I went to a different shop and had my oil changed. I suspected my oil filter was loose so I called Brotherhood at 7am on a Monday morning and they fit me in right away and took a look to make sure everything was fine. Mason and the whole crew was absolutely great! They are very honest and professional. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on!

I couldn’t be happier with the service at Brotherhood. The staff was professional and very welcoming. They have a nice waiting area with several types of drinks. They even offer you a ride home while you’re waiting. Brotherhood asked me if I was a veteran and offered a complimentary service for the oil change. This is something they do consistently. I have been to this veteran friendly business a couple of times for routine maintenance and they have always been great. Checking in is quick and the staff is always welcoming, and the shop gets you in and out as quickly and safely as possible. While waiting on your vehicle, if you choose to wait there, the waiting area is quite big and comfortable. If you want to leave but need a ride, they have a shuttle driver that can take you home or to work etc. If you are dropping off and coming they will even direct you to a great place to grab breakfast/lunch. I love Brotherhood Garage because their customer service is like no other repair place I have been to. Also I have been pleased with the repairs and I find the cost as good or better when shopping around other places. I have trust in them. I brought my van in for an oil leak after an oil change at another place in town. The repaired the gasket free of charge even when they didnt make the mistake. Plus, they gave us two free oil change coupons because my wife and I teach students. I dont think youll be disappointed because we sure havent.

I went in for an oil change. My wife had heard that they did free oil changes for veterans. Discounts are cool... not expected. This was fantastic. Even without this, costs were reasonable. What impressed me was the customer service. I saw another customer come in to pay for an oil change, but because Brotherhood didnt have the right filter yet, they changed the oil, put the old filter back on, but refused payment until they got the correct filter on Monday. Then they would change the oil again with the new filter. I havent had any major repairs here yet, but when that time comes, Ill feel comfortable taking my car in. The customer service I saw today was some of the best Ive seenin a while from car mechanics.

I called on Tuesday to make an appointment for the following Monday. Two reasons ... my hubs had Monday and Tuesday off and it allowed the garage time to order parts listed based on their own estimates. The receptionist assured me they would not order the parts early, even though I requested this be done.At 8:45 Tuesday morning, they texted my son to let us know they were starting work on our truck. Apparently they were unable to start work on Monday even though we made an appointment a week prior. We never heard from them again until my son got another text at 6 pm Thursday evening saying the truck was ready, however, it was their closing time so realistically, we could not get the truck back until Friday. Friday morning my son went to pick up the truck and pay the bill. It was just under 800.00, which we were prepared for due to their detailed estimate. However, I failed to give my son a coupon for 100.00 off any service over 750.00. I told him they would more than likely honor it if he took it back up there same day, which he did around 2pm. To my surprise, they refused. The receptionist apologized and said she was very sorry but once a ticket was closed, it could not be reopened. Having worked in the automotive industry for most of my working life, I doubt this is true. However, even if that were true, you wouldve written a check for $100.00 and charged it back to customer relations. In fairness to the management, I never took this up the line. I dont whine much, I just dont go back. I feel like my son got taken for 100 bucks and that 4 days to replace a valve cover gasket was far too long. We made an appointment a week in advance and they never started the truck until Tuesday morning. Did they order Parts? I doubt it. But in 4 days time I could have had the heads ground and still got it back by Thursday night at most other reputable garages. I will also say weve had no problem with the work that was done, again, in fairness to the garage.

I had been hearing wonderful things about them on Facebook and a neighborhood app so thought I would give them a try. I was done with my unscheduled oil change and flat repair in under 2 hours and everyone was so nice! I will be back and I highly recommend to others

First impression it felt family oriented inside! It was not a cookie cutter modern place that I’ve been to and I liked that it felt comfy in there. I went too long without a brake service and I received honest information and prices. I received $100 off of my service with detailed pricing of what remained on my vehicle to be fixed at a later date. Very friendly people in there.

