Had the AC go out in the wifes car. Im somewhat of a shade-tree mechanic so I purchased the parts online thinking I would replace all of the bad AC components myself. Received the parts and started looking at the job and I quickly realized I was WAY in over my head. I contacted J&T and they had no problem using my parts and did the repair at a very reasonable price and it was done the same day!I have since brought all of my over-my-head projects to J&T and feel like they have done me right each time.Great people, great price!

This place is honest and fast! First we went to Christian brothers and they waited us at $4000 they kept finding stuff that didn’t even need fixed. Then we brought it here and it was $3000 less then Christian brothers they are always scamming people. J & T automotive is the best very fast and secretary is absolutely amazing!!!!

Im blown away here and moved to tears. Was traveling from out of town, and had to be towed with a huge oil leak from 150 miles out from my parents house. Wife, 2 kids, and my dog cooking in the hot summer sun, all I needed was a huge repair bill to top it off. My mom recommended me to Jim. What was looking like a multi thousand dollar repair turned into a LOT less than expected. Not only did they quickly and accurately diagnose the issue, but they quickly repaired and had me going on the same day. Honesty and integrity to be had here, very grateful for their service. Will recommend all I know to this shop. I may even travel from Houston up to here next time I need service, they were THAT good.

Having major repairs needed for your vehicle can be extremely stressful. Needing a total engine replacement is a step above that. The last thing I wanted to deal with was a less than professional shop to do the repair. J & T Automotive is everything a great shop should be. Professional, timely and understanding. From when the tow truck dropped my vehicle off to when I picked it up took less than two weeks(even with having to order and ship the new engine).What I appreciate most is being told WHY I needed to have the repairs done, rather than ‘sign here and pay us’. It was simply explained and easy to understand what happened.Although it was expensive to get everything done, I’m happy with the service and I’ll continue to return to J & T for my automotive needs.

The worst customer service you could think of. My friend had her work done there. Some things came up missing from her car. First red flag but when she asked after she paid of course she was cussed out and thrown out of the shop . Id stay away if I was you. Who wants their things stolen out of their car. Then I called to complain complain and I was cussed out by the manager. Give me a break. No class at all .

My family and I had 2 blow outs about 30 miles apart. Once our spare was on we had no other way of getting anywhere, so we were broke down in the parking lot of this company & Locke. It was Sunday morning & the only 2 places open did not have my size tire. We were stranded until almost 11:30am Monday, when we finally hit the road for our move from Ohio to New Mexico to be finished! Having 2 teen boys & an 8month old it was one of the hardest days of my life but the 2 men working on 8-21-17 were awesome & went above & beyond their job duties to find me not just 1 but 2 tires costing me less than what the cheapest tire place was gonna charge me for 1. Thank you both very much! I would recommend this place a 1000 times over!

I brought my truck in to have an alignment done after searching all over Yukon for a decent auto shop. Originally, I took my truck to the dealership and they tried to pull a fast one on me and charge me an astronomical amount for work that did not need to be done. J & T Auto fixed my truck for $75.00 and they were very prompt. I would not hesitate to use them again for future service. Thank you J & T!!!

Im elated to have transferred all of my repair needs to J&T. Success here, where other shops failed. Not a bunch of vehicles staying in the shop or on the premises for months, vehicle goes in the day of the appointment and is completed promptly. Prices are extremely competitive, services are honest and fair. Ownership/management refuses to pass on financial unforeseeables onto the customer! Imperfect, but humbly willing to resolve every issue and make the situation right. Great accountability and pride in work. Character and integrity matter at this business. Im very pleased.

Jim and Tony, a father-son team, are fantastic! They have done a lot of work for me many times, and always fair and in a timely fashion. If the hunk of junk you bring in is not worth fixing, theyll tell you (like they told me!), but will fix it anyway if you ask them to. They also ask fair prices for their work, which I am more than willing to pay because I know they will do a good job.Just be patient when trying to get ahold of them. There are only a few of them there at any time (the most Ive ever seen is four), so sometimes they do not answer the phone, especially when they are busy. Just be patient and try again. Its worth the wait!

They didnt just fix the main issue. They let me know about other issues on the way that would have caused problems later on. Up front, honest and fair prices.
