My favorite grocery store next to Trader Joes.The produce always looks fresh, the deli counter is great, and the meat counter always offers a good variety. The people who work the meat counter give great recommendations and are always super friendly.Also, the fresh juices taste great. Definitely recommend them.

Excellent place to purchase healthy foods at prices that are inline with other stores

They had exactly what I went to three stores to find and couldnt. They were very nice on the phone and helpful in store. What I needed was on sale and I also took advantage of the fresh peanut butter.

Pretty disappointed. Annual vitamin sale so they sent email to order online and pickup in store. Sounds much better than the actual execution! Of 8 items ordered and ready for pickup they only had 4 in the bag. One item was discontinued by this specific store, no substitution offered, not a word said. One item (quantity 3) wasnt in stock and once again no substitute offered. We live 15 miles from the closest grocery store, I drive an hour round trip to buy from fresh thyme and their IT department cant give accurate inventory and the local store just doesnt address it either. When Meijer is out of stock they offer substitution and actually communicate with the customer. Long time customer of fresh thyme but Im not doing this again, 60 minutes round trip is bad enough but to be shorted without communication and having to try and find what shouldve been substituted just doesnt make it worth it.

Good selection, checks all the boxes for a plant based diet and has great seasonal produce. Decent seafood counter for common items, service with a smile. And dont feel like a spend my whole paycheck like other natura/whole food stores

All organic...everything is fresh and clean. We can get a wide variety of yogurts, hand made fresh fruit juices, fresh vegetables and fruits. Little expensive compared to other organic food markets. It’s better to go here for water refill because water filling here is fast compared to others.

Deanne at the Deli is amazing. Gets the deli items nicely cut and packaged with care. Great customer service skills. Its a tough job and hopefully FreshThyme takes care of to remain here. Plus do not over work the staff.

First the store is very clean and well organized and the staff is very friendly.They have a lot of unique items that you would normally find at some of the pricey stores. At better prices though.They have a bakery and a well stocked deli. They also have a good selection of fresh cut meat and a well stocked stocked produce dept.Picked up some tomahawk ribeyes. They were well priced at 13.99 pound . They were well marbled black Angus beef. I cooked them on the grill with nothing added but salt. When I sliced the steaks and served them, I thought i was gonna have a riot. I intended to take pictures, but they didnt last long enough. My sister-in-law said it was the best birthday dinner she ha ever had. Wo-ho, I made the family happy. What more could you ask?Really, Fresh Thyme is worth a visit.

This little store has some great sales! I like that they carry Boars Head at the deli. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Love this store! So many choices and great selection. Im picky so this was a good store for me to find the specific foods I prefer. One thing of note, they carry the Castor & Pollux Organix Brand dog food which our two pups absolutely love and is very hard to find. We use it as treats and snacks everyday. Happy to find it here! (See pic). Very good shopping experience.

They never offer paper bags and they waste so many plastic bags by putting one item in each? I normally use my reusable bags, but with COVID, obviously I am unable too. Fresh Thyme, do better for the environment and do better training your employees 👎 The Dublin location is better.

Though since items at Fresh Thyme can be pricey, theyre hard to beat when it comes to on sale produce prices. They frequently have their delicious store made sausages on sale, both pork and chicken. They also will do great sales on shrimp and scallops. Go on a Wednesday when they switch ads. Both the previous week and the next week sale prices are active.

Great grocery for all of my healthy needs - small and easy to navigate, plus they have my all important water machine in all stores for refills!

I am changing the review for this place. Fresh Thyme as a company is great but this location needs to get its act together with hiring good employees. One in particular Id like to see fired because of their unprofessional and frankly unacceptable actions. Ill be glad to speak with upper management about this disgusting situation.

Store is perfectly clean and smells good. Produce and meats are way more vibrant than Kroger or giant eagle. Only downside is this place is small so some items dont have all the varieties like gatorade.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they are always going above a beyond. The store is very easy to find, right next to the Planet Fitness. Easy can see from Polaris Parkway, plenty of parking. Very well designed store with an excellent selection of high quality meat and produce. I love that a lot of the meat is freshly butchered and not shipped pre-packaged like some grocery stores have resorted to.

Always love coming to this store! My wife and I try to make it in at least once a month. Fresh Thyme always has an amazing amount of fresh produce, fresh squeezed juices, Mineral Fusion makeup for my wife, fresh ground peanut butter, and literally anything else you may be looking for! They even have Brown Cow yogurt, which Ive had trouble finding elsewhere (though the Strawberry is always low or out of stock! 😕)Prices are comparable to Giant Eagle, Kroger and Meijer. Fresh Thyme always has great sales also! Make sure to get their app for the best up to date information, and you can also order delivery through Instacart I believe!

We have been shopping at this location for about 5 years now.The best part is their produce, which is soo clean and reasonably priced that we dont get our fruits and veggies and meats from anywhere else. They could do little better with their customer service. One thing that I have noticed recently is that, they have a app you can download and scan the membership during check out. But the cashiers NEVER EVER ask about it, and when we ask about it, they seem like they dont care or even know about it very well. If you go to any other grocery stores they ALWAYS ask if you have the store membership card or whatever they are called. It should be a part of their greeting like every other store.

Perfectly sized market for specialty items and organic foods. The staff is always friendly and the inside is perfectly clean. Some items are ridiculously expensive ($9 jar of pasta sauce) but most the stuff is fairly priced and fresh.

