I experienced a very rude non helpful stuck up young lady that works the night shift on September the 10th at 7:44 p.m. she needs to be sent back to customer relations because she is straight right out out right rude

Good customer service

The restroom was very dirty and its obvious that it has been dirty for a very long time. The grime in the sink made me think that my hands would be cleaner if I didnt wash them. This is not some out of the way store. Its extremely busy all day everyday. Im sure they are not going over and above on store cleaning to keep us safe during this time of COVID-19. Very disappointed.

Conveniently I went to these locations 2 times in the past week, and as a loyal 7-eleven customer, I used my rewards and the employees had an attitude when I noted I shouldbe received my 7th cup for free. They lied and stated they dont participated in it. I would have to redeem it elsewhere. Very unprofessional and rude!!

Love slurpees, but was hoping for new flavors. Same flavors for a couple of years now. The employees working the other day were extremely pleasant and quick.

Like what the stars above say, Its okay. Most of the time visiting the store is not well mantained. Went today to redeem my points, iced coffe was out of order on one end was out, proceeded to get a coffee instead, only one of four coffee dispesers filled half a medium cup.

Today was supposed to free slurpee day. I went into the store with my family to get slurpees. We were met by to store mangers blocking access to the slurpee machines because they were putting slurpees into small coffee cups half full not even filling them up. The mangers were rude to the customers who asked questions as to why they were doing this. The small coffee cups half full were not covered with no lids just sitting there exposed to the elements in the store. They had made so many sample cups that they froze up the slurpee machines and the mangers would get mad if you try to use the slurpee machines to make slurpees you would pay for. I know try making a slurpee and finally had to ask the lady to move so I could finish making my slurpee I paid for. If this is how their going to do free slurpees then they should not do it at all. The staff was very hateful to the customers.