My car developed a whirring sound above 30 mph about a week ago. I suspected a wheel bearing. I didn’t have a local garage, so I did a search on the internet and ran across the Brotherhood garage located near me. They advertised veteran owned, so being a veteran, I took my Cadillac SRX to them and asked them to check it out. Sure enough, it was the right front wheel bearing and they gave me a reasonable estimate for the repair. I said go ahead and in about three hours the car was repaired. I was impressed with the courtesy that they showed and they stuck to the estimated price plus gave a 10 percent veterans discount. Took my Yukon in for what I thought was a routine brake job (it was not) on a very busy Monday. Not only did they squeeze me in for the diagnosis, but around 5-ish they let me know that they would be able to do it THAT DAY!! They even stayed past closing time to complete the job. I was shocked and very unprepared for that. They seem honest and straight shooters, unfortunately I dont have the budget for it however. The whole staff as courteous and professional. I was buying a car from a Dealership, I brought in the car and they made a total inspection on the car. They had my truck for five weeks and didn’t do a single thing to it. When I picked it up today, because I was tired of waiting, no one offered to help and not one excuse or apology was offered. My interior was soaking wet because they left my doors open, my hood was left open, my ignition was left on so now I have to buy a new battery, the distributor lock key and the flywheel housing were full of metal shavings, etc. I’ll have to pay MORE money to fix what they destroyed. You all should be embarrassed by the work you do, or lack thereof. I can’t wait to tell everyone I know what truly awful and lazy work and service brotherhood garage offers!

All employees are friendly helpful to make sure customer concerns are met. They help customers know what are the immediate concerns and what needs to be done in the future. There is no pressure and they are eager to answer questions. On my last visit, a mechanic should me how to repair a battery cable connection on my own. These are good folks!

I drove to Yukon from about 5 hours away in MO to look at a vehicle I wanted to buy. We called Brotherhood Garage on the way to see if they could work us in for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. They were extremely helpful and offered a 30-point inspection FREE of charge! Their inspection was detailed and a report was sent to me via email and text with all of their findings, including photos. They even offered us a ride to and from a nearby restaurant to eat while we waited, and they would not accept money from us. We were absolutely blown away by the level of service at this shop. If I lived closer, I would go there for everything.

They have amazing customer service you really do feel like you know the staff on a personal level. The owner truly wants to give back to his customers at every turn. They are the warmest, friendliest, and most honest people you will ever meet, ANYWHERE (not just at auto repair shops, I do mean ANYWHERE). I will never use another establishment for work of any kind, big or small, on another vehicle. I will make sure everyone in my family does the same. You should too!

I went to Brotherhood Garage (veteran owned) on a recommendation from my community FB page. They were friendly, knowledgable, didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and gave us a free 31 point inspection!! We will be bringing all our cars to Brotherhood from now on !! I would like to give a BIG shout out and THANK YOU to Stacy. She went above and beyond 2 days ago when the weather was so bad to make sure I got to my 2am shift at the hospital on time. I’m a single mother and when she showed up in the “Beast”, as I am told the company calls it, my 4 year old son was thrilled. She took the extra time to allow my son to sit in the truck for a few moments before we had to leave. He has talked non stop about it since then. I don’t know of many or any other companies that would offer this type of service to a community out of the goodness of their heart. I called and spoke to Billy and he refused to provide any prices over they phone and insisted that I bring my car in for an evaluation. Thats absurd that Brotherhood is unwilling to provide prices over the phone for extremely common repairs like brake pads/rotors replacement and a brake fluid flush. I have never encountered any other mechanic shop that refuses to provide prices for comparison. Dont bother calling Brotherhood Garage.

Brotherhood Garage is earning back my trust. I got a free synthetic oil change today due to issues with the loaner car (the reason for my mistrust) they gave me during my last service visit.

They were kind and friendly but are very over priced. We chose this business because of the positive reviews. However, we were later quoted $2k for a repair. This was not a 2k job. Max, it should have been closer to 800, and that would have been a full replacement, which I didnt need it. We ultimately paid them the extended diagnostic fee and then took it to the dealership. They only charged $450! Despite the fact that they too are over priced, the difference is staggering. My normal mechanic was out of town, his price was closer to 200, but we couldnt wait for him to return. Long story short, they get 2 stars for being nice and making a correct diagnosis. They loose 3 for the outrageous prices. I do hope others have better experiences.

The phrase “Above and Beyond” is not adequate to describe the service I received from this shop. From start to end, the manager and service techs were professional, honest, fast and did everything they could to make my experience as easy and as transparent as possible. They fixed an issue with my Cadillac that the dealerships and most auto shops told me that only the dealers could fix. Which in turn, saved me over half the cost. Not only did they take care of what I needed, they also did a complete inspection and provided estimates WITHOUT BEING PUSHY AT ALL. It was the best experience I have ever had in Oklahoma and we will be using Brotherhood Garage for the rest of our car care needs. Thank you all again so much!

