Imagine calling somewhere because you live 30 minutes away and just want to verify that they have the one thing you need in stock (you dont want to make the drive if they dont). It should be a very simple, straightforward phone call:Hi there! Do you have x in stock?Y/N.Now imagine youre left on hold for 20 minutes waiting to ask that simple question. My hope is that these employees were just in a phone call with another obnoxious customer who wouldnt get off the phone for them to answer me, but 20 minutes? Really? On a Tuesday afternoon when most people are still at work?
Prescription called in on Tuesday........it is now Thursday, and still NO prescription filled. The pharm told me last night they are FIVE days behind on filling prescriptions and to call one hour before coming back, and theyd have it ready. Nope, that didnt work....they DO NOT ANSWER the phone. I let my doctors office know this CVS isnt able to fill prescriptions at this time, in case other patients used this location....AND had my prescription cancelled and sent to another pharmacy.
Do NOT waste your time scheduling vaccines here. They are RUDE, unorganized, and told me my insurance and childrens would not cover any vaccines, which is complete BS. I entered all our info in advance when scheduling the online appt time just to be told that when we got there. Will not be back.
Pharmacy Rude and talk over you when trying to explain yourself and ask questions. Dont get straight answer. No wonder my advanced aged parents hate coming here to pick up their Rxs
Currently sitting in line, it’s been 50 minutes. I’d get it if it was 5 in the evening but the line isn’t even that long and I came in at 9:45 in the morning. Only two people were ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Always have a good experience with the Pharmacy staff. They are all courteous and helpful with every family member’s prescriptions.
Since May, 2020, every prescription I have ordered has had some processing error. They have attempted to bill me $1200 for a prescription as if I had no insurance. They have sent refill requests to the wrong physician. I have been on hold for more than an hour to straighten out these and other problems. There is never an apology for these errors.
Terrible Service! Always takes forever to pickup prescriptions. No one ever answers the phone either.
Worst pharmacy ever. they never check their messages from the doctors, they dont check the fax, if they do get the script they misfile it and wont even look for it. rude employees. might have 6 people in the pharmacy and only one of them waiting on customers that are 8 deep. its quicker to drive across town to ANY other pharmacy. I was dumb enough to try them 6 times...never again
Have been trying to get prescription refilled for 3 weeks. They gave me a partial and said they had to order the rest. Have been told 4 times all ready the same thing. Had same problem with the Belton CVS. Think its time to change pharmacies.
Staff has always been friendly and helpful, store manager, on one occasion, went above and beyond to assist me, and they keep a good store. Prescription has always been ready on time. Sure, every once in a while Ive had to wait in a line and a customer in front of me has had a need or a question that has taken a little time to answer. But thats life.
I have to give a star or it would be 0. Went in to get my prescriptions. Decided to look at some new hair gel. They were not sealed. I opened it and it was sticky, which I was checking to see. I didnt want to wipe it on my shirt so I rubbed my hands together and put the drop that I had on my hand on the one side of my hair. The clerk yells in front of everyone SIR YOU HAVE TO BUY THAT IT ITS STEALING. Are you freaking kidding me. I have done this hundreds of times to see if I like it. I bought the gel, and you have now lost me as a customer for life. A family of four with insurance and pretty well off. I will never buy from a place that treats someone like that. Never!

We really need to switch to Walgreens! After being on hold to the Pharmacy for over 45 minutes so far and its still an hour before closing time, this is unacceptable for a week night and a non-peak time. Called and spoke to Manager to ask if there is actually anyone working in the pharmacy this evening to be told there is.....well they certainly dont like picking up the phone.
Rude and incompetent staff. I moved here from Denton where I always used CVS and never had issues like I have had with this pharmacy. Im just trying to get a prescription transferred from another pharmacy and they are ridiculous.
Often do not have enough of a particular medication prescription to refill, either having to wait to order or transfer to another pharmacy
The people are friendly but the service quality in the pharmacy has taken a nose dive. I used to have prescriptions called in and would get an automated call to let me know they were ready same day. I can now go 2 or 3 days without a call and when I drive by to pick up my kids meds, nothing is ready and have to wait another 20 minutes. Switching to Walgreens.

I hate this place. My meds are never ready and they try and charge the most amount. This guy tried to charge me $78 on a med that I finally got for$38. They never tell you about any discounts you have to ask for them. Do your research on discounts before you go. I have Blue Cross and that CVS care card and neither is worth a darn.
Rude young women at checkout counter this morning. I saw her standing nearby in what I thought was another area of service. So I pushed assistance.button . She walked over and said seriously, I am right here. Normally I go to wallgreens, thought I would try CVS. Big mistake. PS, the gentleman who appears to be the manager was very polite and helpfull. Just shows how one person can erase anothers good work.
When recently refilling a prescription for my husband Ankit asked if Jesse had any kidney problems (and he does). Ankit stated this particular prescription is not a good fit and he offered to call the doctor to get a change made. Thank you for caring so much! Great job. Kudos to Ankit.
I have actually been using CVS for a long time but I am done. Every single time, I have nothing but problems. Whether its because I have to wait for an order to come in 2 days past prescription date, they wont send in refill request to my doctor and tell me to call them and then I just go back and forth, or they cant find my information in their system. Not only that, they have a sign at drive through that says open at 9AM mom-fri and I come at 8 like the website says and no one comes to the window so I leave and come back at 9 only to have them say they actually open at 8!! And they never knew the sign said 9. But its still there 2 days later. And sadly the people are not always friendly. Done.
I recently switched prescription insurance to cvs...i called to have my monthly prescriptions transferred from heb in helpless to this store..the woman I spoke with was very rude..offered no assistance at all..and said the closed at 9pm and that she would call the heb pharmacist before then...and this insurance I pay for weekly..grrr looking for another pharmacist now..
Rude customer service especially at the front counter. I left the items I needed on the front counter and left as the cashier yelled at the lady behind me. Im over at Walgreen now leaving this review. I wont go to this CVS again. I wish they had 0 stars.
My Rx is never in stock. Pharmacy staff unbelievably rude. So thankful my new insurance company lets me be able to go back to Walgreens.
The store is just fine but the pharmacy is really bad. Nearly every time Ive had a script filled there are problems from not being ready, missing, etc. The final straw was yesterday when they told us the script would be ready in a couple hours but failed to tell us they were closing early for Labor Day. We returned two hours later when they said the script would be ready and they were closed. Now my kiddos with strep and an ear infection have to wait another day to get treatment.Im done with this place.
It took them 20 minutes to answer the phone when I called and their service sucks. Not to mention they didnt want to give me my prescription that was ordered by the doctor. Dont use them.
