I am a young woman and this is the first and only shop to not make me feel intimidated or dumb. I have been coming here since I was 17, and I am now 24. They do what you ask, keep you in the loop, examine your car, make recommendations AND explain what those recommendations actually mean and what they cost. They do not do anything without your permission and will let you know the urgency of the issue so that if you cannot afford it at the time, you know how much time you have to save up. The staff is incredible and they treat each other like family. Their front-woman, Fallon, currently has breast cancer and they have decked out the shop in pink and have ways to help her out. Truly amazing. I send everyone here.

I appreciate the workers that worked really hard on my vehicle (shot out to the mechanic that owns a jeep, and the young supervisor with curly hair...both male type). My vehicle runs well and communication/service was great! The reason they received a 3 star is because this is advertised as a veteran owned business and as a veteran it felt like a slap in the face that no military discounts are authorized. Especially with it being down the street from one of the largest military installations. Just my opinion...I like to support veteran owned businesses especially when they take care of my brothers/sisters that are/have served.

I have been coming here since we moved here 7 years ago. I’ve used a few other places of course, but I feel this place is thorough and detailed and have always had good service and they have earned my loyal business. They are professional, and timely. They went out of their way to make sure I was out within a reasonable time when I dropped in during my lunch break. You definitely want people who know what they are doing to service your car, even oil changes.

Only place ill bring my vehicles for repair and maintenance outside my ability. They have always been honest and do quality work!

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to listen and answer questions. I didnt have to wait very long for my car to be taken care of. Ill definitely be going back for any additional service. Just beware if you have a beard. I came home with my beard smelling like the nice lady behind the counter and had to answer a few questions...

My car started idling really rough as I drove on Garth Brooks. Other local shops told me I couldn’t even bring my car in. Precision Auto not only took my car in immediately, they also were emphatic to my situation. They were closing at the time, but kept it overnight. Before 10 am the following day, they had my car fixed, and running. They replaced an O2 censor, coil pack, and spark plugs, serpentine belt, and a premium oil change.

Super sweet, fast and fair. I went in for a noisy belt and after the diagnostic review, Jeff advised before anything else and for my safety to go get tires right away. I had work that needs to be done there but he sent me off for tires first bc he showed me how bad they were. I got them that night and returned my car for the new control arm that night. It was finished today by 11am and for a very fair and reasonable price. He explained it all carefully and made sure I understood what was being done. I appreciated the kindness of the employees and the care put into my repair.

Had a/c check done last week. Went back today to see if dye showed any leak. Nothing showed and just told to keep eye on. Jeff was very polite and knowledgeable about all aspects of car repair and upkeep. Great business in Yukon and when needed confidently go there.

Precision Tune Auto Care in Yukon is one of the best shops in town! They really do offer great quality service at a reasonable price. From the moment I walked in to the store I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. I felt right at home and even though I hate waiting for things I didnt mind waiting in their lobby! I was absolutely blown away with the quality of service that I experienced from the the people at this shop. Both the ladies at the front desk were so friendly, and Jeff made the whole experience one of the best I have had with people in the repair industry to this day. From the way he handled things while doing business with me it was apparent that he cared about doing the right thing to help me out in my time of need. I cannot tell you what a God send Precision Tune Auto Care was for me and my family. We were passing through OKC on a cross country trip when we had an issue with the exhaust system on our Subaru Outback. We were able to schedule an appointment online and be seen right away. The Mechanic, Jeff, was able to diagnose and have the part delivered and installed quickly and we were in an out in an hour.The staff were very professional and incredibly friendly. I am so thankful for the help and care that was provided to my family and I and cannot recommend Precision Tune Auto Care in Yukon enough. What a true blessing they were for me. I especially am thankful for Marty’s care for us as we had the absolute worst weather to navigate, but we made it!

Typically friendly service, quick oil changes. However, after the last visit for an oil change, I started experiencing oil leaks. Took it to the dealership and they stated that whoever did the last oil change left a mess of oil and a loose oil filter. I most likely not return to this location.

If you want to get RIPPED OFF go ahead and go to these guys. They may say they are doing a complete evaluation but there is nothing complete about it. Let me explain. Our air conditioner stopped working in our vehicle. We initially took the car to Precision Auto & Tune on Garth Brooks to have it looked at. Precision wanted to charge us $1,800 to put in a brand new AC kit in the car. After doing some shopping around, I called Sooner Muffler to see if they could put in a new AC kit for less than $1,800. They said they would need to see it, so I brought the car in and they ran their diagnostic AC check and found that the AC was working properly, but it wasnt getting power from the battery. So for less than $100, Sooner Muffler got our AC back working and cooling the car!! Had Precision cared enough to check they would have realized this was the issue and NOT the Compressor. I will NEVER be going back to Precision ever again. I am absolutely disgusted by how they handled the situation.