My wife took her car here just last week for power issues. The battery was losing charge so we figured it was the alternator. Well almost a week later they gave her a list of issues that had nothing to do with why we took the car in the first place. Now they say its making a loud noise when the car starts and the mechanic recommends a new motor, even tho it was fine when it got dropped off. After 5 days in the shop we still dont know anything about the power issues. These ppl will take advantage of you. I totally regret giving this garage a good review a few days ago. My car now leaks fluids like a running facet.

Our review is long overdue but we stopped here in a March in our van because of a fuel system issue. As much of a bummer that was, we had the absolute best experience you could ever ask for. It was a lengthy repair but they got us right in and started working on it immediately knowing we were in a bind. While we waited, Katie gave us a drive around to grab food and supplies for our road trip. We spent hours in there waiting (complete fuel system rebuild) and it was so humbling to hear them provide great customer service to every single person that walked in. They were sending employees to all different parts shops just to get us what we needed. I hope I have another experience at a mechanic as great as this one. While we don’t live in OK, I do know they have a forever customer during our future road trips if needed. Thanks again for everything guys! You’re one of a kind.

They have great customer service and very nice people. I got a quote that I thought was a little to high. 2500 dollars for ball joints on a 2wd truck. Called and ended up going with a competitor down the road for 1/3 the price. And another shop quoted 1/3 price as well. Maybe it was just a simple mistake on quoting. Would still recommend to people. Just in my experience I had to go with someone else. They did free quotes which I can truly appreciate that. They are very good people and will help you. Got my quote done right away. I was kept in the loop step by step by text messages showing my vehicle was checked in, being inspected, a report of the inspection, when my vehicle was being worked on and ready for pick up. When I picked up the vehicle they left cookies in it and the car was vacuumed and cleaner than when I dropped it off . Would highly suggest !

How great can a vehicle repair place be? Let me be someone to say that since moving to the OKC metro, Ive taken my vehicle multiple places that just didnt cut the mustard. My check engine light came on out of the blue and I ended up trying out this local garage. I was not disappointed. They ran a few tests to determine the cause and it turned out to be something under vehicle warranty. They didnt try to talk me into something I didnt need, but rather made suggestions as to what would be the most cost effective. On my way out from grabbing my car, they passed over a free oil/filter change.It took quite some time to get to the mileage or oil level required to take the black beast into the shop to get a change. COVID has done wonders.I dropped it off one morning this last week and there were some things that the shop noticed. They sent me an email with their findings and recommendations. Not pushy at all! I have the go ahead on a couple of the recommended repairs and when I got to pick my car up, there were cookies in the cup holder! Cookies! Who does that? Mrs. Fields? The staff were exceedingly helpful and polite. They took me to see my car within the shop and explicitly showed me what parts needed to be repaired or replaced. Their explanations were concise and very helpful. They even called and paid for an Uber to take me home since my vehicle required some extensive repairs. I highly recommend them.

Very nice folks. They performed repairs on my vehicle at half the cost of what the dealer had promised to do it. Much to my surprise they have loaner vehicles. I thought it was only the dealers that offered that service. It gets better, they also have a shuttle service. Count me as a very satisfied customer.

I’ve had my diesel for 5 years and have yet to find a diesel mechanic I can fully trust...but these guys are starting to grow on me. They were able to pinpoint and fix an issue I’ve been dealing with on and off for the past 3 years that had the potential of costing me $1200 to fix due to an after market electrical splice. They did a full inspection and took pictures or video of each potential issue so I could see what’s going on and actually being involved instead of just trusting that they’re not screwing me over when they say something is broken.Very friendly front desk staff as well that take the time to get to know their customers.

The best shop we have been to. They communicate with you throughout the process of repairing vehicle and send updates via text. When we go for an oil change and wait in waiting area, the ladies at the front are wonderful and so welcoming. They even send you off with some delicious sugar cookies. Ive tried to have my car repaired here on 2 different occasions. Both times the staff gave me recommendations on how to better save money.The first time, I had several oil leaks (on a 2007 Pontiac) in which the repairs would cost more than the actual value of the car. They instead recommended a product from Autozone to help me get by for the time being and purchase a new car.So thats what I did. Now I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I brought it in a couple days ago, and the gentleman there told me what he suspected it was, and I should have a warranty on the car. (I truly believed I didnt have a warranty on it, but it turns out I did, so I brought it to a Hyundai dealership).The gentleman was absolutely correct, and I didnt have to pay a dime.So while I havent had any physical work done on my vehicles here, I absolutely trust this shop.
