The staff is really nice and helpful and always have good service with cricket theres been some times where theres dead zones but for the most part it works good.

You one young employee who has been there about 5 times i went in to youre retail store . he is awesome..He has helped me so much with problems arising with my prepaidCell. Without him i woukd hAve been able to relsove many phone issues and stress of even this prepaid.. I just am not comfortable with this new technology..
