If I could give -5 stars I would. It all started when I received an email about the Work Perks program. The email said $10 a month off the Magenta Max program, waive activation fees. Showed up at the Wentzville store. Showed the salesman the email. Told him I only want to switch if I can get this deal. Spent 1.5-2 transferring and setting up. When I asked are you sure you gave me this deal, he looked and said I dont even know how to set that up. He said he would call customer service on Monday and for me to message him in the evening. I did. He tells me to contact 611 myself. From there I spent my first 2 weeks with Tmobile on the phone with customer service every other day. The guy had charged us 5 activation fees. $150 we should not be charged. I was told that credit would be applied to our account. Go ahead and pay the first bill, it would be on the next. It isnt. I have called multiple times tonight. First call I was on hold about 40 minutes. I got a girl that kept putting me on hold because she was reading it in silence. I was patient. After 20 more minutes, she tells me there are notes of those promised credits and do I know the names of the ppl I talked to. I said I didnt think I had to remember their names, you record the calls and note the files. Several ppl have read them back to me and acknowledged the conversations. How did they all of a sudden disappear! She asked me to hold and after 15 minutes never returned or answered my repeated hellos. I called back. I was on hold 45 minutes. I hung up because I had to go get gas and groceries. Call back. This time recording said it would save my place and call back in 45 minutes. It called back in 20. Then a brief hold. Representative came on. I repeated the history. She hung up. She called back and said disconnected. Then hung up again. I called back. Sat on hold 15. Hung up called back said it would hold my place. Its been 20 minutes and no call back. They dont care about their customers. I do not recommend. I never had this trouble from Verizon. Now I wish I had not switched

I went to the Wentzville location to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. Let me say that Kim is a rockstar! He gave me all of my phone and plan options with no pressure. The switch was hassle free and very simple. I would have gave 5 stars but due to the fact that they were out of phone cases and screen protectors for almost 5 days is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

Entered to upgrade phones, was asked (politely) to put on a mask, left promptly. Will be moving services and money to another company. Someone has to stop all this nonsense.Drop your ridiculous policy, and congrats on losing a decade-long customer.

Horrible place, go to a different store. I bought a car diagnostic device and was said to be free just paid for sales tax and it ended up adding 30$ on my bill without me knowingz I asked if my bill will be higher and they said no. LIARS AND JUST WANT TO MAKE A SALE. Heard from other stores that this one is not good either.

Never been more satisfied. I was with sprint, and I just switched. The rep, Eric was very helpful and made it such an easy transition. Plus we got way better coverage than We did with sprint. My husband and I will only come back to this one for any other needs! You should too

The wait time unbelievable. The customer service is awful. They are unable to do anything without calling in to home office or Google.I was a Sprint customer got T-Mobile only because of the merger strongly suggest not using them.

I went in there for the first time a few days ago and upgraded my phone I have jump on demand so I can jump regularly. I came back today to just jump to another device. I was told I couldnt do that and it would be $50 to restock the device and that everyone has to pay that fee when they jump...... Not true Ive had several phones under this program and never had to pay to jump. Then out of nowhere the other sales rep that was working with from the initial visit chimes in and saysbecause he jumped my last phone hes now in trouble. At this point I had enough and we took our stuff and left. Very rude people. Went to the ofallon store and they had zero issues jumping my device and putting into a different phone and it didnt cost any money to do so. Wentzville has the worst TMobile store Ive experienced. The sales rep working with us couldnt even stand up and look at me to deal with me he just learned over elbows on the counter the whole time. Very unprofessional!! We will not be back. Id recommend everyone visit wentzville instead

The store was busy as they were giving away flashlights for T-Mobile Tuesdays. We stopped in to have a phone looked at as the speaker wasnt working. The store rep was able to get it back in service for us without having to send it away.

I was misguided on a purchase. I contacted customer care and was told to go to the point of sale store. I spent 2hrs at the store and spoke to customer care. Customer care spoke to the mgr and after I hung up with customer care. The mgr asked what theyre going to do for me as his originally stmt has been I cant do that. He told this to another customer who had exact same issue as me while I was there. The mgr refused to do was custom care instructed. His response was I dont need to contact them because I already know the answer. Those store lost a $600 sale as I had other phones to upgrade. I will not make any new purchases on any other lines from this store ever again.Update that evening the DM got in touch with me. In an hour and a half my issue was resolved with the cancelation of the purchase at my request.

