Was able to walk right in on a Saturday, and first employee we came in contact was able to fix problem I had with my phone.
I went in with an issue with my bill, Travis was extremely helpful in assisting me and making sure it was corrected before my account was charged. He could have easily turned my away and told me to call customer service myself, but he took it upon himself and even had to make multiple calls over multiple days before the issue was corrected. I appreciated the quality of customer service at this location.

I was so very pleased with the customer service I received from Richard.. I switched company’s After 10 years of loyal service (not throwing company’s under the bus) but he was not pushy which is a big thing in my book! He was knowledgeable and friendly as well as everyone on the store was! I couldn’t be happier switching, can’t say more of how happy I am now and how I felt leaving the store with my new phone and plan!

This review is specifically about their jetpack services which is a absolute JOKE. I am a otr truck driver and I play my playstation with it and after you hit 15gb for a month they slow your service down so slow that it takes over 29 hours to download 16gb of data. What a joke worst money Ive ever spent and worst service they have by far, I will for surely be getting rid of this thing and the plan as soon as possible.
Never going to this location again. I didn’t have any problem at columbia location getting sim card activated and take it home to put it in my other phone. But this people said they don’t give out sim cards for other 2 lines if the phone is not physically there. Also, not professional in stating such “policies” of there’s.
Went in to get a jet pack for internet. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products and data usage. We bought one, and will be back to this store in the future!
I just came in to get pricing on new phones and the unlimited plans. Brandon was super helpful, friendly and informative. He worked with his manager and they got me a detailed print out of the information I requested. They werent in the least bit pushy about getting me to switch to Verizon right now.The store has also been remodeled and looks great overall! They could have clearer ways of labeling each of their demo phones. You have to look really hard to find out what phone is which. But fortunately the customer service made up for that entirely. Id highly recommend going to this location.

So far Verizon is the best service for area out in Warrenton. After being ripped off by Sprint for 9 months its refreshing. We had been with Sprint for over 18 years... no more...tired of the lies and no service!

I came to Verizon to open up an account with them and see what all the rave was about. I had just cancelled my business with T-Mobile and was on the hunt for a new phone service. This would be my first time on my own phone plan. I have used T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint and US Cellular (are they even still around), lol. I gave them four stars because when I walked in the store, I was not greeted and there were two employees on their phones who even looked up at me and didn’t say anything. I said “HELLO!” with a big smile. They quickly acknowledged me and everything went amazing from there. Mike helped me pick out my phone and plan that would best suit me. He was fast and efficient and was extremely knowledgeable. He was even able to upsell me an overpriced accessories package! I would recommend my friends and family to Verizon and specifically to this store. Ask for Mike! He knows what he’s doing.

I stopped in because my phone was using battery at an alarming rate, and they were very courteous and helpful, taking the time to go through all the processes running on my phone and explaining which ones to alter, such as turning off bluetooth when not in use, a certain that I was not using anyway, and setting screen brightness to auto. They also tested my charging cord to verify that it wasnt working, looked through my account to see when it was purchased, and handed me a new one because it was still under warranty, Super friendly staff!

Clinton and staff helped me with a return that another store couldnt. I have worked in retail management for 4 years and I could tell that they genuinely cared about me as a customer and that is extremely rare. I am impressed and I am definitely going to buy all my accessories strictly from this store.

Verizon does not stand behind any of the products they sell. Phone only has one bar of service and for some reason its the users fault. Phone stuck in safe mode. Once again users fault. Verizon provided the wrong phone charger and the charger port got damaged. Once again users fault. Sales associate tried to sell a wireless phone charger to help with this problem but had to go out of the way and try to upsell the damn thing to make a better profit. Deplorable customer service. No wonder the Can you hear me now guy left. We will be running from Verizon as well.

Verizon profited $22.2 billion last year. Their celluar speeds are half of that in Europe, and they charge twice as much here in America, when compared to Europe. And in rural areas like this (I live less than a mile from the Wentzville store) you have to get a signal booster. How do you think they make all this money? It all starts with salesman ripping us off. Salesmen at this Wentzville store told me the FCC charges them to port my number, and that is why they have to charge me a porting fee. Of course that is false. They told me they lose money on selling me a $300 cellphone Network Extender. Of course that is false on two accounts. The cost of towers that give me reception should be in my monthly bill, and they dont ever lose money selling you electronics for $300. They told me they had to charge me a $35 activation fee. So they want to charge the customer a fee, for doing business with them? That is what the monthly bill is supposed to be! One night, Salesman Jon Roberts sold me a LG COSMOS 3, and forgot to tell me about the sliding keyboard. I noticed the extra moving part that night when I got home. That does not work when your profession is concrete like mine is. So I returned it the next day as soon as they opened. They told me everything would be refunded, and all services were canceled. Next week I started getting monthly bills, and that is when the problems really started. Its been 10 weeks, countless hours, I have talked to probably 15 Indians, and 20 Americans over the phone, trying to get my last $35 dollars refunded, and still nothing but empty promises. Everybody on the phone says its the stores fault, and Doug at the store tells me it is corporates fault, even tho he took my cash, and has yet to return it. Everybody at Verizon admits they owe me $35, but nobody can find a way to pay me. Imagine that! The corporation set up a system that makes it almost impossible to pay out. Every time I go to the store to collect, Doug tells me to have a nice day, they cant help me. And this is what you get, with a corporation that purposely rips people off, in the name of profits. I went to radio-shack, got a $22 dollar PayLo phone from Virgin for $20 a month service (works great in my basement), and a nice iPad air for $500. I can buy a new iPad every year, and still save $460 a year, when compared to a Verizon plan for one smart phone. Why pay so much, for bad service, and a product you can get for 1/3 of the price, if you just pay up front?

Horrible experience waited a week for the phones that were offered to us, trying to get answers from Verizon where did 15 gigs of data go overnight? I paid without a answer and now the upgrade isnt available to us? No answers no calls back as promised, I am going into the store in the morning, will follow up with results. I will go to a new carrier after the past 5+ years with Verizon if they dont fix this issue immediately!
