There is three employees in here all the time that know exactly were every item is and what tools will be needed to do whatever the project. Thanks for always being helpful.

Never more helpful than pointing you to an aisle. They are uninterested in serving you. It’s ok because I drive farther for better service at different Ace.

They had what we needed and were very helpful.

They have so much stuff here! I love walking the aisles just to see what is in stock so that if I ever need it I know where to buy it.

Love Ace hardware. Each one is a little different from the others. Daniel has loads of handles, cabinet parts, tools, etc. Staff are really friendly and its easy to get and out.

This business been here decades you support these people you support and locally economy theyve been here aint going anywhere You might also find local produce and all sorts of new contraptions being brought about regularly.

Never stocked and hard to find employees when you’re in there. Worth driving to other Ace hardwares near by. The worst ace I’ve ever been in.

Good local place to grab most of what you need from a hw store. Easy in and out and less traffic than running up to HD.

I have been here so many times and am so turned off by the customer service. They might point you to an aisle while they stand around up front but never walk you to a product you are looking for. Had one guy yesterday roll his eyes because he had to take me to an aisle to find a specific product and then I find out knew less about the common plumbing item than I did. This same experience has happened numerous times: a complete avoidance of true customer service and also not as much knowledge about what they are selling as one would expect. I worked at an Ace Hardware a few years in Atlanta and took great pride in knowing that Home Depot and Lowes did not offer the door greeting service that we had. This Ace is less attentive than the big Hardware stores. Ill make the extra drive to avoid this location in the future.

I come to this ACE Hardware if I just need something quick or if I need a tool because I live just a few minutes from here. Every time I come though, I receive good service. They will try their best help me out with whatever I need. I don’t spend too much time here, but it’s clean and organized well. Some of the things are dated, but work just fine. My father brings his propane tank here to get filled all the time and he says he gets help every time.

The people are very friendly and thats how they get their stars from me. Not always the most helpful or knowledgeable, but friendly. They are the closest hardware store and I wish their hours were better for people with 9-5 jobs who need to swing by in the evening while working on a project. However, it may not really matter because 9 times out of 10 they dont have the most basic project essentials. It stinks giving my business to the big guys who are significantly further away 😞

I came this morning to purchase a bar and chain that was vital to the completion of my job. I was sold the wrong bar and chain after waiting 45 minutes for said bar and chain. Upon returning for the correct product I was told they never had it in stock and that there was no manager I could speak to about the issue. I then inquired where I might find another husqvarna dealer for the parts I still need, and I was told good luck. The man who finally examined the parts was the only real help available. I hope to never have to shop here again.

Simply needed a set of keys. I was on a business call and the gentleman did not like that. I told him what I needed and it did not hinder our conversation. Not sure if it was because of race, but sure was rude. Never stepping foot in there for anything again.

Ace is the place for the helpful hardware man. They have a little bit of everything, and fill propane tanks. That is great if you have larger r/v or boat tanks.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! I rented a carpet cleaning machine for a 24 hour period, Due to construction on my road water main was hit and busted. I called explained the situation and said I needed it for 24 hours longer. I thought they would let me have it for the difference of the 24 hour rental which would have been 10.00 more... Its 29.95 for 24 hrs and 39.95 for 48 hrs. They charged me for another 24 hrs. I will return to shopping at big box store instead of Ace. So much for trying to support a local business. I will be returning the 250.00 worth of things I needed for my home.

Every time Ive been in there, it seems to bother them that youre in the store. Odd hours and bad attitudes are the norm.I hope they get it together.

Convenient and friendly neighborhood hardware store....a friend needed to rent a U haul and who knew you could do that at your hardware store.... they truly have everything one would need and great customer service too..... will be back soon....

Friendly & helpful staff. Ive had positive interactions with 3 or 4 workers and the owner. The owner really cut me a break when he didnt have to. I hadnt told him that I was at a low-point, but he helped me and I wont forget it.

Employees are rude and not helpful at all. You ask them how much it would cost for a piece of glass cut and they don’t know. When you question why they don’t know they have an attitude and want to charge you for more product than you need. Not once have they ever been helpful when I’ve been into this location. I’ve been shopping Ace Hardware for a long time and due to these peoples attitudes they have given Ace Hardware a bad name and I will now never be back

Showed up at 8 Am, when they open. Owner sat in back and didnt open doors, while customers came and waited. Asked for help getting paint on a flyer special. Worker had no idea and seemed puzzled when I showed him what I wanted.Went to buy a saw blade. Gave them coupon in flyer, which they rejected, ecause I am not an ACE customer!Dont bother shopping here. They dont care about customers and prices are high. Keep on driving to Home Depot down the street.

Use to like to come here beacause of convenience but everyone here especially the owner is lazy dont really offer much help, staff here is super slow rahter spend the time to go to Lowes or home Depot. Prices are way to high to have such bad service.

This Ace is literally horrible. The chances of them actually having what you need is the same chance that I will make millions. They walk right past you when you have a question because they are busy answering questions about seniors asking dumb questions. They are short staffed which I get because they don’t make enough $ to hire anyone

They always had what I needed, most importantly great customer service! Someones always there to tell me how to fix things like breakers with out bodily harm!! :) These guys are awesome!

I have been going to this Ace Hardware for many many years and I have always had good experiences there. Nice people, good service, and a breath of fresh air from the mega sized home improvement stores.