I went to the store on Saturday to purchase a new phone and add a line for my mother in law. Jay “helped” us and we wasted two hours in there. Went home and all of the phone numbers (on my Apple Watch and two iPhones) were on the wrong devices. I called back to have him help me fix it. He told me he was “ too busy” and hung up on me. Extremely disappointed!

This is the worst phone store I’ve ever encountered! Too long to type out all the details but for one the employees don’t know what they are doing and second there is one that is rude as hell. They would rather tell you they “can’t” instead of attempting to do their job. These people ended up costing me over $600 for a phone I tried to return within the 30 days because the service was horrible. I couldn’t get signal hardly anywhere even though they had “checked the map”.

The workers here are super lazy they will not transfer data on your phone or help you at all, unless you are purchasing $ 1000 new phones! They said they wouldnt touch our phones without gloves, which they didnt have.They are capitalizing during this pandemic!! Its BS!!Dont waste your breath or your time. Go with another provider! This 15yr Tmobile customer is history!

I recently switched from AT&T where the in store service was always good, but the hold times when it was necessary to call was absolutely ridiculous. I have been very impressed with T-Mobile so far. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff both in store and call in help. Reasonably short wait times and hold times alike. Exactly what I would hope for. Also my rate went down by about 35%

My family and I had been with Sprint for about 3 years and just had a horrible experience. The bill was always high, the customer service was always terrible, and the service was always slow despite the fact that it said we had full bars and LTE. Moving here to lake St Louis Missouri the story was no different. When we were finally able to switch to T-Mobile last night, we were received by the friendliest play most helpful employee named Addison. He was engaging in conversation as well as quick in helping move along my three family members with our family plan. He helped us find the best plan for our money and went through a thorough explanation of how our process would work with coming from Sprint. Even after one day of service, the speed is blazing fast and literally put Sprint to shame. The customer service is second to none, and the incentives through T-Mobile Tuesdays and other items are just incredible. so happy to be back with T-Mobile. Feels like coming back home.

I went in the store in 2016 to purchase a S6 and make monthly payment, Feb. 2017 I want to pay the phone off early, and then the Tmobile online rep said I have to pay residual fee of $100 if I want to own the phone. I was not aware of this matter at all when I sign the contract. They only told me if I want to pay it off early I can, but I did not be informed that IF I want to OWN the phone then I have to pay an extra $100. The Reps are nice in helping me, BUT poor informing me about the plan that I sign up for.

I had four lines through t-mobile, always paid on time, and bought my phones at this t-mobile location. I have noticed that as long as you are adding services or purchasing goods from their store they are more than willing to help you. However, if your are requesting help, or have questions that doesnt make them money you are treated sub-par. My most recent experience and the reason I am writing this occurred in the morning and i was the only customer at that time. I had an issue with my account and stopped by to ask some questions and hopefully get some help. Once I explained the issue I was told to call T-mobile myself as they needed to free to do other things. So while I sat on my phone trying to deal with the T-mobile customer service, they sat on their phones playing games, watching you-tube, and talking to each other. Terrible service. After 20 mins on the phone with t-mobile customer service I was never able to resolve my issue and no other customers ever came in. I dont think I will be going back to this store. hopefully other locations are better as they will be getting my business from now on.

I used to come in this store often and mostly dealt Mike in the past. This review does not include him or the staff that was at the Wentzville location about 3-4 months ago. They were great but, the staff I have been seeing lately, now in April 2016 are completely rude and have been absolutely no help when I have been in. I have been a customer of T-MOBILEs for 4 years plus, and I refuse to go to this store. Going here is a complete waste of your time. I even almost debated canceling service due to the poor service, but the customer service care line did a lot for me.

Nik and Jo were both superb to work with. Nik was helping me setup a paperless solution on a tablet but I wasnt sure if it would work. He let me try it and promised no hassles. He even put it in writing! I did need a completely different setup. As promised Jo, the manager, gave me no push back at all and a 100% refund even after I lost my receipt.These guys are honest and helpful. If you need service, try them first.

One of the employees sold a phone to an unauthorized user under my name. So I went to talk to the manager, he actually didnt care at all. I told him check your cameras and he didnt care. I think the employee that works for him is related to him someway or another. The worst customer service I ever seen in my life.
