Came to get all my tires replaced. They informed me that the rear two tires were still in great condition and that I didn’t need to replace them unless I really wanted to. They informed me of discounts and better deals on higher quality tires with better mileage for less. They were prompt to get my car taken care of. Will definitely be returning for any future services, am very pleased with their work and honesty.

It was almost closing time for this shop tonight and I had a tire that wouldn’t hold pressure. I’m traveling tonight, so I really needed to get back on the road. I stopped in here and the people were so nice and helpful!! My tire wasn’t fixable because the nail was too close to the sidewall. Before they came and told me the bad news, though, they had already called and found me a new tire! So, they broke the bad news and then gave me the awesome news! When I said yes, I wanted the tire, they stayed late to wait for the tire to be delivered from Newport News. What a miracle!!! I can’t thank you all enough for getting me back on the road tonight!!!

Tire Choice in Williamsburg gave us excellent service! We were visiting from Illinois and noticed one of our tires was losing air. They quickly got us in, checked, and repaired our tire, and had us on our way. And—-most of all—-They were courteous and friendly!

I had tires installed that I purchased from Tire Rack, I called to make an appointment around noon. I was asked if I wanted to have the service done today and I could bring the car in if so. I arrived 30 mins later not excepting them to be busy but to my surprise they were. They took my information and asked me to have a seat and that they would get right on it. I had reading material to read, and an hour later, Dawn, who originally took my call asked me something. We had a very nice conversation, I told her she had a good personality for her job. I was eaves dropping during my reading and she just talked to every customer in a very professional manner. The whole staff was very pleasant and everyone was busy. I received my car with new tires installed at a very reasonable price. I have to say, for a smaller facility, they get the job done. In all my years of doing business, I know that customer service is most important. I would recommend anyone to do business at Tread Quarters if you want top shelf service.

The last thing you want to experience while being out of town is a flat tire. Seven months pregnant and not from the area, I really could’ve been over charged, as many women worry about when dealing with car issues. Counting my blessings that it was something very simple and the staff took care of me quickly and without a charge. Really appreciate you guys!

If you need anything, this is THE place. After having my car to 3 other shops, the guy here was the only one to figure out what was going on with my brakes. He even took me out into the shop and walked me through the issue. I really appreciate that. Best service ever! I was staying in Williamsburg for the weekend. Low tire pressure signal came on. It was 4:15 Saturday afternoon. Called another place and they told me to come in on Sunday morning. Tire Choice said get here as soon as you can. At 4:45 they took the vehicle in the garage and plugged the tire. They close at 5 pm. I left at 5:25 pm. Friendly, Knowledgeable and willing to help you. I would recommend for any service needs.

These guys are the best! I called every single place in Williamsburg trying to get in for an oil change, no one was able to get me in. After calling and speaking to Frankie, he told me that if I didn’t mind waiting, they would get my car done that day. Sold. I dropped it off and within an hour, got a call about my vehicle. Found cords hanging out my daughter’s tires. She’s getting ready to head back to college, and they had tires in stock. Thanks for the good eye, they got my little girls car all set, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Dawn was very polite, the whole team made me feel like I was important, and that the safety of my kid was their priority. Changed my mind about the automotive repair industry. They thoroughly checked my tire. Were friendly and caring. Tire was good. No charge.

My wife had a tire blow out driving and she went to this place to replace her tire. A month later, I came home from a military mission and drove her vehicle. I noticed the steering was loose and non-responsive. I went back to this place and they noticed the rim was bent causing the steering issue. First concern, this should have been found when they replaced the tire since they were supposed to check alignment and balance the tires. They didnt do this but claimed everything passed. I ordered a replacement rim through them due to arrive in one day. Second concern, they put me through the ringer claiming day after day it wasnt there but they would get on it. A week passed, nothing. I pushed a family vacation trying to get it fixed. I kept calling back waiting on a solution. Excuse after excuse, still nothing but they kept claiming they were looking and would get my ordered rim. They stopped calling me. I did 20 minutes of self research, found a tire, and got it replaced same day. Left on my vacation a few days late but safely. To this day, they still owe me a rim I ordered through them. I still havent heard from them. They probably hope I forgot. This place is a joke. If you want cheap, you get what you pay for. Probably a 3 star place if they didnt mess around. I rate 1 star cause of my horrible issues dealing with them. Id rather pay extra money and get real service. Be wary if you go here...

Great service, Zach and Dawn helped me out so much when my car had broke. They took the time to even pull me into the back to show me what was wrong so I’d it happened again I would know what to do. 10/10 recommend. Great Service and very friendly.

I needed a difficult valve stem replacement on my Volvo over the weekend and received the best care and attention by Kaitlyn and Dawn. They persisted (bringing in many parts which unfortunately did not fit). Nonetheless, they continued to search for a fix which allowed me to get on the road and not miss my deadline. I can not thank them enough. I wish all employees and managers were this concerned about getting the job done.

