package that had to be overnighted so I was serviced by Nyoka and I must say she has really changed my experience with mailing and shipping and I do believe that FedEx is no longer my go to. Nyoka has outstanding customer service and shows clear care and concern. With me being in a rush and already irritated by the time she was so quick and was able to get me in and out and I still had time for my routine coffee stop!!! Thanks again!!!

Go to FedEx, only shop here if you want to be treated like a terrorist.I was forced to give a phone number, then the clerk said I couldnt mail my clothes without providing a photo ID as well. They he opened my package to verify what was in it. He said a photo ID is necessary for a return to sender which is BS. Thats already written on the package.I wont be shopping here again as I suggest you do likewise.

I dont know how much more unamerican this store can get. They refused to ship gun parts/lasers because it was against the owners beliefs but not against company policy. Told me no and to go elsewhere. Do not suggest this to anyone, especially in a military town.

Fantastic customer service! We left town for my sons wedding in Louisiana, leaving my youngest daughters bridesmaid dress. We didnt discover this until Friday morning the day before my son was to be married. This store went above and beyond on customer service, which is so very hard to find these days. In particular a team member at this store named Xoici handled the shipping for us, keeping us informed of the transit location, and calling us when the package arrived just to make sure everything was in order. She took a personal interest in making sure it was handled and all I can say is WOW! Im so very impressed and so appreciative of this young ladys professionalism, attention to detail, initiative and customer service. This store really came through.

This store is a joke. Sadly, they accept Amazon returns, however, they do not provide the ease of returns as every other store (that accepts returns) does. I went in, not realizing that I had to pre-package my return and print off the label. So, I was told, with a lot of attitude, that it would be $4 to print ONE label in their store. They have lost their ever-loving minds. But, i shouldve figured seeing how they wanted $13 to pick it up. I literally walked next door to office depot and printed the same label for $0.21. Shame on you ups.

This place is amazing; Anna’s customer service is an example for all to follow. She goes above and beyond. I live much closer to other UPS stores but drive the extra distance to come to this store. They figure everything out for me and there’s coffee while I wait. Love it!

Second time Ive sent a package with them. First time they had a package circulating from FL to the recipients town for two months and gave us the runaround when we called while also making no effort to call us to resolve any of those issues. I managed to get access to it by literally stopping by on the morning while visiting my relative and catching the delivery van before they sent it to be taken to another state once more before returning it to FL in an endless loop. This time, they took my items at the store, put them into the system, but I left before they packaged it up in front of me. Now it is lost. The contents? 1000+ dollars worth of stuff, all meant for my husband while hes our for military training. I paid for two day shipping, too, so I put down a hundred dollars for delivery as well plus what we lost. Dont go here. Waste of time, money, and, apparently, full of incompetent people and thieves.

Recently visited this location the last two days and boy have they turned their customer care around! Donna was very efficient and helpful with shipping items for my local skincare business! Providing bubble wrap, and suggesting packaging that would fit my items perfectly. My items are fragile and she recommended the perfect products to support the items I am shipping.Her demeanor and professionally are an asset to the team. Thanks for turning my experience around.

I went into their store yesterday with a bulky exercise machine I was going to return to manufacturer. It weighed 80 or so pounds. I stepped in and asked for a dolly. I was greeted with a smile and she headed out the door to help me. I told her it was ok but she followed me out on a very cold day and helped load it. She and one other lady were helping me and did a lot of work coming up with the best way to ship it. Turns out the cost was prohibitive. I apologized for all the trouble. These ladies were so nice and told me it was ok. I asked for the dolly again. She got it and proceeded to help me load it back into my vehicle! I was stunned. Customer service was incredible. They couldn’t have been any more amazing! UPS should be very happy to have these two ladies working for them! I wish I had gotten their names so I could mention in review.

Had to make 3 total trips due to the notary making errors on signed and notarized documents. She didn’t charge us for the 2 come backs over her mistakes, but was time costly to my family.

Ive went into the store 2 months in a row, Ive had major jobs that had to be complete. From the big banners on vinyl, programs, letterheads, financial statements, all of these things were were designed, completed, at the time that was given, and not a lot of time to try to get it together. Every time I have done done business with the UPS store on Watson Blvd I have had nothing but exceptional service. My last transaction with them was a request to print a picture on a canvas. We arrived at UPS with armloads of precious family heirlooms that we needed to ship, some not even in boxes. The staff simply checked them all in, and took care of everything, packaging and all. When the packages arrived at their destinations, we found they had been packed with great care and protection, so that not one of the items was ever lost or damaged in the least. Problem solved.

The employees at this store are always helpful. They always take care of my requests in a timely manner. I know I can depend of Frank and his group even when I send last minute requests to them.

My item had to go in a large bag with a self sealing strip (not a UPS product). The clerk did not want to listen to me in the slightest about how to seal the bag and insisted on doing it her way, and I figured shed know best since she works at UPS, so I obliged. I regret not standing up for myself. The seal ended up wrinkled, when it couldve been smooth, had she listened to me. As a customer, I did not feel heard or appreciated, and Im not inclined to choose to do business there again.

On a Thursday I pay for order next day service and my packages doesnt arrive on Friday. I dont worry too much because I figure I will get it on Saturday before I leave for my trip. Unfortunately, I find out that UPS does not deliver on the weekends! So I have just spent over $100 plus extra for shipping, for something I wont even be able to use. The post office is open on Saturdays, so that is who will get my business from now on.
