There are no words for how frustrating all of my many many interactions with Boost mobile have been, customer service deserves a negative rating and their cellular service is a joke. Im on my way to switch carriers right now... beware they suck.

Don’t waste your time! Never had a good experience at this store ever. This specific store has the iPhone 11 listed as $599. I walk in and was told by this little young dweeb sitting on the bench extra unprofessional told me that the price is $700 regardless of what their website says and that he doesn’t control that. That’s not even tax included. So your talking about $150+ than what their website is advertising. Save yourself the headache and the trip and just order online. This place and their employees is the biggest joke!!!!!!

We usually get good service when we come in. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the usual guy. Instead there was a younger kid working and the first thing he told us was to not let our 3 year old near the cases because he didn’t want to pick up the mess. We needed to add two phones and it took us an hour and a half to get out. He consistently cussed in front of our 3 year even after I asked him not to twice. He wanted to argue about any topic from politics, race, and finances. I didn’t know if I was on a prank show or if he wanted to be fired. I called a day later to speak with management and could only leave my name and number. Management did call me while I was at work from a blocked number so I couldn’t call back. I would give a negative 2 stars.

Ashley was amazing. I needed a phone for my sons birthday and honestly I was stressed out and unsure of what I needed or how much it would cost me. Ashley was incredible and patient as she walked me through the best options and made me happy I chose to take my business to Boost. I highly recommend this location because of this experience.

This is by far the worst store Ive EVER been to! The selection of devices are slim to none, the store is always a mess, and the employees......THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! They have the worst attitudes ever. By the time you leave, they have made you feel like the worst person in the world for walking into the store and bothering them. I suggest going a little further out to another store. Save your money, time, and sanity and avoid Boost Mobile in Wentzville!!!!

I have been highly dissatisfied with Boost Mobiles customer service! Any type of transactions done online, the physical stores can not assist you with, which makes absolutely no sense to me? Isnt Boost Mobile one conglomerate? Nope! Frustrating to get help. And I do believe totally in equality, but I would like to speak with representatives that I can understand. I do like Boosts products and plans very much, but if you have any issues, its very difficult.
