The manager is fantastic. I switched over from boost, got a nice 5g phone, a case and screen protector for an affordable price! I appreciate ger! Her worked extra late just to help me, she heloed me get my account number, was very friendly, beautiful young lady. I dont remember how to spell her name but i know her name tag said manager. Absolutely hands down the best customer service. I hope you see young lady! You did great!

Erykah the store manager sold a hotspot device without informing us that if we decided to Port our numbers over to T-Mobile that are hotspot device would no longer work. My wife contacted T-Mobile and requested to use the device and they said that it would work with them but they would have to make sure that its unlocked. They do not tell you that you have to have an active phone line when you purchase this hotspot device in order for it to work with their company. They also like to claim that T-Mobile has nothing to do with them. When in fact it says Metro by T-Mobile. That means T-Mobile offers their towers to them to use so if Metro claiming that T-Mobile has nothing to do with them they have everything to do with them if it wasnt for T-Mobile offering their towers to Metro they would not have services the manager likes to argue about all of it and refuses to disclose her name when asked. If I could offer no stars I would its just another way for them to earn sales so as I advised before and I told the store manager we are selling our device to get our money back that we were charged.

T-mobile worse service. Nothing but dropped calls on the daily for over 2 year. Would have switched sooner if he could have paid off the phones. Now they are charging us for service we dont even use. The customer service is the most ghetto service I have received.

So apparently they dont answer their phone because it has a bad battery. Im not sure thats a phone store I want to do business with.... And I didnt since they didnt have what I was looking for.... Answering a phone could have saved me an hour..

Got there at 9:15which was 15 minutes after they opened. Sign in the door said they would be back in 15 minutes. It’s now 9:55 and nobody is here. Nobody answers the phone. I would be embarrassed if i was this business owner. Sounds like a common problem with all of these guys.

If you want horrible service, rude customer service and un-knowledgeable employees, here is the place. Metro by T-Mobile customer service is horrible, the employees are pretty much only trying to sell a phone and not solve my problem. I came there because my sim card was bad, they told me it was my phone. Then they tried using the same sim card and it didnt work. So when I wanted a refund, they wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I switched to Cricket Wireless, their customer service greeted me at the door vs. waiting 7mins to be acknowledge at the metro store. Thank you Metro by T-Mobile for the horrible experience

Went there today because they had 2 people over at Waffle House across the street handing out pamphlets to teens and taking photos without consent. I pulled in as they left but my child pointed them out to me and showed me the pamphlets. So we went across the street to the closest branch to talk to management and was told They (the individuals) were from corporate and had to ask for that number. I stepped outside to find these 2 individuals (same ones handing out pamphlets at Waffle House) and told them it was illegal to take pics of under aged individuals without written or parental consent and watched them delete the photos in front of me before I left. I also contacted the corporate office and never got a real person to talk to me. So I am leaving a review in the hopes that someone in that company sees this and fixes their sketchy practices.

This store location in wentzville has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced it seems like Everytime I try to pay my bill anytime after 6pm they are already closed when the sign on the door clearly states they close at 7pm! When I came there around 645 yesterday the worker had just Locked the doors as he seen me pulling in and he let a couple in to pay there bill right in front of me but refuse to let me pay my bill claiming the system was already shut down! I only had cash so couldnt pay online now I have no phone and not to mention I live 20 mins out from this location which is the closest location besides St Charles which is another 30 miles further! Yesterday was the last straw for us we are most definitely looking into a different phone service.Sincerely, Loyal Metro Pcs customer for 3 years

Same issue as J Amery - My son was one of the kids with her daughter. The flyers the Metro PCS employees were handing out have the Wentzville Pearce Blvd location stamped on them. Unauthorized photos of minors is a questionable business tactic.

Came to this location during normal business hours and the front door is locked with no one inside.All the lights were on as if they were open and the hours posted on the front door stated they were open, but nobody is here.

Have tried to do business at the Wentzville location 2 days in a row only to find the door locked and no one there even though there is a sign that says open. Showed up at 7:00 PM. Hours are supposed to be till 9:00 PM. I don’t know who owns this location but you might want to look into the fact that there’s literally no one there running it.