I have been using Tread Quarters on Second Street for about six years, servicing our 5 vehicles. I have always been impressed on how easily David helps me and other customers and does so with a friendly demeanor. Recently, I had an urgent need, and David is out on medical leave. I had my first interaction with Dana, who I believe was the manager at the store a few years ago. Once again, I was impressed with the help and efficiency that I was provided at Tread Quarters. Dana was pleasant, never seemed to be stressed in spite of juggling multiple phone lines, and customers at the desk, and helped me correct a very deformed tire on a vehicle I had just purchased earlier in the day. The team in the garage actually changing tires and repairing them, have also provided excellent service and have always been conscientious about keeping the interior of the car spotless. I recommend David, Dana, and the rest of the crew at Tread Quarters without reservation and I will continue to use them indefinitely into the future. Dave was very accommodating and was able to fit me in in 10 min! Dave is very personable, but most importantly very professional as are the rest of his crew. The first thing Id like to say is that the owner, manager and entire crew of this shop are incredibly professional and friendly. This was my first experience getting my project car rims and tires mounted and balanced and Id recommend this place to anyone looking to get excellent service for great value! (I paid less than half what other shops were charging for the same thing!) What was really nice was that I came in at practically closing time to bring in my rims/tires and they were more than happy to take them and have them ready next day, which they were! Another thing was that I had very wide low-profile tires which wouldnt fit in my car so they offered to take them to my house in their work truck... FREE OF CHARGE!!! Again I am more than happy with this shop and encourage anyone to come here for phenomenal service!!! Its great to have honest, hardworking people taking care of you.

I have been receiving service from this Thread Quarters for at least 10 years. I been dealing with mainly one manager Dave Alabama I call him. I have received such great service from him that I now have my Church doing business with him. Dave is a very helpful and thoughtful person. He is always polite and takes the time to explain everything to me about the service I need. And if there is something that I need in the future he lets me know. When you are spending your money you want the best service. So far that is just what I have gotten from him. I have also recommended him to my family and friends. They have all given be great feed back from their service.

Had my tires rotated, and got an alignment and balance. They told me my brakes might need replacement, but failed to tell me my treads were too worn to pass state inspection, so my car failed. Youd think the place titled Tread Quarters would be able to just tell me my tires are too worn.

While on vacation my battery died. A quick internet search revealed this place nearby. I called for help and within ten minutes someone arrived to jump my battery and lead me to the shop. Within one hour of my call they had my car checked out to make sure that there wasnt something more wrong than just a dead battery and back on the road, and at a reasonable price.I appreciated their cutesy, professionalism good service.

I’ve been bringing my car here for years. I have always gotten honest, personable, professional service.I have often heard the front desk speak with walk-in customers about car problems. They have always given straight forward, helpful answers.Today they helped 2 young ladies who came in frantic not knowing what Wrong with their car. They could hear a noise, sounding like something dragging under their car. The mechanics asked questions about what happened before the noise began. Without hesitation, they took the car into the garage and had the car back to the ladies in less than 30 to leave in a safe and repaired car.This was such a wonderfully kind, friendly and professional thing to do. It made my day to see this. Well done gentlemen!

I went to Tread Quarters to get new tires on my car. I set up an appointment which could get you put in front of others on the actual day. The staff was kind and professional. The physical location was kind of older but overall it was clean and orderly. My only complaint would be how long it took. I was there for almost 3 hours. Maybe thats usual but staying there for that long was a too long for me.I ended up getting 4 new tires, balanced, and warranty for a decent price. Plus they offer a military discount which helped.Overall I was pleased with the service I was given. I will return.

I discovered that I had 2 nails, one in each front tire at around 6:35pm. I called and explained my situation and the manager told me to go ahead and bring it in. He and his crew stayed late to fix the 4 nails(!) that they found in my front tires! The service was quick, done correctly and professionally, and everyone was very courteous. My family relies on our truck to get us to work, school, etc., and words cannot express the gratitude! Thank you so much for your help, peace of mind, and prompt professional service!!

Tread Quarters at the Williamsburg location is a fast and honest establishment. I went there to get a wheel alignment for my vehicle. Before the work was done, they checked to make sure I needed it. The mechanic showed me the report and explained to me the results; which an alignment was needed. I didnt have to wait long at all and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

I ended up with a flat tire while driving home late. I called Tread Quarters at 6:40, they checked to make sure they had a tire in the size I needed, and told me I could come right away. They had the flat off, and a new one on faster than the bill was ready, all before 7:00. The guys in the shop were awesome and chatted with my husband, the man in the office was very polite and helpful, with no pressure to buy a full set of tires. I would have shaken all your hands if I hadn’t been fighting off a cold. I haven’t had any troubles with the tire, which has happened to me getting my tires done elsewhere. They were amazing! I work in Richmond and live in Norfolk. Driving the interstate so much caused an issue with my tires. I searched around me and found this location. They were extremely accommodating and welcoming. They discovered extreme wear on my front tires and made it safe. I now need rear tires and I have chosen to drive to this location because of the experience and welcoming staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My wife had a flat tire and needed it fixed asap. These guys got her in immediately, which was only 15 minutes before they closed and got the tire replaced quickly. I really appreciate how accommodating they were, and would recommend their service; based on what I experienced tonight.

I love this Shop. The two Managers David and John helped me out in so many ways. I came in with my 1 month old daughter in the freezing cold needing a tune up and 2 tires. They helped me get my baby inside the office where it was warm and told me to not worry about anything, that they would take care of it, all I needed to do was care for my child. I had an unexpected screw in my tire after my drive to Williamsburg from Northern Virginia. The staff was so kind to me. I found them on google after standing in line at another bigger shop and not being acknowledged at all. After I explained my problem, they said they could look at it within 10 minutes. I was literally in and out of the shop in 25 minutes. They charged a minimal amount for a tire patch.I would highly recommend this shop. They all had great personalities and really made me feel like they would take care of me in what could have been a stressful time.

This is my second time here. First was for an oil change and this time around for a pad slap (brake job). Staff was accommodating and made the necessary recommendations to keep your expenses to the minimum. They also gave me an awesome discount for the oil change!

I had a up coming trip when my tire pressure sign came up. I walked in to get it checked out and was told that all four tire sensors died. I was able to get all of them changed and got inspected at the same time. It was a good experience, everyone was wonderful.

I came in on my lunch break on a very limited budget and they found the perfect tires for me and got them installed in time for me to make it back to work.