The sales on meat are usually the best around. Just bought some bacon and Tbones. The staff are super helpful.

Hard to find natural remedies, also a good place to look for dairy alternatives.

The rookie in the meat department needs to train a little more. Was inquiring about meat, and he had no idea what he was talking about. Such a shame. Whole foods or a giant eagle market district for your meats. They seem to be more interested in their products than the fresh thyme in Westerville. Fresh thyme for veggies though. They do a great job and their employees in Westerville are very knowledgeable!

Fresh Thyme is great, especially for meats and basic produce. They usually have good desserts and baked goods, as well as ready-made sides and small meals. Best day to go is Wednesday, when the weekly sales overlap and you get best overall pricing. As a bonus, most workers are very friendly, and will go out of their way to help, if you need it!

Saw an item online with lobster tails at a certain price. At the store it wasnt the case. I paid a higher price. Talk with the manager via phone and he said they werent allowef to sell them in ohio separately. Very disappointed and I paid a much higher price.

If you are someone who incorporates fresh fruit and veggies into all your meals, then this is the store for you.Why I love this store: It’s a great medium size- not a tiny little market, not a giant superstore- with a focus on produce. They have outstanding produce selection and pricing. I am here every week for basics like tempeh, yogurt, veggies. Staff is friendly and helpful.Some things to note: this is not the best place to go for frozen food (overpriced) or packaged food and goods (targets singles more than families I think). Checkout can be a little slow if you when it’s busy. I always chalk that up to their low prices. I think they staff lean to keep prices down. It’s nothing too bad, but allow a couple extra minutes.

Not worth just eating sticky rice with some generic sauce from a bottle.

Absolutely wonderful store! If you worry about Farmers Markets and Organic goods being overpriced, try giving this place a shot! It has a great selection and prices comparable to Kroger, Target, etc.While it may not be the place that you grab everything grocery-wise, this is definitely a place that Id go to for produce. Everything is high-quality and fresh. Its also a great place if you want to be environmentally-friendly as they allow you to bring in your own containers for tons of things include oils, syrup, etc.

Meat is top notch!

I am generally a fan of fresh thyme. Their on-demand, made to order personal pizzas (including gluten free) are really good, salad bar is fresh (as it should be giving the explicit promise embedded in the name), and theres a wide variety of my favorite healthy brand items... Amys, etc., with much more variety than i find at my normal grocery store. Also she unique bonuses like fresh local honey and ground to order peanut and almond butter, and a good vitamin section with lots of options and knowledgeable staff. That said... It seems like everything in the store costs about 20% more than a normal grocery (even for the same items), so I havent gotten in the habit of regularly shopping here.

Great place for groceries. Not the expansive selection that bigger stores have but what they offer is better. I appreciate the meat and seafood counter. The bacon, sausage steaks, lobster and sometimes grouper. Deli has top brands and the vegetables and fruits are quality. Good selection of beer, wine and ethnic foods.

Love this store! Superior quality & prices! I love the peanut butter its so good & my kids love that you can grind it yourself. I drive a half hour 1 way just to shop here once a week or once every two weeks.I wish we had one closer to Delaware County. I love that you can buy spices by the bag and only get what you need. The way Fresh Thyme runs should be the standard for all grocery stores!

This is rapidly becoming one of my favorite places to shop for food and especially for Vitamins & Health Food and for natural cures. They keep a good stock of many things in the vitamin and mineral Isle. They also keep prices at a reasonable rate. They keep a very clean store. Very efficient people very nice friendly people very knowledgeable people. If youre looking for vegan natural Health Food Health Products oils natural cures this is one of the great places in a Columbus region to find it.

This is a great grocery market with a fine salad bar, 4 to 6 hot soups to choose from and a kitchen to place orders for pizzas and sandwiches. A really nice hometown grocery market feel.

Always a great experience shopping at Fresh Thyme. They have fresh, organic produce, free range meat, etc. Their salad bar is a little small but you can still make a great salad. The deli offers pizzas and sandwiches that are quite tasty. Finally, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. If you are new to shopping this type of store just ask one of their amazing staff members and theyll be sure to help you out!

Nice grocery with a focus on organic foods. Great bulk foods section which includes an area where you can pour your own honey and several types of syrups. This isnt the type of grocery where youll be able to get all your shopping done, but it has a great selection of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free products that you will not be able to find at a Kroger or Giant Eagle. Produce is fresh as well.

It is a wonderful place with fresh produce organically grown beefs and meets. Delicious tasting better than anything youll put in your mouth. Prices are very good always things on sale hard to find items are there. They have cooking, they have candy, they have natural everything you can want. But our favorite part of the store is the vitamins & minerals section of the store for folks that are looking for that little extra. They have oils, cbd, they have just about anything and everything in stock. Knowledgeable people working in the vitamin section & very friendly nice place. My family and I shop there several times a month

My wife and I lived in Phoenix, AZ, for the past 5 years, so when we returned we were delighted to stumble on Fresh Thyme. Its essentially a carbon copy of Sunflower/Sprouts Farmers Market.They have EXCELLENT produce at a reasonable cost and double ad Wednesday. Keep an eye on their organic specials; you can get organic produce at a STEAL sometimes.The staff is always helpful and friendly. Fresh Thyme is always clean and well-organized.5+++++ stars!