They have free pickup drop off service to your house. Didnt even need to leave the house for an oil change :)

I love the friendliness of not only Mil, but all the techs and everyone else you encounter. There has never been a time where I felt misinformed or cheated on anything. They do a wonderful job treating you like you are a friend and treating your vehicle like they would their own. I have been going to Precision Yukon since 2006 and even after relocating, I go out of my way to get my vehicle serviced at this location each time.

Our family was passing through OKC on a cross country Thanksgiving trip. We got a check engine light and took it into PTAC - Marty and his crew were fast, fair, and honest. Fixed my thermostat so we could make it home, and the owner Marty asked that I would follow up with him when we arrived safely at our destination which shows he truly cares about his customers. Most important thing for me is finding folks who are not trying to fool you (and cause unnecessary repairs). They are honest folks, I trust them fully on taking care of my vehicle. They also have reasonable charges, much better than what dealer charges for repair/maintenance. I have been their customer for 8-9 years. Mel is very sweet person to talk to, they have great customer service.

We have used Precision Tune Auto Care for years. We have always been satisfied with the thorough work of the Precision Tune crew. We have never experienced the smell of oil burning on the exhaust or oily smudges on the hood or fenders. The office staff have always been pleasant and helpful. We receive follow-up calls to insure that we are satisfied with the work performed.

My family and I were on an 8 hour road trip from Dallas to Kansas when our oil pressure dropped to 0. We called Precision Tune Auto Care before they opened and they answered the phone and told us to come in. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and we were out and back on the road in about 45 minutes. They were also very patient with my 2 small sleep- deprived kiddos crying in their waiting area! I have been taking my vehicles to Precision Tune in Yukon for over 10 years. The staff is always very pleasant and friendly. They have been good to help me decide which problem to address first, when I havent been able to do all that was needed (older vehicle + rough country roads = suspension problems!) I have never had any problem with any work they have done, and I always get a followup phone call, to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. Several times they have alerted me to something that needed to be addressed in the near future, so that I could budget. They are a truly service oriented business, not just for vehicles, but for their customers also! Cant imagine going anywhere else!

Ive used Precision going on thirteen years, even with the change in ownership, theyre still going strong.

After having an issue with the service, Marty the Manager contacted me and handled the issue very professionally.

This shop showed me that my filters ALL needed to be changed 1 even looked like it hadnt been changed since the vehicle was made in 2011! I will definitely be going back.

We took my husbands car here because wed had a water pump changed out on my truck and they did a good job. His car was leaking oil and needed a cam shaft position censor changed. When they looked over the car they quoted $420! The $20 was for the position censor...Unfortunately, we needed it fixed so we told them to go ahead. When we got the car back 2 days later it was running worse than when we dropped it off. So we took it back and they said the position censor they put in was faulty and changed it again. When we picked it up it was still running like the first time we got it but they wouldnt fix it again. They claimed it was the computer in the car, so we left.But 2 days later the car was completely out of oil. So we filled it again and the next day it was out of oil again. So we took the car back AGAIN and told them they didnt fix the oil leak that they charged us $400 for. The person at the desk looks at our file and says It doesnt show that your oil light was on. So that means we cant be responsible for an oil leak. Even though thats what they told us the $400 was supposed to fix!! We will NEVER go here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been going to Precision for years, before I even walk in the door they already have my vehicle information pulled up and when I open the door, I get greeted with a big Hi, Zach! They send me a hand written thank you card every time I come in for service, even if its just for an oil change. This is the only place in town and even in OKC for that matter, that I would trust with my car. They use quality products like BG and have mechanics that do a good job. Mill, who is usually at the front desk, is one of the best folks Ive ever met in the service industry. I give this place my highest marks.

Excellent customer service. My parking brake broke when I was across the street at the Middle School and the manager came within minutes and released the brake for me so I could get home. I took my car in a couple of days later and Mil greeted me by name. I was there first thing in the morning and they got my car in right away. My car was fixed within the hour. Everyone is so friendly, and like the other comments, they didnt try to sell me anything other than what I went in there for. I get my oil changed there as well.

Knowledgeable mechanics and they get the job done right

Took car in there for headlight restoration years ago...it came with lifetime warranty. I called to get them fixed again for the 4th time and they said they dont do it any more. Wouldnt offer to refund money or anything...I shouldnt have to ask for it. I paid my money to precision tune and not some other company so precision tune should back their services especially when it wasnt stated it was done by a 3rd party.

First off The people here make you sound stupid if you don’t want to get fixed what they say “needs fixed” The main lady at the front desk thinks she’s still in NY with her attitude. She talks down to you and makes you feel like Grandma scolded you for taking one too many cookies. Not just the customer service is bad but I was leaking oil after getting my oil changed there and guess what..:yea they didn’t tighten my oil filter!!! The most simplest step in changing oil. Also they wanted to charge me almost 2 times what JT automotive charged to fix a leaky radiator hose. Let’s just say I found a new mechanic and I am very pleased with JT
